Hey Thomas (TK)! Rockin stuff my friend. I really enjoyed and continue to appreciate what I'll call you're "Martial Law" project aka a slow building up of them to one of dominance. And thereby REALLY daring the rest of the roster to challenge them. Congratulations up front on cards 998, 999 and the big one 1000! Really looking forward to seeing how it all shakes out!

Thank you Bri!! I thought the slow build and Sly Drury's group picking their opponents to defend the singles titles would be indicative of what a heel commissioner would do... the Martial Law dared anyone to knock them off the perch but who..when..and if...will someone step up? Watch and see...that answer will be coming real soon! Thanks for stopping in!

Card#998.5 Maffei II The show started with Plethador coming out onto the entrance ramp dressed in a suit and tie. The amphibian wore black shades and sported an earring... Plethador looked like a GQ magazine template!!
He lifted up the microphone to his mouth and tried to sound menacing, "Ladies and gentlemen, the manager of the superstars has found a diamond in the rough and I promise you that I will be the manager of champions soon! "
His glasses slid down his nose and fell onto the floor (the arena erupted in laughter). "Wait a sec..."Plethy clambered for his glasses and tripped over a cable that was on the entry ramp. The arena once again broke out in hillarity.
Plethador stood up and brushed himself off. "Okay, let me start over. I want to introduce to you "the next pig thing" and I promise that he is going to cause mayham in the FTR!"
"Warpigs" by Black Sabbath blares and an Andromedan comes out to the entrance ramp and heads to the squared circle. Plethy quickly added. "Maaayyyhhhaaammmm!" Mass vs. MayhamMayham defeated Mass with a Gladiator Piledriver Match Rating: 0.00 Match Notes: A quick match! Mass attempted a forearm club but Mayham countered with a kick to the groin! A Gladiator Pliedriver later, Plethador's protege had his hand raise in victory! Astarte vs. SwerveSwerve defeated Astarte with a face turn Match Rating: 0.50 Match Notes: The newcomer Astarte was simply outclassed and was on the receiving end of a beatdown. After a running clothesline, Swerve used a face turn to end the match. Blue Chip vs. MoonlightMoonlight defeated Blue Chip with a MONGOLIAN HORDE Match Rating: 0.50 Match Notes: The FTR diva once again shutdown her male counterpart and used a Mongolian Mauler to set up her finisher- the MONGOLIAN HORDE to pin the FTR's posterboy. Mad Maxus vs. Armour and CephalopodisThe Electric Axe defeated Cephalopodis with a Metal 4 Chrome Match Rating: 0.50 Match Notes: The fan friendly Animen signed kids plushies and played up to the crowd a little bit on their way to the squared circle. Unfortunately for them, Maxxus was all business! The Maxus duo cut the ring in half and annihilated Cephlapodis with high impact moves and would garner the three count after the Electric Axe used Metal 4 Chrome. Nitro made his way down to ringside and climbed into the ring. He was handed a microphone and waited for the crowd to calm down a little. " Good evening fans! The FTR has had an influx of talent as of late and stars from the GWF are starting to take notice. We have graduates from the FTR in the GWF at the moment (meaning Disciple of Terror, Faller, and the Natives of Castillex) and now we seem to have a diva from the GWF coming here."
Nova's music erupts and the arena doesn't seem too impressed. Nova made her way to Nitro and began, "That's right...the rumor is true! I am coming to the FTR and I have heard about the overhyped diva here in the FTR. What's her name? Sunshine..Moonshine...Talentless? It doesn't matter because I am going to end her streak at XMAS COLOSSAL and show the universe that she is nothing but a tryhard."
Suddenly, "A Small Measure of Peace" by Hans Zimmerman begins to play and Moonlight makes her way into the squared circle. She stands on the opposite end of Nitro that Nova is standing. She sizes up the GWF diva from head to toe and lets go a small smile across her face.
The FTR star states,"Moonlight is not hype! Moonlight fights man and wins...Nova fights little girls and loses"
This apparently upset Nova and the diva tried a running clothesline on Moonlight but the FTR star ducked and landed a Twin Thrust manuever of her own!
"Moonlight face Nova at PaPer View and will show Gheghis Khan bloodline run true!" With that being said, the Mongolian left ringside and headed back to the locker room. In shock, Nova picked herself up off of the mat and glared toward the back of the arena before also exiting the ringside area. Captain Crossbones vs. MurtakCaptain Crossbones defeated Murtak with a BLACK SAILS Match Rating: 1.00 Match Notes: The Brymstonian had his way with the wrestler that FTR fans are calling a General Krang reject! Captain Crossbones bounced "the Conquerer" from pillar to post before leveling him with a Lightning Attack. Crossbones used the BLACK SAILS finisher shortly after to continue his win streak... Maybe it's time for the FTR to have a championship introduced...what do you think?

"The next pig thing" is gold. GOLD. Slap that on a t-shirt and watch the money flow in.

Great show filled with some funny bits.
I think the FTR could use two belts... a main championship and a jobber championship!
I always so Mayham as an AniMan who put on the Aethra face paint to mock the Gladiators instead of trying to be one.
