Question regarding aCe 2123 order.

Yesterday I ordered the new aCe edition in PDF format and got an e-mail shortly after telling me that the product had been added to my COTGOnline account. The only problem with that is that I don’t actually have a COTGOnline account. I just assumed that I’d receive a further e-mail with the access information, but now, almost 24 hours later, I still haven’t received anything.

I’m just wondering what the turnaround time is for this type of order and if I’m just being impatient and need to shut my mouth and sit quietly.

Anyway, thanks in advance for the help and I’m really looking forward to getting a look at the new aCe edition. I have high expectations, so don’t let me down guys.:-)

Hey DMK,

If you got that e-mail that means you DO actually have an account...your "demo" account.

Log into your demo account using your e-mail address and the password we sent you back then.

If you cant remember your password, go to the "Reset Password" option at cotgonline.com, enter your e-mail address (the same one you used to create the demo account) and click reset. You'll get a new password sent to you...

Then log in, go to the download section, and there will be your new aCe PDF.

PS - turnaround time is instaneous these days. As soon as your credit card processes, the purchased items are added to your account.
