Great thread! In my fed I take the the wrestlers cards who are currently active and lay them out on the table. Then I take the new cards (usually about 12) and place one down on top the first wrestler's card. I just let it sit there for a few minutes. Then move it to the next and place the second new wrestler down on the first card and do this until all new wrestlers have been on top of all the active wrestlers. This is how I introduce them to each other. lol!!!! I usually just have them all get together for tea and crumpets.

I like CC's Case in Point idea. I may try something like this.

Seriously, a lot of time, the first card of the year will debut all new wrestlers against each other. Then they'll go off on their feuds.

Having them start off by attack a big name and injuring them is a good way. It sets up a feud with the big name but also gives you time to establish the new guy. You could also just take one card and introduce them all.

Since I am a few years behind, I have a chance to see what is coming and work story lines to fit. Four of my more interesting ideas involved Vengeance, Pegasus, Terminus and Mandrill.
With Vengeance I introduced him a few years earlier as a new Gladiator badass. Then he was taken away just after a few match because he was wanted for crimes on Aethra. So when he came back I could have him come in as a devious criminal mastermind.
With Pegasus I had him come in a year early just to be a bodyguard, nothing else. Then when his time to wrestle came he had a back story.
With Terminus for an entire year he fought nothing but jobbers over and over, and he talked about his winning streak, in his first big match he did pin Chaos.
And Mandrill came in and attacked Wolf who was my I-G champ, Wolf gave him a title shot because Wolf doesn't back down and Mandrill beat him for the title.
