I'd put Flair higher (he was still a title contender through the whole time) and Barbarian definitely lower...Stevie Ray's singles lower, Rick Steiner's singles lower, Kanyon lower, Arn maybe a slight bit higher. Frank Gotch is a mere 41, you're saying that Rick Steiner is almost as good a singles wrestler as a guy who held the world title for 6 years?

I'm saying Rick Steiner is a hell of a better wrestler than Goldberg... hell even Sting... but I'm taking into account a lot of factors. I personally think Steiner was an awesome wrestler... but he just never got pushes...

And in the end, that's what their stats need to reflect. Was Goldberg a good wrestler? No, did he get a huge push, yes. Therefore statistically his card should be higher.
Rick should be an awesome tag wrestlers and a fairly good singles wrestler (30-35 range should be fine.)

So, how does one go about getting any of these sets that you are making? I'm interested in them but completely lost

Good Evening Chuck,
thanks for making these available for the community. It is greatly appreciated.
I am probably the biggest WCW fan here, as Swarm and others will attest, so I had some comments for the set. Please do not view them as negative; they are intended to be viewed as constructive for the betterment of this and future sets in general.
My first thought upon viewing the cards is that some of them - Bagwell in particular, Savage and Sting are much too strong. There is a chance that Bagwell's finisher is as strong as the Giant's - clearly for the timeframe, this is not possible. Bagwell should not have 3 L3 moves on L2. he just shouldn't.
Similarly, I am taking this timeframe from 1995-1999, with the men that you featured. I think your Flair is too strong for this timeframe. I do not think adding to his finisher occurred as much then - he was losing too much and when he was winning, he was doing so with help.
I would have loved to see an NWO or Outside interference chart accompany this set. Many/Most finishes in the big matches then were never clean. The NWO itself never won without some sort of help, if I am remembering correctly. If we are going for realism, this needs to be addressed. Same with the DQ's - I think their NWO dq's should be higher.
I also think the set, for the timeframe, has glaring omissions - I know that Jericho and Malenko are in the cruiserweight set - but Piper, for instance, the Nasty Boys, Public Enemy, etc. I think their inclusion would have made the set stronger.
I love DDP's ribs gimmick, but how come you omitted the Diamond Cutter mechanic from the L3 Defense?
All in all, I think this is a good effort, but if we are trying to recreate cards as realistic as possible for the timeframe, I think these tweaks would make the set much stronger.
Please let me know if you need any clarification.
thanks - JRN
