I am surprised to see Rupa rated so low. He is not half bad--or at least my dice don't seem to mind him.

I find Rupa has the ability to pull of some major upsets. In my RCW he was a solid mid to low card guy. In his roll as Enhancement talent in WCW he has some lengthy matches with the lower card guys I toss him up against.
Then of course there are the times when he gets killed almost from the opening bell.

"The Belgian Brawler" Dupae Rupa has done well for me, infact he pinned Terry Gordy to win the match for him and Masked Superstar 2 to win my W.E.A. Aussie Tag Team Wrestling Championships and overall he has been a good wrestler...

His card is very well written IMO. His pin and level 2 offense are what really kill him. If he doesn't face a situation where they come into play(no pin or a quick move-3 to down-3) I can see him doing really well.
