Awesome to see Sabu and Sabin giving it 110% during their encounter... And it was also cool that Da Hit Squad were able to battle those upstart Bucks to a draw in World Tag League action...
The main event brought some great heat to what should be a fun program between Rude and Magnum TA... Doubtless a classic in the making...
Another awesome show, my friend... As always!

Enjoyed the build from the main event. The rematch should be fun. Surprised to see Jones take one in the opener. Enjoying the tag team tournament.

Hey cruefan68! Some great action as always on this card my friend. Special congrats to Sabu and especially my man Blackjack Mulligan. Stoked to see the finals of the Tag League as well as the main event rematch - that one will be one serious match for sure. Really looking forward to who has to face Andre & Studd soon - hope they have good healthcare plans man! Another awesome night of wrestling from this institution of a Legends Fed amigo!

Thanks for the comments Troy, Crimson, Pariah, Bookerbill and Bri. It looks like Magnum T.A. vs. Rick Rude is drawing a lot of attention, I hope that it will be a good rivalry. Both that and Chris Sabin vs. Sabu on the Philly card were great bouts. Sorry for the lack of recent updates but I have been too busy to roll the dice. Hopefully I can get something done this weekend. Next up is a PCW card headlined by Jimmy Snuka vs. AJ Styles for the LOW World Heavyweight title, Dutch Savage vs. Roddy Piper and some more tag league action.

LOW Pacific Coast Wrestling - Olympic Auditorium - Los Angeles, CA (Card #1137)
Quick Results:
1) The Warlord & Rhino (with Jimmy Hart) defeated Sam Houston & Scott Casey (Rhino pinned Houston – Release Power Bomb)
2) LOW Tex-Arkana Television title: “Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce© defeated “Mr. USA” Tony Atlas by DQ to retain the title
3) KRU Real World Tag League - B Block: Red Bastien & Billy Red Lyons defeated Johnny Saint & Zack Sabre Jr. (Lyons pinned Saint – Cross Bodyblock)
4) KRU Real World Tag League - B Block: Power Surge (William Forve & Paul Pope) defeated Antonio Inoki & Tiger Mask (Pope pinned Tiger Mask – Snake Eyes - Cradle Hold)
5) Playboy Buddy Rose (with Sherri Martel) defeated Pepper Gomez by DQ
6) KRU Real World Tag League - A Block: The Fantastics (Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers) defeated Giant Baba & The Destroyer (Rogers pinned The Destroyer – Crucifix Rollup)
7) “Rowdy” Roddy Piper (with “Ace” Cowboy Bob Orton) defeated Dutch Savage (Submission – Sleeper Hold)
8) LOW World Heavyweight title: “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles© defeated Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka to retain the title (Pinfall – Discus Lariat)
Match Highlights: An incredible show from the legendary Olympic Auditorium in Los Angeles closed out with Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka challenging “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles for the LOW World Heavyweight title. A former two-time world champion, a determined Snuka went toe-to-toe with the former Bullet Club leader attempting to regain the title. The two brawled in and out of the ring and had the crowd on the edge of their seats anticipating possible history being made. Snuka almost pulled it off when late in the match he connected with the Superfly Leap only to have Styles barely kick out before the three count. Styles recovered and used the Calf Killer to neutralize Snuka just before blasting him with a Discus Lariat to score the pin. It was an incredible victory for Styles as he overcame a serious threat in his version five title defense. Snuka stared down Styles after the match but then shook hands with him drawing cheers from the capacity crowd. Styles will remain in the Los Angeles for his next title defense which will be against Lucha Underground star Hallowicked at The Temple in Boyle Heights (Card #1142).
The ongoing Real World Tag League tournament sponsored by Kings Road United featured three block matches on the show, two of which had a heavy impact on the possible winners of both the A Block and the B Block. Giant Baba & The Destroyer went into their match with The Fantastics (Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers) still undefeated and were the odds-on favorites to win the A Block. Representing the City of Angels, The Fantastics got a great ovation as they hit to the ring to Sharp Dressed Man by ZZ Top. They gave away plenty of size to Baba and The Destroyer but made up for it with a spirited attack using their speed and great teamwork. Late in the match, The Destroyer survived the Rocket Launcher but moments later he was caught in a Crucifix Rollup by Rogers resulting in the pin. The victory by The Fantastics not only handed Baba & The Destroyer their first loss but also jeopardized their first-place position. The Fantastics tied them for the top spot in what was their final match in the tournament while Baba & The Destroyer have one match left against The Sheepherders in St. Paul, MN (Card #1143). Should Baba & The Destroyer lose that match, The Fantastics could win the A Block on a tiebreaker based on their head-to-head win. Also involved are Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito who will face Jushin Liger & Wani in St. Paul and should they win that would make it a three-way tie on top and they hold a head-to-head win over The Fantastics so there is the possibility that a playoff scenario could be necessary to determine the A Block winner.
Over in the B Block, Antonio Inoki & Tiger Mask were officially eliminated from a chance at winning the block after losing to Power Surge (William Forve & Paul Pope) in a hard-fought battle. It was the final tournament match for Inoki and Tiger Mask while both Power Surge and front runners Devastation Corporation each have one match left. Unfortunately for Power Surge the best that they can do is tie for the top spot as Devastation Corporation would win the tiebreaker based on their head-to-head win. The match itself was incredible with Pope surviving both the Enzuigiri and Octopus Hold by Inoki, Inoki surviving the Home Run from Forve and then Tiger Mask missing a deathjump which lead to the finish. An alert Pope caught the stunned LOW Junior Heavyweight & IWA J-Crown champion in a Cradle Hold to score the pin. Pope made a bold challenge afterward indicating that he would like to take on Tiger Mask for both title belts. In the other B Block match, Johnny Saint & Zack Sabre Jr. remained winless as they lost a great bout to the Flying Redheads, Red Bastien & Billy Red Lyons. It was not a lack of effort that did in Saint & Sabre Jr. who only have one match left to try and win one and that will be against B Block leaders Devastation Corporation in Kent, England (Card #1140).
Tugboat Taylor made a surprise return from injury attacking Playboy Buddy Rose as he was on the verge of winning his match with Pepper Gomez. Rose was on the defensive most of the way but turned it around late hitting the Bombs Away when Taylor got involved resulting in the disqualification decision. Taylor crushed Rose with a big splash and was going for a second one when SSA, Inc. leader Sherri Martel pulled the Playboy out to safety. Taylor apologized to Gomez for interfering, but the popular Mexican star told him not to worry about it. In fact, Gomez will be teaming with Taylor to take on Rose and The Mountie on the next PCW Card at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, CA (Card #1147)…Roddy Piper scored a controversial win over Dutch Savage in a heated grudge match. Savage had things going his way late but then Piper’s bodyguard, Cowboy Bob Orton, interfered hitting him with his cast. Piper then locked the Sleeper Hold on Savage and got the submission win. Savage was none too happy afterward and challenged Piper and Orton to face him in a tag team match at the Cow Palace saying that he was going to find himself a great tag team partner…and, Adam Pearce made a successful version one defense of the LOW Tex-Arkana Television title by scoring a controversial win over “Mr. USA” Tony Atlas. It was all Atlas in this one until a battle outside the ring saw him lose by disqualification when he lost his cool and hit the champion with a chair shot to the back.

It was really cool that Power Surge win another contest in the World Tag League... Very unfortunate that they're not in a position to claim the bracket...
Big win for Hot Rod to propel himself to the top of the rankings... Looks like we might see him in the hunt for the World title soon... Not until after LU standout, Hallowicked, gets his crack at the belt though...
And what is there to say about AJ's successful V5 tithe defense? Absolutely PHENOMENAL!

Pun intended with Power Surge surging and 2 points away from tying Devastation Incorporated, pretty cool. It is good to see Buddy Rose with the win and it's good to see Adam Pearce with a successful title defense...

Thanks for the comments Pariah, Crimson and Troy. I have to say that I really like Power Surge and they have fared very well since joining KRU. A win over Antonio Inoki & Tiger Mask is huge for sure and it also eliminated Inoki & Tiger from a chance to win the B Block. Something that I don't want to let slip by is that Paul Pope, based on pinning Tiger, is looking to challenge him for the junior title so be on the lookout for that possibility. I was also very surprised with The Fantastics win over Baba & Destroyer, a result that leaves the A Block winner in serious doubt something that I didn't think was possible the way that Baba & Destroyer were seemingly running away with it.

Hey Cruefan68! Great stuff on this installment of Pacific Coast Wrestling. Congrats to A.J. holding on to the title. To be honest, I was a little worried with him going up against The Superfly. He's deceptively tough in my experience. But great to see A.J. get her done. Congrats to Adam Pearce - he's just keeping the belt warm for a hopeful rematch against Blackjack Mulligan. These Tag Tourneys are killing it my friend - sounds like we have some wild finishes for sure. Also jazzed with A.J.'s upcoming title defense against Hallowicked. As Pariah said - I see a Styles/Piper title match on the horizon. If its no dq then it's real trouble. The whole Lucha Underground card is gonna be the event it always is. Go A.J.!! Tiger Mask isn't worried - I talked to him he said - Bring Him On. Consistent Excellence with this fed my friend - The Lou Gehrig of threads.
