The con sounds freakin' sweet....but there is no way I can get that far across the state that weekend. I am a teacher and I have summer school Monday morning and Buffalo is just too far. I am interested in the set....I hope that they will be available after G-Con

They will be according to Jon. I am definitely looking forward to it. Will definitely be running my own WWF 85 fed.

PLAYTESTERS NEEDED!!! Troy has already volunteered to check over the cards, and if he wants to I'd love to have him help playtest the cards as well. Jerod has kindly offered to help input the cards in Desktop for ease in testing... if anyone could help with that, it'd be AMAZING! I need 2 more people who will: 1) put in a lot of matches and help me decide who needs to be stronger/weaker 2) be on the look out for spelling errors and format issues (missing spaces, dashes, missized fonts, etc.) 3) be willing to not share the cards with anyone both those few of us who are playtesting. I really want this to be a surprise. I'd like it to be people I know... anyone interested in being a huge help?

Without spoiling anything, Knapik has done an incredible job with the stats and I can't wait to see Werner's art for them.

All wrestler stats are done but 1... almost all of the art is done. I just owe Werner some money first haha. I hope to be done with everything on my end by next weekend. Some people have been playtesting and giving me good feedback

Sweet Lord on High! Question for TOM and LOW crew: WHY IS WERNER NOT THE INHOUSE LEGENDS ARTIST?!!!! I mean seriously! Those portraits alone would sell a set and bring even more wrestlers and fans to the game!! This is the next logical step in the evolution of the Legends sets! These sketches are gorgeous!!! You would be foolish NOT to have Werner doing stuff like that on the next set and following sets! If Bret Hart gets officially in the game Werner better be the guy doing the art! Just wanted to chime in that I showed a few sketches that Werner sent me (Hogan, Savage, The Bulldogs) to Tom when he was here in LA and he was vey impressed, along with everyone else who was there (sent Tom off on a tangent about how hard it was to sign guys for LOW). I sincerely hope you guys hunt Tom down at GCon and force him to take a look at these. I'm a huge fan of Werner's COTG work but he MUST do an LOW set.

I could not agree more PH. Werner has consistenly done top-shelf work for years. He deserves a shot at doing the LOW art. I have full confidence Werner would turn out a set we would be talking about for years. Further, it would truely be a "grass roots" move to reward a Promoter who has done a ton for the Filsingerland community by having him do the LOW art.
On another matter, the WWF '85 art is amazing and as a fan of Jon's work, this set should be a memorable one.
