I'm so anxious to get my hands on 2123 that I convinced myself it was Saturday already. The absence of the game edition from the shop area nearly drove me nuts - until I regained my wits and realized it was early Friday morning. 24 (or so) hours left; I can't stand it.
This little exercise in torture got me wondering what I'll do first when I receive the game edition. Will I read the new manual? Try to figure out who Sleeper Cell is? Prep my cards for game time (NOTE: I still color and laminate my own cards, and I've sworn to quit subscribing once that's no longer an option)? Or will I immediately rotate these characters into the mix via a day-long game-athon?
I have to tell you that whatever I decide, I don't think the ordering availibility day can get here fast enough.
The true beauty of COTG is that it turns every new release day into a mini-Christmas; especially if the edition is a hot one. 2123 looks to be smokin', and I'm killing myself with anxious anticipation.
