Part 2 (Each bracket is getting its own part plus the AOM punishment set)
Bracket B Monolith squashed Ghena with Catastrophe. Ghena tried to whip Monolith into the turnbuckle but missed a chage. From there it was all Monolith until Catastrophe finished off things after a Vader Bomb on the floor nearly took Ghena down just before that.
Shayne defeated Nightmare with Eye 4 Eye. This was a rough battle with Nightmare dominating early before Shayne came back with a top rope lariat and then Eye 4 Eye to win.
Monolith handled Nightmare with Catastrophe. This went back and forth for a while and it looked like Nightmare might pull it off but in the end, the genetic beast and Catastrophe were too much for the shadow demon as he could not kick out. After the match, the arena went dark and when the lights returned Nightmare was gone and a strange laughter could be heard.
Ghena put down Shayne with Evolution. Shayne just seemed out of sorts here as Ghena pounded him down. Shayne would hit a few things only for Ghena to counter and eventually put Shayne down before hitting Evolution for the three.
Ghena beat Nightmare via forfeit when Nightmare could not be found. It was not the way Ghena wanted to win but his opponent could not be found so the referee had to award him the match.
Monolith squashed Shayne with Catastrophe to take the bracket with a perfect score. Shayne had been dominating Monolith recently but it was not the case here as Monolith just battered his opponet around for a while before he used Catastrophe to put Shayne away.
Monolith 3-0 Ghena 2-1 Shayne 1-2 Nightmare 0-3

Oh, snap! A disappointing performance by the Real Ordeal and Monolith sweeps his bracket... Really looking forward to Overmaster's punishment gauntlet...
Which Bishop Hell are you currently playing? Promoter Prime or Black Death?

Bracket C
Perfect Specimen handled Bex with an Excellence Elbow Lock. Bex gave Specimen a good run but out of nowhere Spec locked in an Elbow Lock and then placed Bex's shoulders on the mat. Bex could not escape the pin without damaging his shoulder and Spec took the victory.
Kill Prey easily handled Demon Godsend with Go For the Kill. KIll Prey's speed and agility were just too much for the Demon and Kill Prey just was an offensive flurry. Eventually after putting a beating to DG, Kill Prey used Soften Up Prey and Go For the Kill to win.
Perfect Specimen handled Demon Godsend with Pinnacle of Success. Specimen continued to look good as he followed Kill Prey's strategy of using speed and agility to frustrate the Demon before using his Pinnacle of Success to finish the creature off.
Bex knocked off Kill Prey with Ground Zero. Bex wrestled like a man possessed and might well have been. Kill Prey had his chances but he could never capitalize on them and Bex locked in Ground Zero and Shann-Ra threw in the towel telling Kill Prey to save himself for the last match.
Demon Godsend took down Bex with the Grip of Doom. Demon Godsend avoided going winless here. Whether it was by GODSEND or just his own ability, Demon Godsend withstood Bex's attacks and locked in a Grip of Doom keeping Bex down for the pin.
Perfect Specimen edged Kill Prey with Pinnacle of Success to complete a perfect run in his bracket. Specimen was not going to be denied and Kill Prey was still a bit off from his match against Bex. Eventually Spec took him down with a Perfect Piledriver and followed up with Pinnacle of Success to win.
Perfect Specimen 3-0 Bex 1-2 Demon Godsend 1-2 Kill Prey 1-2

Really liked the quick thinking by Shann-Ra when she convinced her brother to give up the fight against Bex for the greater good - His upcoming match against Spec... But unfortunately, there's just no beating PERFECTION!

Yeah, it was a good plan even if it did not work.
Bracket D Sly Drury squashed Totalis with Regime Change. Totalis never really got going here as Sly bounced him from pillar to post for a while before using Regime Change for the victory.
Eydilon pinned Epoch after an Astral Neckbreaker. Epoch battled hard and did not want to go down but Eydilon's offense proved too much. Epoch managed to kick out of Eydilon's finisher only for an Astral Neckbreaker proving to be the finish.
Sly Drury squashed Epoch with Regime Change. This was basically all Sly as Epoch hit a few feeble moevs but Sly avoided a knee to the midsection, hit Crime Lord and then Regime Change to finish off his opponent.
Eydilon edged Totalis with Mists of Eydilon. Totalis had his chances here but he did not take advantage of them. Eydilon survived a Final Round and a pair of Title Quests before using Rest in Pieces and then Mists of Eydilon to finish off his challenge.
Epoch avoided the humiliation of being shut out by doing it to Totalis with an avalanche. Totalis once again had his chances but he could not take advantage of them. Epoch nearly fell and was frustrated when Return of the Beast did not get the pin. He managed to keep his composure long enough to use an avalanche to get the pin.
Sly Drury finally edged Eydilon with Regime Change to capture the bracket. The battle of the commissioners was a close one. Both had multiple chances to win. It looked like Eydilon was going to grab it and give The Kingdom a chance but Sly came back at the last moment reversing a deathjump and then hitting Regime Change for the win.
Sly Drury 3-0 Eydilon 2-1 Epoch 1-2 Totalis 0-3

Gotta wonder how this will impact the dynamic within Martial Law --- With Drury killing his bracket while the Real Ordeal barely made a dent in his own... Who Runs This Fed, HUH?

Totalis 0-3? In a tournament? I call shenanigans.

Totalis even in tournaments is only mildly better and there are a lot of hard hitters here. Shayne probably put on his worst performance while Sly put on his best. I expect Sly will use that to keep Shayne under his thumb for one more year. Thanks for following. AOM's series is up next.

Aethran OverMaster's Punishment Battles If anyone interferes, they are suspended for all of 2135.
Aethran OverMaster edged Bishop Hell with Dominance. This was close as Bishop Hell managed two Hellfires but AOM just would not stay down and he kept battering down Bishop until a pair of Dominances proved too much in the end.
Aethran OverMaster shocked Monolith with a quick Reign of the OverMaster. This was going back and forth early but AOM hit a Gladiator Piledriver. Monolith rolled out of the ring but AOM won the brawl on the floor and then hit Reign and got the three count.
Perfect Specimen took down Aethran OverMaster with the Pinnacle of Success to win the GWF Title. OverMaster had done it twice but the third time was not the charm. Specimen took an OverMaster Uprising but came back hard and fast and the Pinnacle proved to be too much as OverMaster's reign finally ended.
Aethran OverMaster took it to Sly Drury and used Reign of the OverMaster. Drury was not up to the enraged OverMaster who quickly smashed the leader of Martial Law. A series of ballistic headbutts followed up by Reign of the Overmaster finished things off. OverMaster challenged whoever won the Impossible Tournament for the Perennial.
