May 25th, 2092
Omega: "Welcome to the announcement of the 8 teams that will compete for the Galaxian Tag Team Championship this Friday, May 30th. Also remember that Justice will defend the Galaxian Title against Chaos on the event. The tournament will be single elimination. In the event of a draw, BOTH teams will be eliminated. And now the teams:
The AniMen The Wildmen Star Warrior & Iron Mane The Young Allies The Keepers of the Stone Dreadnaught & Tongsoon Lord Nexus & Exo-King Bounty Hunter & Spike
I will now take questions."
Reporter 1: "There are some interesting teams. For instance, you have included trialists Iron Mane and Tongsoon. Does this mean they now have GWF contracts? And if not, are you worried about them winning the title and leaving?"
Omega: "The contract status is unchanged until the end of June. In both cases, both Star Warrior and Dreadnaught requested them as partners for the tournament. It is the dream of ALL wrestlers (despite what some others might say) to wrestling in the GWF. I can't imagine why anyone would want to leave as a GWF champion."
Reporter 2: "What is with the team of Bounty Hunter and Spike? Bounty Hunter is one of the most popular wrestlers in the GWF and Spike is one of the most hated. I don't think they like each other at all. Why are they teaming?"
Omega: "This is an interesting story. I went to Bounty Hunter and asked if he wanted in the tournament and he told me he wanted to team with Spike. I thought he was kidding and was going to get back to him later and then Spike said he only wanted to team with Bounty Hunter, since Mayhem is suspended. So, yes, it is unusual, but I find it refreshing. Reminds my off the old days with myself and that other guy who thinks he runs a wrestling promotion. I don't think they do like each other much, but they clearly respect each other. Don't know if it's anything more than that."
Reporter 3: "OK, since no one else is going to mention the elephant in the room, I will. Why is it that Chaos is getting the title shot now? Does it have to do with the fact that he is injured? Seems awfully convenient for your paper champion, Justice."
Omega (smiling wryly): "I really don't understand you people. We don't give Chaos a title shot and you complain that we are being unfair. We decide Chaos has earned a title match and yet we are still being unfair. Listen, almost half our roster is injured at any one time. It's an occupational hazard. Chaos hasn't said he doesn't want the match, BTW, so I don't see why you are complaining. Anyway, it is getting late. I want to thank all, well MOST, of you for coming. See you on Friday!"

GWF Supercard May 30th, 2092
Ring Announcer: "Welcome to tonight's event where we will crown new GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!"
*Crowd cheers at the mention of the tournament*
"And here are the teams! First, they are two of the toughest men to ever set foot in the GWF, please welcome the team of Bounty Hunter and Spike!"
*Crowd seems unsure what to do at the mention of the hero/villian mixed team*
"Next we have a pair of confident young men, ready to make their mark in the tag team division: The Young Allies!"
*Crowd knows exactly what to do here and boos loudly*
"In our second match, please welcome the team of Dreadnaught & Tongsoon!!"
*Yep, still booing*
"And their opponents.....Two men that learned to respect the other after an epic battle last month....the team of Star Warrior and Iron Mane!!"
*For the first time the crowd wildly cheers*
"Third Match: First, one of the rapidly rising teams here in the GWF, Lance At-Las, Terak, the Wildmen!!"
*More cheers for another crowd favorite team*
"Their opponents are among the legendary tag teams in GWF history. They are multiple time Galaxian champions and many call them the favorite for this tournament: Presenting Incredible Badger and Battering Ram, the AniMennnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!"
*Crowd gives biggest cheer of the night to the AniMen*
"And in the final match: First, the team that claims they are the rightful champions, Rogue, Scourge, The Keepers of the Stone"
*Crowd back to booing*
"And their opponents are a true, noble, All-Star team! Two of the greatest wrestlers of the GWF, united for a common goal: please welcome Lord Nexus and Exo-King!!"
*Crowd cheers the team of heroes*
"Ready? Get Set.......TIME TO BATTTTTTLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!"
Galaxian Tag Team Tournament Quarterfinal: Bounty Hunter & Spike vs Young Allies
The crowd seemed to be behind the "mixed" team of Bounty Hunter & Spike in this one and they showed some good teaming early on. They both surprised Vlad Hammer with their teamwork, and it led to a couple of 2 counts. Finally Hammer was able to tag out and the Allies took control on Spike. The Superpower Summit only led to a 2 count and Spike started getting mad. After another 2 count off of a Patriot Missle, Spike decided enough was enough, grabbed a chair and hit everyone in sight, including his "partner" Bounty Hunter. A DQ was called, and the Allies advance!
Young Allies defeated Bounty Hunter & Spike when Spike was disqualified
Galaxian Tag Team Tournament Quarterfinal: Tongsoon & Dreadnaught vs Star Warrior & Iron Mane
An interesting match involving both trialists, with the crowd clearly favoring Star Warrior's team. Iron Mane got a bit too enthusiastic while working over Dreadnaught and pushed the referee away, causing a disqualification. Dreadnaught & Tongsoon advance
Dreadnaught & Tongsoon defeat Star Warrior & Iron Mane when Iron Mane was disqualified
Galaxian Tag Team Tournament Quarterfinal: The Wildmen vs The AniMen
Even though the stakes were so high, all 4 men shook hands before the match. A thrilling action-packed match was the result, with many near falls for both teams, until At-Las hit a karate kick on Battering Ram for the mild upset win! The Wildmen advance.
The Wildmen defeated The AniMen when Lance At-Las pinned Battering Ram after a karate kick
Galaxian Tag Team Tournament Quarterfinal: Lord Nexus & Exo-King vs The Keepers of the Stone
Only once before had Lord Nexus and Exo-King teamed in any way, and that was in a 6-man tag match. The inexperience as a team showed as the match wore on with the Keepers being able to make tags a key points that the heroes simply could not. Still, the heroes battled on, and somewhat surprisingly Lord Nexus was able to hit th Titan Drop for the pin and the win for his team!
Lord Nexus & Exo-King defeated the Keepers of the Stone when Lord Nexus pinned Scourge after a Titan Drop
Galaxian Tag Team Tournament Semifinal: Young Allies vs Dreadnaught & Tongsoon
The Young Allies actually made short work of the "aliens" by using their experience together to keep Tongsoon isolated. They hit the Superpoer Summit to score the win and advance to the finals!
The Young Allies defeated Dreadnaught & Tongsoon when Vlad Hammer beat Tongsoon with the Superpower Summit
Galaxian Tag Team Tournament Semifinal: The Wildmen vs Lord Nexus & Exo-King
Another match were fan loyalties were divided. Lord Nexus and Exo-King have started becoming quite the team, and Nexus again scored the win with the Titan Drop to get to the finals! Another handshake between the competitors took place after the match.
Lord Nexus & Exo-King defeated the Wildmen when Lord Nexus beat Lance At-Las with the Titan Drop
Galaxian Title Match Justice (c) vs Chaos
In a title defense a few months in the making, Justice tried to take advantage of the injured Chaos, by attempting the Shock Probation early on, but with no success. Chaos quickly countered, locking in the Bow of Defeat a few times before finally getting the submission! New Galaxian Champion!
Chaos submitted Justice with the Bow of Defeat to win the Galaxian Championship!
Galaxian Tag Team Tournament Final: Young Allies vs Lord Nexus & Exo-King
Lord Nexus surprised both Young Allies early with a flurry of offense. The crowd cheered as it seemed the old Titan was destroying the arrogant young traitors. The Allies took Nexus to the floor and hit him with the ringside steps as well as with other objects around ringside. Finally the referee saw all this and called for the bell, disqualifying the Allies. Confusion as to what this meant for the titles until Omega came out...
Omega: "As you all well know, titles can not change hands from champion to challenger via disqualification here in the GWF."
*Crowd boos*
"HOWEVER, that is not the situation we have here. We advertised that the winner of the tournament would be the new champions. So it has been decided that the final be restarted, with no disqualifications! There will be a winner!!"
With that, the match restarted and hit the Titan Drop on Vlad Hammer, but only for a 2 count! The Allies then took over on the tagged in Exo-King. After some double-teaming, Adam Blast hit the Megablast for a shocking 3 count and the win! After the match, Adam Blast hit another Megablast on Exo-King and he needed to be helped to the back by Lord Nexus as the Allies celebrated with the Galaxian Tag Titles in the ring!
The Young Allies defeated Lord Nexus & Exo-King to win the Galaxian Tag Team Championship when Adam Blast beat Exo-King with the Megablast
Day after card press conference:
Omega: "Whew, what a night! Two new champions, and hopefully you will all get off of my back for 'protecting' Justice. Justice is a wonderful athlete (and will be getting a rematch for the Galaxian Title next month), but he doesn't need any protection. Like everyone else here, he is his own man.."
"Now onto some other business. Mayhem's suspension is now officialy over, and he will be back in action soon. This leaves 3 holes still to fill, and so we have picked up Ursa Major as a trialist for June. We are now giving out the full card for next month. Have a good day gentlemen, no time for questions..."
GWF June Supercard Lineup Galaxian Title Rematch: Chaos (c) vs Justice Galaxian Tag Team Title Match: Young Allies (c) vs Keepers of the Stone Other Matches: Exo-King vs Spike Bounty Hunter vs Mayhem Lord Nexus vs Dreadnaught Wildmen vs AniMen Star Warrior vs Tongsoon Iron Mane vs Ursa Major

And even injured, Chaos is a BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah, Iron Mane had a reasonably lengthy as reign Universal Champ in UCW before leaving to go freelance. The tag division in my GWF is somewhat weak at the moment, which is why I put Star Warrior and the WarMongers in it (wait 'til you see what the latter will do after Krakan's suspension is up).

Guile Cup 2092 Day 1 June 13th, 2092
Wrestling Injured: Pulsar Prime Renegade Earthquake
Guile Cup 1st Round Match: The Creeper & Mutant vs Team Titan
The recently dethroned Universal Tag Champions picked up an easy win over their equally-popular, but overmatched, rivals.
Result: Team Titan defeated Mutant & The Creeper when Billy Jo Boxer pinned Mutant after a sledgehammer
Guile Cup 1st Round Match: Mesmer & Mr. Galaxy vs Powerhouse
Again, the team with the more experience teaming won out as Powerhouse made short work of former Universal Champion Mesmer and Mr. Galaxy
Result: Powerhouse defeated Mesmer & Mr. Galaxy when Massif pinned Mr. Galaxy after the Volanic Drop.
Guile Cup 1st Round Match: Bishop Hell & Matador of M83 vs Royal Family
Last year's champions showed how difficult the tournament could be, dropping the opening match of their title defense to the Royal Family.
Result: Royal Family defeated Bishop Hell & Matador of M83 when Mad Jester beat Matador after the Jagged Edge
Guile Cup 1st Round Match: Gladiators vs Norse Gods
The Gladiators continue to have problems in the Guile Cup, as the Norse Gods scored the upset win.
Result: Norse Gods defeated the Gladiators when Man-Mountain defeated Brute after the Mountain Slide.
Guile Cup 1st Round Match: SSF Mystery Team (SSF) vs Count Necros & Death Masque (freelance)
After Count Necros & Death Masque came to the ring, Morpheus came down to introduce his mystery team.
Morpheus: "I think it is about time for UCW to get an injection from the tribe of competition! Now in order to understand who I've brought in, you must understand how they got here. While I know the SSF fans will remember this team, you young kids that fill the UCW arenas don't have a clue"
*Much of the crowd starts booing, while a portion of the crowd (wearing SSF shirts) were cheering wildly*
"You see, this team was the epitomy of competition. Omega had no idea what to do with them. Your beloved Guile wouldn't touch them. But now they are back to make believers out of all of you. So without further delay....."
As the lights were lowered, a now familiar hologram was shown:
*What Do You Believe In?*
Slowly, the letters of the hologram morphed, forming a single word....
*POLARITY*
Sin and Salvation hit the ring and Sin starts brawling immediately with both Count Necros and Death Masque. Soon, he tagged back in Salvation who scored a near-fall with the figure-8 roll-up. He tagged back in Sin, who hit the Knuckle Sandwich with the referee distracted by Morpheus to score the win! Morpheus laughs while raising the hands of the newest SSF wrestlers, Polarity!
Result: Polarity defeated Count Necros & Death Masque when Sin pinned Count Necros after the Knuckle Sandwich.
Guile Cup 1st Round Match: Universal Champion Wolf & Renegade vs The Greek Gods (SSF)
The was an interesting battle, as it featured both the Universal champion Wolf and the SSF champion Actagon. The SSF contingent continued their momentum from the shocking appearance (and victory) of Polarity, as the Greek Gods advanced to the next round, eliminating Wolf and Renegade.
Result: The Greek Gods beat Wolf & Renegade when Actagon submitted Renegade with the Grecian Sleeper Grip
Guile Cup 1st Round Match: Tendron the Destroyer & The Guardsman (freelance) vs Universal Tag Team Champions New Heroes
In a shocking upset in the main event, the freelance team made it a miserable ending for UCW, as Tendron and The Guardsman shocked the Universal Tag Team Champions!
Tendron the Destroyer & The Guardsman defeated The New Heroes when Tendron the Destroyer submitted Galactic Punisher with The Smothering
Immediately after the event, the draw for the quarterfinals was done for the second and final day of the 2092 Guile Cup: Tendron the Destroyer & The Guardsman vs The Greek Gods Team Titan vs Royal Family Polarity vs Norse Gods Powehouse draws a bye to the semi-finals
Also, with Wolf and the New Heroes losing in the first round, the following title matches were also signed: Universal Title Match Wolf (c) vs Matador of M83 Universal Tag Team Title Match New Heroes (c) vs Gladiators

Not sure what to do if the 2 SSF teams meet in the final. Does Morpheus go nuts and take over the arena? What would that do for SSF's reputation? Do I need to start running SSF supercards? Or do they burn out real fast? Hmm...possibilities, possibilities..
