I've had it done before where the loser of the heavyweight tournament is crowned the I-P (or in my case I-S) champion, but that wasn't how I initially did it. I did introduce a secondary singles title right off the bat in 2087 and it seemed to work okay.

For my titles, I split all of the wrestlers up into divisions (Universal, I-P, Tag Team (probably a third singles title once I get back up to the point where the fed is big enough for it (currently playing 2089). Then, each division has a battle royal with all wrestlers. The top 3 wrestlers go to the next round for a single elimination tournament with the winner of the battle royal getting a bye to the finals. The semi-final wrestlers have a match with ALL fatigue tokens carrying over to the finals. Seems to work out pretty well!!!
