After lunch, I got the following wrestlers to sign my copy of their Legends cards: Greg Valentine, Brutus Beefcake, Amber O'Neal (who mentioned how much she likes Ty States as she was signing my copy of her card,) and Angel Orsini.
When it was time for the autographs from the VIP guests, Nora Greenwald, the New Age Outlaws, and Kevin Sullivan signed my copies of their LOW cards and my WWE Encyclopedia was signed by Maryse, Mick Foley, Great Sasuke, Vader, the Steiners, Tommy Dreamer, Carlos Colon, Godfather, and Harry Smith. Of the 3 women- Maryse, Molly Holly, and Spice, I personally liked meeting Spice (who was in the ring in the photo with me and the Godfather) the most.
Since I did not get a chance to see some of the vendor guests I originally planned to see, I used that money at the end of the day to get my picture taken with my fellow Las Vegan Mike Tyson. Mike Tyson's photo ops started about two hours late because he insisted on waiting for a member of his entourage, but it was worth the wait.
For merch, Kevin Steen was selling ROH's new Survival of the Fittest DVD for only $10 which I bought.
After I got my picture taken with Mike Tyson, there was not a lot of time left before the Pro Wrestling Superstars (PWS) show so me and Cman went to the hotel grill for dinner and then went to the PWS show.
PWS results:
Finlay defeated Colt Cabana in a rounds match
The opening match was between two guys I never heard of but then Vader came out and beat the hell out of both of them
New Age Outlaws defeated the Steiners with Mick Foley as the referee. This match was early because Foley and the New Age Outlaws had to catch a flight to St. Louis tomorrow for the Royal Rumble. At the start of this match, a fan in the row in front of me about 6-7 seats to my right, started heckling Scott Steiner and Steiner went over and actually shoved the fan in the face. Some more words were exchanged and Scott Steiner then spit on the fan too. The fan's friend then threw his beer in Scott Steiner's face causing Scott Steiner to jump the guard rail and pie face the fan. The fan and his friend were later tossed from the show.
Mascarita Dorado defeated DEMUS 316. An incredible minis match!
Mikey Whipwreck and Tajiri in their first time teaming up together in over 10 years defeated the 7oh4- Cedrick Alexander and Caleb Konley. Konley got sprayed with the mist from Tajiri. I was really impressed with Mikey Whipwreck especially since he said he had not wrestled for awhile.
Kevin Steen defeated Tommy Dreamer in a no DQ no count out match. At one point in this match, Dreamer placed the ring bell over Steen's groin and then grabbed this big hammer from the guy sitting next to me and smashed it against the ring bell. This hammer weighs 45 pounds,is made of wood and metal, and is about 5 feet tall. It belongs to this fan who carries it everywhere he goes at Wrestle Reunion and it got used by Dreamer in his match tonight.
Roderick Strong defeated the Manscout.
Davey Richards defeated Harry Smith in one of the best matches of the weekend.
El Generico and Great Sasuke defeated the Young Bucks in another great match.
The main event was Wrestle Reunion's Wrestle Royal (basically a rumble) won by the Godfather who tossed out Beefcake for the victory. The Godfather's Ho Train on his way to the ring consisted of Shelly Martinez, Cookie, Amber O'Neal, and Angel Orsini. A fan who won an auction to be one of the entrants got his hair cut by Beefcake before Beefcake dumped him over the top rope. Some of the other 20 participants included Greg Valentine, Jimmy Hart, Matt Classic, Dan Severn, Carlos Colon, Kevin Sullivan, and Lanny Poffo.
Tomorrow is Breakfast of Champions and then PWG's Kurt Russellreunion III before I fly home to Las Vegas.
