Restructuring across the wrestling world is complete. Promotions in Mexico and Puerto Rico were merged with the USWA to create the North American Wrestling Alliance. Extreme Championship Wrestling is also either desanctioned or operating on a smaller schedule. The U.S., MWE and WWC singles and tag team titles were unified into the North American heavyweight championships. The NAWA expands into Canada while also promoting in the U.S.A., Mexico and Puerto Rico. The calendar turns to the month of May and wrestlers are eyeing up the Cauliflower Cup Tournament. NAWA WRESTLING OUTBURST #1[/u] Montreal, Quebec Canada May 7, 2119
In the ring:Outburst comes on the air with the Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase in the ring with the mic. "All you peons are welcome. It didn't take long after my arrival to turn the USWA into the North American Wrestling Alliance. This is my show. My company. Now. Bob Orton Sr. Nobody knows how you're on top with that North American heavyweight belt. It will be mine very soon. I'm going to le my men, Don Muraco and Bob Roop, take care of things inside this ring tonight. Orton! I'll see you real soon."
MASKED SUPERSTAR I & II def. PAUL LONDON & BRIAN KENDRICK
The team of London and Kendrick return after being in Mexico since the New Year. The high-energy tag team were quickly shutdown by the much larger Masked Superstars. Masked Superstar I took care of things at the start. London got a tag but never got any offense going. Masked Superstar pounded on him before pinning him after a double arm suplex.
JIGSAW def. SUPER CRAZY
Super Crazy came out of the blocks super fast. He nearly killed himself and Jigsaw with an amazing dive off the top rope to the floor. Jigsaw somehow got out of the way when Super Crazy tried another top rope move. Then the Jig 'n Tonic put Super Crazy down for a stunnig three count out of nowhere.
THE MOUNTIE def. BOB ORTON JR.
The son of the current NAWA heavyweight champion took on one of Canada's own and in his hometown. This was a great match, back and forth and very even as neither man could the advantage for very long. The Mountie created an opening on the outside. Orton kicked out after the Shock Stick, but the Mountie choke slammed him twice for the win. Bob Orton Sr. ran in to keep the Mountie from doing anything else after the match. He grabbed the mic and answered the words of Ted DiBiase from the top of the show by saying "anytime."
EDDIE GILBERT & BUFF BAGWELL def. KILLER BEES by D.Q.
Hot Stuff Eddie Gilbert introduced Bagwell as another member of Hot Stuff Incorporated. Then the bell rang and these teams really tore the house down. An incredible matchup that had the fans completely involved in every move. The Bees pulled off the switch but still couldn't win the match. A pair of Buff Blockbuster's brought Brunzell in but the Bees were disqualified for excessive double teaming.
At the podium:North American tag team champions Harley Race and Buddy Rogers came out with some things to say. "That," Rogers said pointing to the ring. "Is the kind of tag team action you're going to see in the NAWA. Inoki! Dozan! You two still have those world tag team belts. Harley and I are going to keep the belts around our waists as long as it takes to get another title shot."
CHRIS HERO def. BOBBY EATON
A huge win by the only man to ever hold the ECW heavyweight title. Eaton returns north with Jim Cornette and the Midnight Express after spending this year in Mexico. Eaton received a world Jr. title match while down south. Hero looked great even without Larry Sweeney at ringside. The last man to hold the United States title took care of business with little trouble and beat Eaton with the Hero's Welcome.
ED LEWIS def. DAN SEVERN
"The Beast" returns after working in ICW for quite some time. Lou Thesz joined Lewis at ringside. The Strangler completely outworked Severn, using the headlock and various submission moves. The headlock wore Severn out. After the match Severn yelled at Thesz saying he was distracted.
BILL DUNDEE def. VAL VENIS
A pretty good match as Venis made his NAWA debut. Dundee appeared for the first time last week with a countout win over Buddy Rose. These two looked pretty evenly matched. Both missed high-risk moves off the top rope. Dundee picked up a submission with the Indian Deathlock. Eddie Gilbert and Buff Bagweel hit the ring and Dundee was tripled team as it appears Venis is also part of Hot Stuff Incorporated. The Killer Bees came back out to make the save.
LOU THESZ def. DICK HUTTON
Dan Severn came out with Hutton and was on Thesz' case the entire match. Hutton made this a very tough fight for Thesz. Hutton kicked out after the Thesz Press twice. Hutton had his share of offense and almost grabbed the upset. Thesz finally got the win after an airplane spin. Thesz and Severn exchanged words and Ed Lewis came out before anything else happened (Hutton 4 coins, Thesz 3 coins).
JERRY LYNN def. RICK RUDE
A rematch from last week as Rude laid Lynn out after the match with another Rude Awakening. Lynn did much better this time around with a flurry of offense. A second huracanrana off the top brought him the pin before Eddie Gilbert could get in the ring. Hot Stuff attacked Lynn but Bill Dundee ran him and Rude off.
DON MURACO & BOB ROOP def. THE AXE ATTACK
A big match between two top contenders for the world or North American tag titles. The Hennigs controlled most of the match. It was Roop hitting the Shoulder breaker to pin Curt Hennig.
MIDNIGHT EXPRESS def. NEW AGE OUTLAWS
An all-time classic without a doubt. A text book clinic on tag team wrestling from two of the greatest teams ever. Cornette and Heenan let this one go in the ring. Billy Gunn saved Road Dogg but the Express sent him outside and another Rocket Launcher ended the match.
NWA WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP[/u] IRON SHEIK def. DALLAS PAGE (ch)
One week after winning the TV title at Parade of Champions, DDP loses the gold to one of his toughest rivals down in Puerto Rico. The Iron Sheik looked awesome but nearly won on a countout, as well as coming close to being disqualified. Page battled against the camel clutch but the damage had been done and the Iron Sheik takes the Television title.
Video Monitor: The face of Bobo Brazil came on the screen. It was completely bandaged. "Sheik! The time has come for us to finally end our bitter feud. The UWF Pain & Punishment card is coming up. It's simple. I want you. Hell in a Cell. You will not leave that ring under your own power."
ELIMINATION MATCH NWA WORLD SIX-MAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP ROAD WARRIORS & ANDRE THE GIANT def. THE SHEIK, THE TERRIBLE TURK & SABU
Sabu was completely destroyed in the first fall. The ECW Television champion was leveled by the LOD and the Doomsday Device. His partners made a save but Sabu never got out of the ring for a tag. World champion Andre came in and the big splash finished him off (Sabu 5 coins).
The second fall saw the LOD and Andre just batter the Turk all over the ring. Somehow he stayed alive, but the Sheik took his beating as well. Animal ended up getting disqualified even though his team had the match completely in hand.
The next fall ended the same way. The Sheik and Andre were going toe to toe but the Sheik went to the foreign object and was disqualified.
An awesome final fall as the Turk fought like his life was on the line. He even had Andre in the Stranglehold. It took a long time, a lot of outside the ring action, before Andre finally eliminated the Turk (Turk 5 coins, Andre 4 coins).

NAWA WRESTLING OUTBURST #2[/u] Burlington, VT May 14, 2119
NEW AGE OUTLAWS def. PAUL LONDON & BRIAN KENDRICK
A pretty good opening tag team contest. The Outlaws stayed in control but both teams made plenty of tags. It was the Road Dogg with the pump handle slam to put away Kendrick.
DELIRIOUS def. JIGSAW
A real fast cruiserweight match. Delirious exploded with offense right from the bell. The cobra stretch and shadows over hell finished off Jigsaw.
ED LEWIS def. DICK HUTTON
An excellent matchup between two technicians. Before the bout even started, Dan Severn was seen in the back jawing with Lewis and Thesz. Hutton and Lewis went to work. Hutton seemed out to hurt the Strangler on the floor, but showed he could match him move for move inside the ring. Thesz came down to ringside when it seemed things were going to get out of hand, and was followed by Severn. In the end it was Lewis winning with the headlock (Hutton 5 coins, Lewis 4 coins).
In the ring:Dan Severn took the mic after the match. "Lou Thesz. You can't ignore me. I'm going to hound you until I get you in this ring for a match."
KILLER BEES def. EDDIE GILBERT & BUFF BAGWELL
Last week these two teams had a great match that ended with the Bees getting disqualified. Hot Stuff Eddie Gilbert brougth April Hunter out to ringside as yet another member of Hot Stuff Incorporated. They went at it again and turned into great back and forth match. A lot of tags and nearfalls but Brunzell beat Bagwell with a sleeper.
SABU def. BOBBY EATON
This one turned into one heckuva a wild brawl. Sabu dominated but Eaton is double tough and showed how hard he is to beat. An Arabian facebuster finally ended the carnage (Eaton 5 coins).
DALLAS PAGE def. CHRIS HERO
Page lost the World TV title last week in his first title defense to the Iron Sheik. Chris Hero beat Page in the finals of the Rey de Reyes for the Mexican heavyweight title. A fast match that went back and forth, but a discus clothesline caught Hero for the three count.
TERRIBLE TURK def. LOU THESZ
A shocking upset as Thesz went down. The Turk struggled at first to get things going his way, but then the Stranglehold did its damage. Turk just kept choking Thesz out and the ref didn't stop him. Finally Thesz went down for good. Dan Severn hit the ring to gloat and laugh at Thesz laying on the mat (Thesz 5 coins, Turk 3 coins).
BILL DUNDEE & JERRY LYNN def. RICK RUDE & VAL VENIS
A wild, out of control tag team match. Bill Dundee was leveled everytime in the ring, taking the Rude Awakening and the Money Shot twice. Jerry Lynn was a man possessed, using the cradle piledriver on both Rude and Venis. Twice Lynn made the save, caused a four-way brawl that his team won. Lynn went to work with big moves on Venis to get the win, despite Eddie Gilbert and April Hunter being at ringside.
DON MURACO & BOB ROOP def. MIDNIGHT EXPRESS
Lane and Condrey hit the Rocket Launcher twice early on Muraco. Bob Roop started a brawl and DiBiase's men nailed Lane with a double team. Then the Hawaiian Hammer put Lane down for the three count.
THE ORTONS def. TED DIBIASE & THE MOUNTIE
Both DiBiase and the Mountie were ready to get some shots in on the North American heavyweight champion Bob Orton Sr. The Ortons were looking good after a couple piledrivers on DiBiase by the Cowboy brought the three count. The Mountie used the shock stick on both Ortons after the match.

Some solid action with your two Outburts, I like that name as I like the tandem of Dundee and Lynn...

I miss the NWA Six-Man Tag Championships. LOD and Andre are going to be VERY tough to beat, especially in 3 falls match-ups.
I don't think "The Beast" gets enough credit. He is consistantly the top contender for my IWC World Championship. A Severn-Thesz encounter could lead to an interesting feud.
