Classic booking in the main event event leaving the fans was wanting more as Sheik leaves town with his title. My thoughts exactly bookerbill. I want to see a Sheik/Dutch rematch immediately. ha ha! Great PCW card, crue!

Thanks for the comments Crimson, Bookerbill, Pariah and Aceldamas. It looks like everyone would like to see Dutch Savage get another crack at The Sheik and I like the idea of a Coal Miners Glove match. I will have to see if I can work that out.
Pariah, that was brutal. You are actually wishing a Shock Stick attack on Chaz Taylor? Man your support of The Mountie goes right to the extreme but I have to say I love it lol.
Crimson, I use the black and white Johnny Saint card exclusively as the color one represents him at an advanced age and it really doesn't do him justice. Saint and Sabre Jr. just didn't have it on this night and Da Hit Squad got the win. The b&w Saint has actually performed very well for me including having several junior heavyweight title reigns. Sabre Jr., on the other hand, has unfortunately underperformed for me. Hopefully Saint and Sabre Jr. can start turning it around in the RWTL.

Was hoping to see Dutch Savage get the gold... Maybe next time? joebreakdown and I have rolled a few "try-out" matches for him recently which were a lot of fun. I was incensed at the brutal treatment of Brad Armstrong at the hands of Don Muraco. "First Family" my arse - the Armstrongs are obviously wrestling's First Family. Muraco and his cronies may have the upper hand at the moment but, if I know Bob Armstrong, this injustice will only fire him up and he's sure to make a hot comeback!

Thanks for the comments, Kat Rana. I think you would like having Dutch Savage on your roster. Also by seemingly popular demand Dutch will be getting a rematch with The Sheik, LOW Commissioner Charlie Cox just needs to work out the particulars As for Brad Armstrong he was lucky to escape there and he will need backup so expect and angry "Bullet" Bob to return shortly, perhaps joined by others to battle the First Family. This war is far from over.

10) LOW World Heavyweight title: AJ Styles© defeated Bobo Brazil by DQ to retain the title
Match Highlights: Four championships were on the line, manager Jim Cornette was forced to compete in one championship match and surprisingly none of the belts changed hands during a wild night of action at MSG. “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles arrived in the building to great fanfare as he was scheduled to make his inaugural LOW World Heavyweight title defense against former three-time champion Bobo Brazil. With Brazil waiting in the ring, Styles was on his way down in only to be stopped by former champion Andre the Giant and his manager Bobby “The Brain” Heenan who were sitting front row ringside.
Having lost both the belt and his legendary undefeated streak to Styles a few nights earlier in Osaka, Japan (Card #1114), Andre was in no mood to casually greet the former Bullet Club leader. Andre lunged at him but Styles ducked and hit him in the head with the title belt before decking Heenan for good measure. Styles then ran up onto the ring apron and obviously still fired up he went for a deathjump attack on Brazil but was picked off the top rope with a bodyslam. The referee called for the bell to start the match but just as quickly Brazil tossed Styles out of the ring. Brazil went after the champion was beaten to it by Andre who had recovered from the title belt shot. Andre angrily grabbed Styles and hurled him into the aisle before diving on top of him with a Big Splash. Brazil jumped in and began hammering away at Andre including hitting him with a Coco Butt. Andre staggered back but responded with a headbutt of his own before grabbing Brazil in a choke hold. The referee called for the bell during all of this and made the controversial ruling that Styles was the winner by disqualification. The crowd jeered the decision as LOW Officials ran in to break things up. Styles managed to escape back to the locker room while Brazil angrily sought out reporters protesting the call by the referee.
As for Jim Cornette, with “Loverboy” Dennis Condrey injured and unable to compete he hired Virgil, the bodyguard of the “Million $ Man” Ted Dibiase, to substitute and team with “Beautiful” Bobby Eaton in defending the LOW World tag team titles against former champions Steve “Dr. Death” Williams & Terry “Bamm Bamm” Gordy. Moments before the match an angry Dibiase, having lost to Tommy Rich earlier without having Virgil in his corner, hit the ring and ordered his bodyguard to return to the back. Virgil obliged and that upset Cornette who demanded his $5,000 back, $4,900 of which Dibiase had kept while giving $100 to Virgil, that he had paid him on LOW All-Star Wrestling. Dibiase said no and left the ring laughing as Cornette threw a fit.
Eaton was now left in a handicap situation so Cornette had no choice and took off his plaid suit jacket inserting himself into the match. The crowd roared with laughter as did “Doc” and Gordy knowing that this was a golden opportunity to regain the belts. Somehow it didn’t work out that way. Cornette did his best to stay out of the match, tagging in only while one of the men were down and twice running in to save Eaton from being pinned. Gordy got him at one point, though, and planted the manager with a Power Bomb for a sure pin but he instead pulled him up before the three-count choosing to punish him some more. Williams also took immense joy in pummeling the loud-mouthed manager but then the tide turned as the match went to the outside. A desperate Cornette managed to toss powder in the face of Williams blinding him. Eaton, meanwhile, battled Gordy on the inside drawing the attention of the referee. The Road Warriors (Hawk & Animal) then made a surprise run-in and blasted Williams with a double clothesline on the floor. Hawk, who had been injured by them at WrestleCade 11, fired Williams back into the ring as Gordy jumped out to battle them. A beleaguered Cornette managed to crawl in and tag Eaton who hit the Alabama Jam (Promoters Note: I opted to have Eaton use his singles finisher as I didn’t think Cornette should be doing the tag ones) on Williams for the pin to retain the titles. It was a wild turn of events that resulted in the Midnight Express, with Cornette competing, retaining the LOW World tag team titles.
In the other championship matches, Blackjack Mulligan retained the LOW Tex-Arkana Television title in his version eleven defense by defeating the “Wild Bull of the Pampas”, Pampero Firpo, in a battle of the claw holds. Firpo used his El Garfio version of the claw on Mulligan but the champion survived it. Mulligan stormed back applying his own Claw Hold but Firpo raked his eyes to escape. It took a second version of the Claw Hold to put Firpo away in what was a great battle…Mildred Burke returned to action after being injured by the Glamour Girls (Leilani Kai & Judy Martin) in Japan and put her Ring Angels title on the line against Kai. Martin provided a pre-match distraction but was then ejected from ringside by the referee. Kai dominated the initial action until Burke made a counter and, after a back first run into the ring post, she put away her rival with the Alligator Clutch. It was a successful version six defense of the title for the champion.
In other action, Antonio Inoki and newly crowned LOW Junior Heavyweight Champion Tiger Mask defeated the tough War Machine (Hanson & Raymond Rowe) in B Block action as part of the Real World Tag League tournament sponsored by Kings Road United. Inoki tapped pout the rugged Hanson with an Octopus Hold while Tiger sent Rowe to the floor with a dropkick followed by a spectacular dive. The win tied them with the Young Bucks for the B Block lead…Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito earned an A Block win over Drew Gulak & Anthony Nese earlier, a win that tied them with Giant Baba & The Destroyer and The Fantastics (Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers) for the lead…Bruiser Brody led Hacksaw Jim Duggan and the “Boogie Woogie Man” Jimmy Valiant into battle against Army of Darkness members Kevin Sullivan, BJ Whitmer and “The Punishment” Damien Martinez. This was an insane bout with Whitmer being bounced around like a rag doll by Brody and his partners. Duggan wound up getting his team disqualified when he blasted Whitmer with his 2x4, a move which he repeated post-match before yelling out “Hooooo!” and giving thumbs up to the crowd…PCW newcomer Chris Sabin and the “Homicidal, Suicidal and Genocidal” Sabu had a show stealing match. Sabu survived three doses of the Cradle Shock along with two missed Triple Jump Moonsaults to stay in the match. Without his manager Abdullah Farouk at ringside, Sabu was unable to get a distraction when he hit the chair assisted Arabian Facebuster resulting in a disqualification win for Sabin…and, the “Rapmaster” P.N. News had a successful MSG debut as he put away “The Enforcer” C.W. Anderson with a very effective 403-½ pound version of the Belly-to-Belly Suplex.

That's crazy with News winning over Anderson, plus it is good to see Fuji&Saito get that Tag win. The Highlight though is Blackjack getting the win to secure a 11th successful title defense, fun stuff my friend...

Great card!
Andre and AJ are far from done, I think.
Mulligan is looking good as a champion but (and not to jinx anyone here) it's going to take an amazing run of good luck to outdo Roderick Strong's EPIC title reign with that belt.
That was the stuff of legends, I say.

Some fun matches, some interesting things but my favorite was Eaton and Cornette winning a tag match even if Eaton probably did 90% of the work.

Obviously, I'm stoked that AJ held onto the title... Especially considering the ringside altercation with former champ, Andre the Giant... However, it also means that Brazil has a pretty good case for deserving a rematch... Looking into the future - I definitely see this building towards a big Andre vs Brazil program... Something which should delight the fans... The commissioner might also want to review what took place during that main event... A stiff punishment is called for - One that might just keep Andre away from the title picture for quite some time... Just sayin'. Thoroughly enjoyed the action between Sabu and Sabin even though it ended with a technical decision... And it looks like Blackjack is having a great run with that TV title... Also cool the Road Warriors look to be back at 100%... Ready to get revenge on the duo that put Hawk on the shelf... Very impressive that Eaton was able to hold onto the tag belts with Cornette as his partner... Fun times!
