Savage in the 80s matches are ones I can watch over and over. As creative as Ric's without the conventional formula. The ax handle is that big moment that you know things are kicking into high gear. Him vs. Ricky Steamboat at WM3 remains in my TOP 3 favorite matches of all-time... When Macho Man started using that timekeeper's bell as his weapon of choice... Priceless!

Southern Wrestling Council Part 1
The Conways edged Electric Express with Lets Twist and Headbutt on Regal. This was a fun battle as Rose and Regal dominated early but the Conways would not go quietly. Jr. managed to tag in his dad who put it to Regal and Rose. Rose nearly made a big comeback but in the end, the Conways used a variety of headbutts to finish Regal off.
Too Cold Scorpio pinned Sam Houston after the Scorpio Splash. People were shocked when Scorpio turned on his allies in a recent match and now he took it to Sam Houston. Houston had a few chances including the Bulldog but Scorpio made a comeback and the Scorpio Splash was too much for Houston.
Boogie Woogie Man Jimmy Valiant put away Masked Superstar after the Boogie Woogie Elbow. This was a surprising back and forth match. It looked like Superstar had it won but Valiant took it to the floor and then came back and used the Sleeper to set up the big elbow for the three count.
Greg Valentine held off a game Scott Casey with the Figure Four Leglock for the submission. Casey kept frustrating The Hammer and nearly pulled off the upset a few times but in the end, Valentine knocked Casey down and then clamped on the Figure Four. Casey reached the ropes once but a second time was too much and Casey was forced to tap.
Magnum T.A. pinned Tully Blanchard with the Belly to Belly Suplex. This was fun but Blanchard never got it going before Magnum whipped Blanchard into J.J. Dillon and then hit the Belly to Belly for the victory.
The Midnight Express edged The Rock and Roll Express when Condrey pinned Gibson after the Midnight Massacre. This was another wild battle and it looked like either team could take it. Morton and Gibson dominated early but Condrey and Eaton kept battling back as Eaton caught Gibson off the turnbuckle before the two hit the Midnight Massacre for the three count.

Southern Wrestling Council Part 2
Diamond Dallas Page knocked off Black Glove Ted DiBiase with the Diamond Cutter. DiBiase got an early jump on to Page and it looked like he was going to take it but Page made a reversal and then hit the Diamond Cutter for the win.
British Empire bested The Armstrongs when Street locked The Daffodil on Brad for the victory. Bob just could never get a tag from his son and looked frustrated as Street and Taylor used various tactics to wear down Brad before Brad was forced down with The Daffodil.
Blackjack Mulligan got a quick win over Larry Zbyszko with a back elbow ram. Zbyszko dominated early but a missed turnbuckle charge allowed Mulligan to take control. He then dropped Zbyszko with a lariat and then the back elbow for the pin.
Rock Riddle forced Johnny Mantell to submit to a figure four leglock. Riddle dominated most of the match using various moves to wear down Mantell's legs. Mantell came back with the Russian Leg Sweep and Texas Tumbleweed but a mistimed move allowed Riddle to rake the eyes and then slam down Mantell before locking on the figure four to gain the submission.
The Heavenly Bodies put away Too Cool with an elbow drop by Prichard on Christopher. This was a wild tag match with both teams having near chances to win. It looked for a while Too Cool might take it but Lane made a nice comeback before tagging into Prichard who dropped an elbow for the three.
Barry Windham took down Harley Race with the Lariat. This was a battle of attrition and Race had some good shots. Windham came roaring back though with a big suplex, then the Superplex before finally hitting the Lariat. Race got his foot on the bottom rope but the referee did not see it and Windham took the victory.

Impressive win for Windham... Beating Race in that fashion would not have been easy... Lots of fun!

Friggin fantastic stuff TTX! Action from these three feds was great. Not only did I enjoy the matches but it seemed apparent to me that you really enjoyed these matches - it showed in you're descriptions. Vibrant. Hands down though my favorite was Barry Windham defeating Harley Race. Rock on my friend!

I like how you have broken things down into feds. I'm looking forward to seeing the action from all three of your promotions. I loved the "Macho Man" over the "Nature Boy" on the first EPW show.

Thanks Cruefan. It feels nice to do feds and I hope I can run them for a while.
Hardcore Xtreme Wrestling Part 1
Shane Douglas pinned Rob Van Dam after the Belly to Belly Suplex and a little Francine interference. Van Dam dominated most of the match and it looked like he was going to take it as he climbed to the top to deliver the crushing blow but the referee was distracted by Douglas and Francine pushed him off the top rope allowing Shane to catch him into the Belly to Belly for the win.
Sandman bested Ox Baker with the Singapore Cane shot. Sandman pounded Baker for most of the match though Baker came back with a series of blows and nearly won it with the Heart Punch. Sandman came back with multiple DDTs on objects before grabbing the Singapore Cane and smashing Baker down for the pin.
New Rockers beat Triple Threat following the Rocker Dropper on Candido. Jannetty and Snow were clicking on all cylinders and Candido and Credible just could not stop them. Though Credible made a brief comeback before Snow smashed him with Head and then tagged Jannetty who used the Rocker Dropper to get the three count.
Ray Stevens crushed Jerry Lynn with the Crippling Piledriver. Lynn tried one move that Stevens quickly reversed. From there it was all Stevens as he seemed to toy with Lynn before using the Bombs Away for a near fall and then dropping him with the Crippling Piledriver while Bobby Heenan taunted Stevens' fallen opponent.
The Destroyer came back to defeat Killer Kowalski with the Figure Four Leglock. Kowalski dominated things for a while and it looked like he might take it but Destroyer made a late come back and hit a backbreaker, the Bombs Away and then clamped on the Figure Four to take the match.
Miracle Violence Connection edged The Road Warriors when Gordy used the STF on Animal. The Road Warriors dominated most of the match and should have had it after the Doomsday Device but Williams dropped a big elbow on Animal which allowed Gordy to clamp on an STF. Animal was still out of it from the elbow to his head and the referee called for the bell.

Hardcore Xtreme Wrestling Part 2
Steve Corino overcame Mikey Whipwreck with the Old School Expulsion. Whipwreck dominated most of the match but he missed a late dive and that allowed Corino to take control before finally hitting Old School Expulsion to win.
Bar Room Brawlers bested The Vachons with the Crusher Nelson on Butcher Vachon. Fargo and Crusher showed some good tag skills together as they bloodied The Vachons who still nearly pulled it off with a Butcher Hangman. Fargo and Crusher came back though as Crusher's fists took Butcher down before the Crusher Nelson gained a submission.
Iron Sheik took down Hacksaw Jim Duggan with a rollup after Duggan missed a turnbuckle charge. Sheik dominated most of the match but Duggan reversed a turnbuckle whip and charged headfirst into the corner. Sheik took advantage by catching Duggan with a boot and then quickly rolled Duggan up for the pin while holding the ropes.
Bobo Brazil pinned Stan Hansen after the Coco Butt. This was surprising as Hansen would gain control only for Brazil to keep coming back and then several Coco Butts finished Hansen off.
The Sheepherders beat Wild Fury with the Battering Ram on Curry. Firpo and Curry went to an all out assault and the Sheepherders struggled for a while. Both teams were soon bleeding. The Sheepherders nearly took it only to miss the Running Knee Smash. Curry then ran wild for a while only for Williams and Miller to catch him in the Battering Ram for the fall.
Bruiser Brody clobbered Abdullah the Butcher with the Jumping Knee Drop. This was a bit disappointing as Brody controlled nearly the entire match before hitting his finisher and taking the victory.

Ouch! Rough loss for The Whole F'n Show... But, I really like seeing Snow and Jannetty as the NEW (and improved, imo) Rockers... Fun times!
