I like the Krakan diss on Thantos very much. This match should be a great one.

Card #8 had a tension to it with the Thantos & Krakan build growing, I love Heel vs. Heel in this case. It's really good to see the SoD over the Greek Gods and I'm picking SoD will Win the Gold...

Thx guys
Card #9
Deimos Intergalactic Arena
JR: "King of the Galaxy is on our next card but tonight is now. The GWF Champion is in action as is his challenger. The seeds for the tournament will be announced and so much more. Pull up a seat and don't you dare leave."
Lord Nexus vs Executioner: Lord Nexus continues the losing streak of Executioner pinning him after a "TITAN DROP"
Omega finds Massif and wants to talk. "Massif. Quite the hostility last card."
Massif: "Yeah."
Omega: "No explanation?"
Massif: "Look. All due respect to you Omega but maybe Kraken was right in what he said. I'm all for being a nice guy outside the ring. But why should I continue to be nice when the wrestler across the ring from me is looking to take me out to get ahead. You are a great man and mentor. But you've seen first hand what some are willing to do. What about what Comrade Terror did to you? Star Warrior is taking up that fight for you. Are you going to pull in the reighns on him?
Fighting Titans vs Neptunian Space Croppers: After a back and forth match, Renegade rolls out of the ring to try and catch a breather. Pulsar goes out after him and Renegade cracks a chair over the head of Pulsar for the DQ.
Invincible Kraken, Mutant and Ghengis Khan are in the back. Kraken: "At King of the Galaxy, make no mistake about it Thantos, your reign is over. Your reign as GWF Champ is over. And your little Royal Court will be defeated by these two men beside me."
Invincible Kraken vs Omega: Omega does some damage but Kraken wakes up and nails the "FALLING FACE SLAM" for the win.
Thantos is in the back: "Kraken. You still do not get it, do you? See, I'm the best there is. Like I said, you beat me once. But this (slaps the GWF belt that is on his shoulder) is on the line. And I will fight til my last breath to keep it."
Massacre and Brute roll out to the ring. Massacre: "Hey Wolf. You flea ridden mutt. We have a special challenge for you."
Wolf comes out and gets in the ring and right in the face of both Gladiators. Brute pushes up on Wolf but Massacre extends his arm out to keep Brute back.
Massacre: "At Deimos Perennial; an old friend of yours wants to fight. We've been authorized to get it signed. Do you accept?"
Wolf sniffs the air a bit before nodding his head. Massacre grins before he and Brute leave.
Thantos vs Commander Sam: Perhaps Thantos was over looking Commander Sam. Sam continued to reverse Thantos and gets a pin attempt following a "Peacemaker slingshot" for a 2. "Abdominal stretch" and Thantos gets the ropes. "SAM'S ATOMIC DROP" for the win. The Deimos crowd erupts! Kraken comes out and gives the belt is mine motion.
no disqualification Star Warrior vs Comrade Terror: Back and forth match but Star Warrior uses the "NOVA LAUNCH" for the victory.

Omega finds Massif and wants to talk. "Massif. Quite the hostility last card." Massif: "Yeah." Omega: "No explanation?" Massif: "Look. But why should I continue to be nice when the wrestler across the ring from me is looking to take me out to get ahead. You are a great man and mentor. But you've seen first hand what some are willing to do. What about what Comrade Terror did to you? Star Warrior is taking up that fight for you. Are you going to pull in the reins on him? I'm an Omega Fan, but at this point he comes across like a Frozen Caveman archetype, way out of touch with the era at hand. Massif was being polite about it, but the legend from Cetus isn't proving to be much of a strategist for the realities of pro wrestling in 2087. In fact if you go strictly BTB, an argument can be made that Omega's handling of Massif's career was among the greatest examples of mismanagement in the history of the GWF. Will this story of great potential left unfulfilled repeat itself in The Beginning? Or will the big man bend the curve of his past fate in the multi-verse of the Fed Forums? Massacre and Brute roll out to the ring. Massacre: "Hey Wolf. You flea ridden mutt. We have a special challenge for you." Wolf comes out and gets in the ring and right in the face of both Gladiators. Brute pushes up on Wolf but Massacre extends his arm out to keep Brute back. Massacre: "At Deimos Perennial; an old friend of yours wants to fight. We've been authorized to get it signed. Do you accept?" Wolf sniffs the air a bit before nodding his head. Massacre grins before he and Brute leave. Que the ~left hanging in suspense music~ on the sound system! #3 Star Warrior vs #6 Omega As the proverb says: tiger father, dog son! This is Star Warrior's chance to prove the peanut gallery wrong and escape from the shadow of his old man. For Omega, spare the rod, spoil the child. Should be a heck of a battle, with the aftermath holding a ton of potential. Kraken comes out and gives the belt is mine motion. ... GWF Championship Thantos (C) vs Invincible Kraken Huge win for Commander Bald Eagle. Recent weeks have exposed some chinks in the armor of the once seemingly invincible champion. Krakan is one of my all time favorites, so I'll go with my heart and not my head and predict (by hook or by crook) a new GWF Champion at KotG!

Thx Paint
Card #10
Deimos Intergalactic Arena
King of the Galaxy
#2 Commander Sam vs #7 Massacre: Commander Sam makes it two big wins in a row, first defeating Thantos at card #9 and now defeating Massacre with a "Sam's Slam" to advance in the King of the Galaxy Tournament.
#1 Massif vs #8 Pulsar: Pulsar speed is a bit much for Massif but once the big man cathces him, its all over. "VOLCANIC DROP" for the win.
#3 Star Warrior vs #6 Omega: The bell rings and Star Warrior and Omega shake hands when someone in a robe runs into the ring and attacks Omega. Star Warrior reaches down to grab the assailant when he is hit by a vicious fireball. Star Warrior is writhing in pain and the robed figure leaves the ring.
JR: "Who the hell was that? Star Warrior is hurt fans. We are getting word that because Omega was attacked after the bell sounded, Omega advances to the next round due to a disqualification."
#4 Wolf vs #5 Lord Nexus: Lord Nexus was in control until Wolf kicked into gear. "SAVAGE FACE CLAW"
Pit Viper vs Exo-King: ExoKing locks in the "DEATH VISE" but Pit Viper some how breaks the hold. But Viper finally loses to a "flying body crusher"
KOTG semi final 1: Commander Sam vs Omega: The two friends shake hands. Its all Sam but it takes a second "SAM'S ATOMIC DROP" to get the job done. Sam advances to the finals.
KOTG semi final 2: Massif vs Wolf: Wolf has the momentum but the big man makes a comeback and a "VOLCANIC DROP" is the difference.
Kraken is in the back. "The time has come, Thantos. I don't fear you. How could I? You lost to a fossil. Heh! Tonight is the night. The night where I end your reign. And I become THE GWF Champion."
GWF Tag Team Championship: Vanity Flare (c) vs Society of Death: Vanity Flare is rolling but out of nowhere, as Vanity is in the ring and looking to tag Killer Queen in, Killer Queen jumps off the apron and leaves the ring. While Vanity looks on in bewilderment, Mutant comes from behind and locks in the "TEMPLE GRINDER" for the victory. Society Of Death are the new GWF Tag Team Champions!
Thantos from his dressing room: "Kraken. (Slaps the GWF Title) This what you want boy? Come get it."
KOTG Final: Commander Sam vs Massif: Incredible match. Sam controls much of the opening and nails an early "SAM'S ATOMIC DROP" but Massif kicks out. Another immediate "SAM'S ATOMIC DROP" for a near fall. Everytime Massif is able to get control, Sam would reverse. Massif is finally able to get control and it takes a second "VOLCANIC DROP" to gain victory. Massif is the 2087 King of the Galaxy winner and recieves a GWF Championship match at next years Deimos Perennial.
GWF Championship Thantos (C) vs Invincible Kraken: Good thing wrestlers don't get paid by the minute. Thantos is absolutely dominant and after Kraken kicked out from the "Satanic Skull Smasher", Thantos locks in the "MASTERLOCK" for the victory.

Card #11
Deimos Intergalactic Arena
The GWF Champ, Thantos, is standing in the ring with Comrade Terror, Executioner, Exo-King, Killer Queen and the hooded figure that jumped Omega and Star Warrior at King of the Galaxy. "Society Of Death. The only reason you have the tag titles is because I ordered Killer Queen to ditch that pretty boy bitch Vanity. And when Killer Queen teams with Exo King, you will know the true meaning of being Royally Screwed. Now, as for you Johnny Rocket. You asked who in the hell this man was that attacked Omega and Star Warrior? It's Bishop Hell to be exact. I have had a revalation of sorts. Maybe Kraken was right. Maybe I didn't do anything but break a few words laid down by a couple of simple men. But, this sport is driven by conflict and noone is more driven than me. Omega. I have made it my mission to end the careers of you and your son. You've already felt the blade of Comrade Terror. Now you've felt the fire of Hell. And I won't rest until you are dust."
Morpheus comes out. "I'm not here to question what you just said Thantos. I have a message from the GWF Committee. You will defend your title tonight Thantos against the wrestler that beat you on the card before King of the Galaxy. Commander Sam. Also, your new recruit will be in action tonight against someone that wants a measure of revenge. Bishop Hell will face Omega. And, it has been signed, sealed and delivered; at Deimos Perennial, Bishop Hell will face a returning Star Warrior."
JR: "We have been informed that Star Warrior is injured and will not return until Deimos Perennial."
KOTG winner Massif vs Wolf: Wolf and Massif both go down when they hit each other with huge clotheslines. Wolf gets up first and then hits the "atomic kneedrop" for the victory.
JR: "The King of the Galaxy winner loses to Wolf. There is no shame in that I'll tell ya."
The Aethran Antham blares but no one comes out. "You're finished Wolf!" flashes on the holo-tron
Exo King and Killer Queen vs Greek Gods: The team of King and Queen are going to be called "Royally Screwed" apparently. The Greek Gods were just that as their losing ways continue. Killer Queen puts Proteus away with a "shoulder breaker".
Kraken vs Lord Nexus: Kraken and Nexus have a hell of a fight. Kraken uses the outside to his advantage on a couple of occasions, including when he executes a "reverse piledriver" on the floor to win via countout. As Kraken is looking at Nexus, he doesn't notice Pit Viper sprinting from the back and nailing him from behind. Pit Viper is wailing on Kraken. The Society of Death come out and so does Pulsar, as security has to break the two teams up.
Bishop Hell vs Omega: The old man is fired up and takes it to the newcomer. Omega nails a "TOMAHAWK THRUST" for a 2 count. He then locks Hell in a "sleeper hold" that puts the rook to sleep. As Comrade Terror and Executioner get to the ring, Omega slides out the back and heads through the crowd.
Gladiators vs Fighting Titans: The Gladiators make quick work as Massacre pins Pulsar following an "atomic kneedrop".
GWF Championship Thantos (C) vs Commander Sam: Thantos and Commander Sam go back and forth...until Thantos had enough. Thantos reverses into a "Satanic Skull Smasher" and then locks in the "MASTERLOCK" for the victory. Thantos retains the GWF Title. He doesn't break the hold right away to inflict more pain. He finally lets go and Comrade Terror comes out. Comrade Terror spits on Commander Sam and then takes out his spike and drills him with it. Sam is busted open. Massif comes out from the back and lays into Comrade Terror while Thantos slides out the back. Massif throws Terror out of the ring and then tends to Sam.

Some great storylines developing here. Omega clowns Bishop Hell in his debut, a reminder that the dice can cast some strange payoffs. Royally Screwed should make for a formidable team...but a scorned Vanity lurks in the wings. SOD vs Titans seems to be heating up. Thantos and Comrade Terror send Sam a brutal message while Massif once again plays the white knight.
All roads lead to the Deimos Perennial!

The Beginning continues to have a very Wild & Fun vibe, I loved how Thantos & Comrade Terror laid out Sam in that post match attack, but then Massif hits the ring for the save. It's always good to see Omega with a victory and one over Bishop Hell is even better, plus I like how Omega eluded the post-match attack...

Thx Paint and CCCard #12 Deimos Intergalactic Arena Morpheus: "This is the final card of the year which means that the next card is the Deimos Perennial. I have a another match to announce for that epic event. Along with the matches you already know about. Wolf vs a mystery opponent. Star Warrior vs Bishop Hell and the GWF Champion Thantos defending against King of the Galaxy winner Massif. As a result of what happened on the last card, a six man tag team elimination match has been signed between the Flying Titans and the Society of Death. As for tonights main event. Also as a result of the last show, Commander Sam teams with Massif to face Comrade Terror and Thantos. Have a great evening fans!" Mesmer vs Splatter: A pair of newcomers to the GWF. Splatter with an "ax handle" and cover but Mesmer gets his foot on the rope. Mesmer comes back and Splatter feels the effects of the "BLACKOUT". Kraken vs Wolf: Back and forth match. Wolf is busted open by repeated bites to the forehead by Kraken. Wolf is undeterred though and pins Kraken following a "running clothesline. Massif is in the dressing room. "Thantos. You talk about ending careers. Have you ever considered the fact that maybe, just maybe, you should be concerned for your career? You are looking at, literally and figuratively, the biggest challenge of your life. That pedestal that you put yourself on isn't big enough to evade me. My time is now." Royally Screwed vs The Flying Titans: King and Queen are thoroughly beating both Titans. But it's Pit Viper that gets the hot tag and cleans house and is then able to nail Killer Queen with the "VENOM BLAST" for the victory. Before the next match; as The Gladiators stand in the ring awaiting their opponents, the holo-tron flicks on. "We are two of the Animen of Andromeda. I am Incredible Badger and my partner is Battering Ram. We issue a challenge to the big, bad Gladiators of Aethra. Your kind have been thorns in our side for long enough. So, accept our challenge to a match at The Deimos Perennial." Massacre: "(laughing) You're on. Bring your leash and we'll even walk you after we're done!" The Gladiators vs The Greek Gods: Both teams have struggled this year and maybe the Gladiators were concentrating on the Animen because they are disqualified for not obeying the refs orders. As the teams brawl wit each other, two guys come from the back and get involved but mainly concentrating on pounding on The Greek Gods. The Glads sensing this, pound on The Greek Gods as well and it's a 4 on 2 until security comes out. The two guys not seen before, demand a mic. The bigger one: "WE are the Norse Gods. And we are here for two reasons. GWF Gold; but most importantly, we are here to get rid of those fakes; the so called Greek Gods." Massif and Commander Sam vs Thantos and Comrade Terror: Terror and Sam start out and go at each other vigorously. Terror controls much of it and tags in Thantos. Thantos and Terror work well together and have Sam in the ropes but Sam is able to tag in Massif who comes in a house of fire. The Massif/Thantos showdown does not disappoint as they both fight hard. But Thantos is able to assert his control and Terror comes in and hits an "ATOMIC WARHEAD". Sam is unable to make the pin save and Massif is pinned. As Massif lays on the mat, Thantos takes the GWF Title and kneels next to him and says, "This will always be mine." JR: "We hope to see you at the next card as we present the second annual Deimos Perennial. Don't miss it!" Deimos Perennialsix man tag elimination matchSociety of Death vs The Fighting Titans The Norse Gods vs The Greek Gods The Gladiators vs Incredible Badger and Battering Ram Star Warrior vs Bishop Hell Wolf vs GWF ChampionshipThantos (C) vs Massif

End of year one rankings and awards.
GWF Champion: Thantos 1) Commander Sam 2) Massif 3) Kraken 4) Wolf 5) Star Warrior
GWF Tag Team Champions: Society Of Death 1) Flying Titans 2) Greek Gods 3) The Gladiators
Wrestler of the year: Thantos. No surprise here. He won the title in the tournament at Deimos Perennial at the beginning of the year and never lost it, defending it three times.
Tag Team of the year: Society of Death. Only lost one match and that was to the former Champions Vanity Flare.
For anyone interested, this is the rankings system that I came up with. It is archived on this board somewhere but here it is again. Feel free to use it.
To qualify for the rankings; take the number of total matches and divide by the number of total competitors. This prevents rookies or wrestlers that haven't had as many matches from getting into the rankings based on a perfect record after 1 or 2 matches.
Rankings are figured after every 3 month period.
At the beginning of a new year, half of a wrestlers exsisting point total is carried over. If a wrestler did not qualify for the rankings; he has his points cut in half twice. For instance a 40 would drop to 10 instead of 20. Records are reset.
100%=100 95%-99.9%=95 90%-94.9%=90 85%-89.9%=85 80%-84.9%=80 75%-79.9%=75 70%-74.9%=70 65%-69.9%=65 60%-64.9%=60 55%-59.9%=55 50%-54.9%=50 45%-49.9%=35 40%-44.9%=30 35%-39.9%=25 30%-34.9%=20 25%-29.9%=15 20%-24.9%=10 15%-19.9%=8 10%-14.9%=5 0%-9.9%=1
