But the mood struck hard to run one so I did
The show opens with Sly saying he was going to grab the Interplanetary title and telling a smirking Shayne that he deserved a break and would face Disciple of Terror. However, when Shayne looked at the title he frowned. For it was Monolith's name on the contract. Seemed that someone pulled a switch. Sly started to curse Witness.
Nosfera put away Panther Warrior with Demon's Breath. This was close as Panther Warrior looked like he was going to take the victory for quite a while but Nosfera's dirty tricks let him capture the win with Demon's Breath.
Kenji pinned Patch following a roundhouse kick to the head to retain the Orion Title. Sly said this would be anything goes and it looked like Patch would win the belt for Sly, but Kenji wore Patch down with his submissions and then battered him with a huge kick to score the pin.
Ghena edged Turmoil with Certain Death. This was wild as Turmoil battered Ghena and himself down. Eventually Ghena managed to grab control though and managed to bash Turmoil with Certain Death for the three count.
Paganax demolished Balaal with Ascent of the King. This was short as Balaal got a quick Bite of the Serpent but he could not keep control and Paganax eventually battered Balaal with two Ascents for the win.
The Predators stun the Immortals with a quick win after Lope used the Savage Face Claw on Sur. This was short as Bex never even got in the ring. Sur got in a few good shots early, but Wolf managed to come back and then tagged out to Lope who battered Sur around before clamping on the Claw. Sur was so stunned that he never got his shoulder up before the ref counted to three.
Sly Drury pinned Eydilon with Regime Change to win the Interplanetary Title. Sly had a few close calls but thanks to his hand picked referee he had little to worry about before he battered Eydilon down and using Regime Change to win.
Towers of Power squashed Natives of Castillex when Faller pinned Krud following Timber! This didn't last long as Yggor never saw action before Azuma squashed Krud into the turnbuckle and then Faller used Timber! to get the victory.
Aethran OverMaster squashed Pendragon with Reign of the OverMaster. The referee was knocked out but all that did was delay OverMaster's win as he battered Pendragon down until the referee awakened and counted the three.
The Gladiators handled Demon Hunters when Fist used Armament on Crossfire. The Demon Hunters dominated for a bit but Probation finally got going and then Fist took care of the rest as Crossfire fell.
Witness held off Coven Black after reversing a sunset flip into a cradle. Coven looked like he was going to take an easy win here but Witness played possum and cradled Black for the victory. (Black rolled Snake Eyes)
Ultimate Fighters beat Security Squad via Tapped Out! on Destroyer to retain the GWF Tag Team Titles. Hand was dominant early but Shoot and Clinch persevered and finally put away Destroyer.
Disciple of Terror upset Burning Man with Feel the Terror. It looked like Burning Man was going to simply toxic out Terror, but he missed a deathjump and Terror used Feel the Terror to win.
Perfect Time took down Better Than Human when Specimen used Pinnacle of Success on Tharkas. The Titans showed good tag work here as they held off Tharkas and Psi to score a big victory.
Skiver upset Bishop Hell following the Lacerator. Bishop dominated most of the matchup but he managed to lose control and Skiver took it to him battering him with a piledriver on the floor before hitting the Lacerator, a dive to the floor and then another Lacerator to score the pin.
Necros defeated Mesmer with Occult Classic. Mesmer dominated most of the match, but Necros got some help from Coven Black and then he applied Occult Classic for the upset.
In an Anything Goes match, Monolith defeated Shayne with Catastrophe to win the Galaxian Title. Despite his frustration, Shayne went all out and he nearly took the victory multiple times especially with Frontier Justice. It looked like Monolith would go down, but Monolith took control on the floor, then clamped on I Break You and then Catastrophe. Sly tried to get involved but Witness stopped him and the ref's slow count didn't matter as Shayne was going nowhere.

Awesome to see some results from the current era of the GWF... Even with the so many things working in his favor, Shayne could not take the belt from Monolith... Pleased that Necros won his match... Wish that Coven Black could have done the same... A pleasure to read!

Santa Brigade finished off Demons of the Night (Terminus and Spring Heeled Jack) following the Savage Face Claus (+6) on Terminus. Terminus and Jack had some good shots at getting the upset but Santa Lope wore down Terminus and then Santa Wolf finished him off with a perfect Savage Face Claus while Lope cross bodied Jack to the floor to stop a pin save.

The Security Squad defeated The Demon Hunters by disqualification after the Security Squad convinced the referee that Crossfire used the crowbar. Destroyer smashed Crossfire with the crowbar and went to put it down. Crossfire rolled up Destroyer causing the crowbar to still be in the ring and Iron Hand and Destroyer convinced the referee that Crossfire had used the weapon causing major boos from the crowd.
Turmoil finished off Burning Man with a Table Breaker. This was mostly Turmoil though Burning had a few shots before Turmoil put him through a table for the three count.

The other Titans found about this and eventually made a save but Overtime was in rough shape. He still came down for the match but he was no match for OverMaster who quickly caught him off the ropes with a massive Gladiator Piledriver. He then picked up Overtime, tossed him hard to the mat and then used an Aethran Gutbuster to score the pin.

Shayne defeated Monolith via disqualification when Lope and Wolf attacked Shayne. This was going back and forth when Security Squad attacked Monolith while the referee was distracted. Lope suddenly leaped into the ring and drilled Shayne with a flying clothesline as the referee turned out. The three AniMen started to batter Shayne down. Sly was about to suspend the three when suddenly he was distracted by a man in a teddy bear costume. He tried to say something but was suddenly hit by Witness who delivered I Know Your Secret. Sly and Shayne laid flat in the ring as the crowd cheered. Shayne is injured for four cards.

Great action! Don't think Shayne will take this lying down once he gets back from injury. Like that you're using Faller and Azuma as a team. I may have to try that out, though usually I just stick with the 'by the book' teams. I like it.

No one was expecting this, but Eydilon distracted the referee allowing Terror to use a Dreadnaught Drop on Lope and tag in Tharkas who used the Obliterator on Lope. The Gladiators edged the Natives of Castillex following a springboard clothesline by Fist on Krud. The Natives nearly stunned the Gladiators twice while taking a massive beating. Iron Hand got battered but Destroyer was making a nice run and only missed winning the belts after a heroic save by Shoot. He was frustrated though and whipped Clinch into the turnbuckle and tried to hit a big lariat only for Clinch to avoid the charge and then roll him up for the three count.
Ghena defeated Giant Azuma via countout after drilling him with Certain Death on the floor. Ghena hit a Brain Basher and Gates of Hell and though Azuma had managed to escape, he was staggered so Ghena wen with Certain Death and that knocked Azuma to the floor where he was unable to recover in time before the referee completed his count and called for the bell.
