Kamikaze Squad overcame The Flying Redheads when Fuji pinned Lyons following the Middle Rope Splash. Tyler Black put away Henry Irslinger with the enzuigiri. Too Cold Scorpio surprised Terry Gordy with a handspring kick. British Empire took down The Sheepherders when Taylor pinned Williams following the British Suplex. Freddie Blassie pinned Dutch Savage following the Southern Neckbreaker. Victor put away Bobby Shane with the overhook takedown. Jimmy Hart shocked Jim Powers with the Hart Attack. The Love Brothers surprised The Nu Age Outlaws when they used the tag rope as a weapon to put away Billy Gunn. Ace Orton manhandled Blackjack Mulligan with the Sueperplex. Jon Moxley came back to edge Kevin Steen with the Double Arm DDT. Eddie Gilbert took down P.N. News with the Hot Shot. The Armstrongs overcame The Texas Hangmen when Bob pinned Psycho following several karate chops. Kevin Sullivan finished off Mike Graham with the Double Foot Stomp.

Frank Gotch handled Roddy Piper with the Gotch Toe Hold. Piper dominated but Gotch caught Piper off the ropes with an elbow. He then used a crossface and arm bar then transitioned to the Toe Hold forcing Piper to submit. After the match, Ace Orton tried to attack but Abraham Lincoln made the save.
Warlord pinned Too Cold Scorpio following a backbreaker. Scorpio dominated early with his speed and skill but Warlord reversed a deathjump into a powerslam. From there, Warlord dominated with a few bursts of offense from Scorpio till a running power slam and a backbreaker finished things off.
The Killer Bees edged The Sheepherders when Brunzell pinned Luke Williams with the Bee Sting.
Dan Spivey put away Kurrgan with the Power Bomb. Kurrgan nearly pulled an upset with a big boot but that seemed to provke Spivey who then battered Kurrgan down before power bombing him for the victory.
Abraham Lincoln thrashed Magnificent Muraco with the Throat Lift Slam.
The Gilberts beat All Night Express when Tommy pinned Rhett Titus with an inside cradle. This was back and forth until Tommy tried to throw Titus into the turnbuckle. Titus reversed the maneuver and tried to charge but Gilbert moved out of the way and then cradled Titus for a quick three count.
Ted DiBiase put away Masked Superstar following the fist drop.
Southern Rock edged The Poffos when Smothers used the Jawjacker on Lanny.
Colt Cabana throttled Matt Striker with the Colt .45.
Evan Lewis put down Mike Graham with a fireman's slam on the spine.
J.J. Dillon upset P.N. News with an ax handle off the turnbuckle. Dillon used a foreign object to gain control and then climbed to the top turnbuckle and dropped a big ax handle. Dillon then used the tights for leverage to gain a cheap pin.
Jim Londos finished off The Grappler with the Airplane Spin. Londos dominated early but Grappler made a comeback. However when Grappler attempted to throw him into the ropes, there was a double knockdown. Londos recovered first and executed the Airplane Spin to win.
Tony Atlas finally put down Jonnie Stewart with a vertical suplex. Atlas looked to have it several times but Stewart kept coming back. Finally Atlas caught him, put him down and hit a big suplex to score the pinfall.
Randy Savage handled Ace Orton with the Flying Elbow Drop. Orton just couldn't keep up with Savage as Savage quickly nailed him with a knee drop, a flying ax handle and then the big elbow. After the match, Piper tried to attack Savage but it turned into a brawl and Piper decided to retreat before things got out of hand.
Dark Patriot pinned Jim Powers after the Scud Missile. Powers gave it a good try but DP was just a bit too much as he caught Powers with a loaded headbutt that stunned him and then followed up with the Scud Missile to score the three count.
Big Sue Jackson finished off Jake Milliman with the Close Shave.
Pretty Wild Things surprised The Armstrongs when Ware pinned Bob following the Dropkick.
Jeff King upset Eddie Gilbert with the Bear Hug. King took a beating but finally made a reversal, hit a big vertical suplex and then clamped on the Bear Hug. Gilbert escaped briefly but King reapplied it and took an upset victory.
Kevin Steen put away Henry Irslinger with the Package Piledriver.
The Love Brothers took down The Flying Redheads when Reginald Love pinned Red Bastien with the Atomic Drop.
Blackjack Mulligan defeated Kevin Sullivan with the Clawhold.
International Incident put away The Nu Age Outlaws when Castagnoli finished off Jesse James with the Neutralizer.
Johnny Valentine pinned Dutch Savage following the Atomic Skullcrusher.
Mikey Whipwreck finished off Ken Doane with the Whipper-Snapper. Doane dominated after avoiding a turnbuckle charge but Whipwreck grabbed control outside the ring and then followed up with his finisher to score the three.
Freddie Blassie put away Tommy Rich with the Southern Neckbreaker. This was a tough battle, but Blassie seemed to want it more. He kept working Rich over before finally hitting a pair of neckbreakers to finally take the victory.
PG-13 defeated The Texas Hangmen in a Steel Cage Match when Ice pinned Killer after smashing him with a hubcap. The Hangmen had a really good run here but Killer got a bit cocky after a couple deathjumps as he tried one more time only for Ice to reverse it and then used the hubcap to score the pinfall.
Bobby Shane surprised Jimmy Snuka after smashing him with Jimmy Hart's cane. Shane got hit by the Superfly Splash but Jimmy Hart grabbed the ref and Snuka's attention. While they were distracted, Shane grabbed Hart's cane and smashed Snuka and covered him for the pin.
Stars and Stripes upset The Wrecking Crew when Bagwell pinned Chris Tolos with the Yellow Jacket Suplex.

Afa Jr. avoided an upset by Jake Milliman finally winning with Lights Out. Milliman shocked everyone by dominating the mach. It took Eddie Gilbert getting involved to finally get Afa Jr. motivated but when he did, Milliman was doomed as a head butt drop, followed by a second rope moonsault and then Lights Out finally finished off the plucky underdog.
Johnny Saint finally edged Jonnie Stewart with a cutblock and folding press.
Stars and Stripes finished off The Poffos with the Patriot Missile on Angelo.
Johnny Valentine surprised Randy Savage with the Atomic Skullcrusher to win the World Title.
Evan Lewis put down Jim Londos with the Stranglehold.
Blackjack Mulligan came back to beat Eddie Gilbert with the Clawhold.
The Love Brothers took down The Flying Redheads when Hartford pinned Lyons following the Neckbreaker.
The Wrecking Crew held off the Armstrongs when John Tolos pinned Bob following the double team Flying Knee Drop.

Roddy Piper beat Jimmy Snuka with the Sleeper. This was a rough battle as both guys had chances to win, but finally after being pounded down, Piper escaped to the floor, smashed Snuka into the table and then clamped the sleeper on until Snuka passed out. After the match, Tony Atlas came out and pounded Piper down until Piper escaped into the crowd.
Rob Van Dam finally put away Ted DiBiase with a standing moonsault. This was a war and both guys had chances to win but finally Van Dam managed to get DiBiase down on the mat, hit a quick moonsault and covered him for the three count.
Larry Zbyszko pinned Too Cold Scorpio after the Piledriver. Scorpio had his moments but Zbyszko removed the turnbuckle pad, smashed Scoprio's head into it, then followed up with the piledriver to win.
The Killer Bees took down The Texas Hangmen following a Blair Sleeper on Psycho. Psycho and Killer kept it close while hitting several big moves, but finally Blair smashed Psycho while he had Brunzell covered before tagging in and locking in the Sleeper for the submission while Brunzell dropkicked Killer to the floor.
Buddy Rose pinned Jim Powers following the Bombs Away. Powers was on a roll until Grappler interfered. From there, it was all Rose until he hit the Bombs Away for the three count.
Stars and Stripes edged The Sheepherders following the Uncle Slam on Butch Miller. This was a tough battle with lots of tags but in the end, Patriot caught Miller off the ropes and then hit the Uncle Slam to win.
Johnny Saint beat Dan Spivey in 15 seconds with the Johnny Saint Special. Spivey grabbed Saint for a throat drop only for Saint to reverse it into the Johnny Saint Special. Spivey was so shocked he couldn't kick out in time giving Saint the upset victory.
Magnificent Muraco edged Sabu with a vertical suplex. Neither wrestler looked particularly good here but finally Muraco managed to suplex Sabu down and then held the tights for additional leverage.
Blue World Order knocked off The Gilberts when Richards used the Stevie-T on Doug. Eddie never managed to get into the ring as Richards caught Doug off the ropes and hit the Stevie-T before Eddie could react.
Bill Dundee upset Masked Superstar with the Superstar Bomb. It looked like Superstar was toying with Dundee but suddenly Dundee erupted with offense, battered Superstar down then hit the Bomb for the pinfall.
Tommy Gilbert thrashed Matt Striker with a body slam. This was all Gilbert as he pounded Striker down, worked him over and then simply slammed him for the three count.
Kevin Sullivan took down Mike Graham following three Double Foot Stomps. This was a close match early on as they took turns dominating but finally Sullivan broke through and kept stomping Graham down until he finally held him following a final stomp.
Southern Rock upset The Wrecking Crew when Smothers hit John Tolos with the Jawjacker. This was a close contest and John tried to superplex Smothers off the turnbuckle only for Smothers to knock him to the mat, drilled him with a missile dropkick and then the Jawjacker for the win.
Kevin Steen demolished P.N. News with the Package Piledriver. News got started but quickly missed an avalanche and it was all Steen from there as he battered the big man down before showing off some impressive power by hitting the piledriver for the pin.
The Grappler took down Jake Milliman after a shoulder breaker. Grappler had a lot of trouble with Milliman but finally he smashed him down and hit the shoulder breaker to win.
Claudio Castagnoli edged Tony Atlas following multiple headbutts. It was back and forth with both men having advantage but finally Castagnoli wore down Atlas and then delivered headbutts all over the body for the pinfall.
Frank Gotch retained the World Title over Ace Orton following the Gotch Toe Hold. Orton got a bit too cocky and tried to drill Gotch with a splash off the top rope only for Gotch to roll out of the way. Gotch quickly locked on the toe hold and Orton was too dazed to raise a shoulder. After the match, Roddy Piper jumped in and attacked Gotch with the assistance of a recovered Orton until finally Abraham Lincoln managed to make a save.
Dark Patriot pinned Flying Fred Curry with the Scud Missile. This was all Dark Patriot as he pounded Curry all over the mat before hitting the Scud Missile and taking an easy victory.
The Armstrongs clobbered The Pretty Wild Things following the Russian Leg Sweep on Anderson. Ware kept it fairly even but after tagging in Anderson, Bob avoided a move, and drilled him with a big knee lift. He tagged in Brad who followed up with the Leg Sweep to win.
Henry Irslinger beat Jonnie Stewart with the Flying Headlock. This match just went on and on but finally Irslinger managed to lock on a Flying Headlock and Stewart could take no more as the referee called for the bell.

World Tag Title Tournament Match Double Axe Attack beat Southern Express when Curt pinned Jannetty following the Hennig Plex. Jannetty and Casey looked pretty good but the Hennigs were just too much in the end as Jannetty tried to dive on Curt only to get dropped wtih the Hennig Plex for the three count.
Nigel McGuiness put down Ron Hutchison with the Jawbreaker Lariat. Hutchison surprised McGuiness with a sunset flip but McGuiness won a brawl on the floor then hit a quick lariat to score the win.
A.J. Styles dropped Wild Bill White with the Fosbury Flop. White gave it a go, but mostly Styles squashed him. However, White kicked out of the Styles Clash, and escaped a Fosbury Flop before a second one finished him off.
World Tag Title Tournament Match Sky High held off a a game Gunslingers when Snuka pinned Costa with the Superfly Leap. The Gunslingers had their chances as Dalton hit Van Dam with the Atomic Drop and Costa avoided one Superfly Leap but in the end, Snuka slammed Costa off the turnbuckle and then hit another Superfly Leap to win.
Hacksaw Jim Duggan put away Petey Williams with the Flying Spear. Williams hung tough for a while but in the end, Duggan's brawling tactics were too much as he tossed Williams into the ringpost before slipping back inside and hitting the spear for the pin.
Buddy Rogers demolished Shawn Daivari with the Figure Four Grapevine. Daivari hit a shoulder tackle and tried to power slam Rogers, but the Nature Boy would have none of that. He quickly reversed things, eventually put Daivair down and then locked on the Grapevine forcing Daivari to submit.
Gorgeous George overcame Pampero Firpo with the Spinning Toe Hold. George had a bit of trouble with Firpo early but in the end, George knocked Firpo to the mat and locked in the toe hold. Firpo's shoulders were on the mat as the referee counted three.
World Tag Title Tournament Unified Forces upset The Fighting Taylors when Sheik forced Tugboat to submit to the Camel Clutch. Chaz and Tug gave it a good run but Volkoff finally knocked Tugboat down and then Sheik came inside and locked in the Camel Clutch to win.
Frank Gotch held off Rock Riddle with the Gotch Toe Hold. Riddle hung tough for quite a while but Gotch caught Riddle with a guillotine choke and then transitioned to the toe hold. Riddle tried to escape but eventually submitted.
Harley Race came back to beat Bobo Brazil with the Piledriver. This was a close battle and it looked like either could win. Brazil nearly had Race with the Coco Butt, but a bearhug was broken via the ropes and Race slid to the floor. Brazil tried to get him back into the ring but Race smashed him into the railing then tossed Brazil back into the ring and hit the Piledriver and Brazil kicked out at 3.1.
World Tag Title Tournament The Road Warriors survived a surprising challenge from the Sicilian Playboys when Hawk pinned Heenan following the gorilla press slam. The Road Warriors dominated for a while but Albano and Heenan surprised them with a couple comebacks and Heenan nearly pinned Animal after smashing him with a roll of coins. In the end, Animal reversed Heenan and then Hawk came in and slammed Heenan for the victory.
Bruiser Brody handled Kalisto with the Jumping Knee Drop. Brody battered Kalisto down though Kalisto would come back and give a few shots but in the end, Brody dropped him with a piledriver and then the knee drop for the three count.
The Destroyer crushed Lenny Lane with a backbreaker. This was all Destroyer as Lane could not even get on offense before falling to a series of moves and a backbreaker to finish.
Lou Thesz easily handled Diamond Dallas Page with the Thesz Press. Page never could get it going and Thesz made him pay with the Greco-Roman Backdrop and then the Thesz Press as he got the quick win.
Ted DiBiase took down Brutus Beefcake with a second roped axhandle. Beefcake was styling and profiling but in the end DiBiase dropped him with the axhandle for the three.
Randy Savage survived Greg Valentine with a flying axhandle. Two matches in a row end with axhandles, but in Savage's case, it was an axhandle to the floor causing Valentine to crash into the ring steps which allowed Savage to take advantage and score the win.

Randy Savage squashed Bobby Heenan following the Flying Elbow Drop. Heenan attacked Savage before the bell, but as he tried an elbow smash, Savage caught him, tossed him into the ropes, hit a neckbreaker clothesline and dropped the elbow to win in 15 seconds.
Ted DiBiase took down Bobo Brazil with the Million Dollar Dream. Brazil had DiBiase on the ropes, but DiBiase baited him outside, whipped Brazil into the ringpost and then rolled him inside and locked in the Dream until Brazil passed out.
Bruiser Brody handled Brutus Beefcake following a big boot to the head. Beefcake nearly stole a win early on with a suplex, but Brody made a comeback and tossed him around a bit, hitting a pair of Jumping Knee Drops but Beefcake managed to sneak out. Finally, Brody tossed him into the ropes, hit the big boot and covered him for the three.
Tag Tournament Double Axe Attack upset The Road Warriors when Curt pinned Animal with the Hennig Plex. This was a big battle and though the Roadies looked like they were going to take it, Curt managed to reverse Animal on a whip into the turnbuckle, knocked Animal down afterwards and then used the Hennig Plex to win.
Sky High defeated Unified Forces when RVD pinned Sheik following a split legged moonsault. This was going at a nice pace when suddenly RVD hit the moonsault and Sheik was too stunned to kick out. (Sheik rolled snake eyes)
Buddy Rogers crushed Scott Casey with the Figure Four Grapevine. Rogers barely broke a sweat as he easily worked out of a headlock and then controlled the match, catching Casey with a perfect dropkick off the ropes and then clamped on the Grapevine for the submission.
Gorgeous George put down Kalisto with the Rolling Hiplocks. Kalisto gave it a go, but George avoided a gutbuster with an eye rake, wore down Kalisto with the Spinning Toe Hold and then used the Rolling Hiplocks to finally put Kalisto down for the win.
Hacksaw Jim Duggan held off a game Rock Riddle with the Tough Guy clothesline. Riddle would not go down easily, kicking out of a Flying Spear and clamping on the Boston Crab, but finally Duggan managed to get in enough offense to finally score the pinfall.
Harley Race pinned Tugboat Taylor following three Vertical Suplexes. Tugboat gave it a go, but Race was just too much offensively, picking up the big man time after time before putting him down for the three count.
Marty Jannetty overcame Lou Albano following a dropkick. Albano did not want to go down but in the end, Jannetty hit a perfect dropkick and Albano couldn't quite get out in time as Jannetty picked up the victory.
Lou Thesz surprised Diamond Dallas Page with an airplane spin and win. It wasn't the victory that was the surprise but the quickness with an airplane spin and quick cover. Page was so dizzy he couldn't kick out in time.
Greg Valentine put down Ron Hutchison with the Valentine Chops. Valentine was all business here as Hutchison never got a move in before Valentine put him down a few times, the chops finally finishing him off.
Lenny Lane surprised Pampero Firpo with Memory Lane. This was a fun little match but Lane used his superior agility to take Firpo down before using Memory Lane for the three count.
Chaz Taylor put down Wild Bill White with a flying cross body press. White had his moments but Chaz managed to reverse him and then battered White down before climbing to the top and hitting a body press for the pinfall.
The Destroyer pinned Petey Williams after rolling him up after a missed clothesline into the turnbuckle. Williams dominated until he was overpowered by Destroyer. Still, Williams reversed Destroyer into the turnbuckle but his clothesline missed and he slammed into the turnbuckle and Destroyer quickly rolled Williams up for the victory.
Nigel McGuiness easily took down Shawn Daivari following the Jawbreaker Lariat. McGuiness dominated the short match hitting a Tower of London and then a flying tackle before using the Jawbreaker Lariat to score the three count.
Frank Gotch finished off a game Frank Dalton with a guillotine choke. Dalton gave Gotch a good run but in the end, Gotch simply kept working Dalton down until the guillotine choke made Dalton pass out.
A.J. Styles finally beat Bruiser Costa following the Styles Clash. Styles hit Costa with an arsenal and Costa kept kicking out but finally Styles hit the Styles Clash to score the victory.

P.N. News finally put away Mr. X with the Broken Record. X kept giving News fits but finally a fireman's carry suplex put X in position for News to climb up and hit his music and the Broken Record to win.
Claudio Castagnoli upset Don Leo Jonathan with a bridging fallaway slam. Jonathan dominated the matchup but Claudio made a sudden comeback and then hit the fallaway slam. Jonathan was so stunned he could not kick out in time. (Snake Eyes)
All Night Express put away The Extreme Horsemen when Titus pinned Doane with the Thrust Buster. Anderson never gets in the ring as Doane got in a few shots on King, but King then caught him with a spinebuster. From there, he tagged in Titus who dominated briefly before hitting the Thrust Buster and scoring a surprise pin.
Tyler Black put Too Cold Scorpio down with the Curb Stomp. This was surprising not in Black winning in dominating fashion but how hard it was for him to keep Scorpio down as he kicked out of several moves and just missed kicking out at the last moment following the last Curb Stomp.
Terry Gordy put way Yukon Eric with a running lariat. This was a long brawl with Eric getting in some solid shots but mostly Gordy tried to keep him down before a big lariat finally finished things off.
The Flying Redheads edged The Million Dollar Team when Lyons used the Figure Four Leglock on Stevens. Stevens banged hard on to the mat from a Lyons flying dropkick and Lyons quickly clamped on the figure four and Stevens didn't get a shoulder up before the referee counted three.
Ace Orton got a quick pin over Mikey Whipwreck with a power slam. Ace surprised everyone by beating Whipwreck in less than a minute as he quickly slammed Whipwreck, whipped him into the turnbuckle and hit a big kick then a quick power slam scored the pin.
The Crusher upset Johnny Valentine after using a stomach claw. Crusher just kept countering Valentine time after time before clamping on the stomach claw and Valentine could not raise a shoulder in time as the ref counted three.
J.J. Dillon and The Poffos beat Burly Bill Taylor and Punchdrunk when Lanny pinned Samson following a dropkick to the back. This went back and forth but finally a pair of deathjumps by Dillon and Lanny and then a scroll smash and a dropkick put Samson down as Angelo and Dillon stopped Taylor and Fontaine from making the save.
Main Event Randy Savage put away Ivan Koloff with the Flying Elbow Drop. Koloff tried to take advantage with his chain but in the end, Savage was just too much and a big flying ax handle and then an even bigger elbow put away the Russian Bear.

From the Cow Palace, San Francisco, CA
Terry Gordy put way Yukon Eric with a running lariat. This was a long brawl with Eric getting in some solid shots but mostly Gordy tried to keep him down before a big lariat finally finished things off.
Johnny Saint finished off Dark Patriot with a cutblock and folding press. This went back and forth for a while but The Russ Abbot put Patriot down and then Saint quickly took out his legs and folded him up for the victory.
The Grappler put away Matthew Cross following three Loaded Boots. Cross dominated the match but Grappler won a brawl on the floor and then kicked Cross three straight times in the head with his loaded boot to score the pin.
Victor squashed Lord Zoltan with a leg-sweep. Victor just toyed with Zoltan shrugging off his feeble offense, wearing him down with multiple bear hugs before sweeping his leg and falling on top for the three count.
Freddie Blassie finished off Tony Atlas in a bloody war with the Southern Neckbreaker. This was a wild brawl and Atlas dominated for quite a while but Blassie came back with vicious bites and both men were down for a bit. Eventually Blassie whipped Atlas into the turnbuckle, Atlas managed to reverse but Blassie caught him and tossed him into the ropes, hit a big lariat and then the Southern Neckbreaker to win.
Buddy Rose put away Sam Houston following two Bombs Away. Houston and Rose had a close start but Rose escaped on the floor and took advantage by smashing Houston into the ringpost and then dropping two big knees to score the victory.
All Night Express put away The Extreme Horsemen when Titus pinned Doane with the Thrust Buster. Anderson never gets in the ring as Doane got in a few shots on King, but King then caught him with a spinebuster. From there, he tagged in Titus who dominated briefly before hitting the Thrust Buster and scoring a surprise pin.
Flying Fred Curry defeated Nicholas Valentino following the Machine Gun Dropkicks. This was surprisingly close as Valentino worked over Curry with a foreign object and his Crossface Chicken Wing but Curry managed to come back with a top rope sunset flip before dumping Valentino to the floor. Valentino came back in just to get his by the dropkicks and then pinned.
Main Event Two out of Three Falls match Masked Superstar put down Jim Londos 2-1 to retain the United States Title. Jim Londos beat Masked Superstar with a crotch lift and slam. Masked Superstar pinned Londos with the Spinning Neckbreaker. Masked Superstar put away Londos with the Spinning Neckbreaker. This was a war with Londos dominating most of the match but Superstar eventually made a comeback and used his neckbreaker to great effect finally finishing off his opponent.

I decided to rename The Sicilian Playboys the Master Minds.
Tag Wars Lou Thesz and Frank Gotch easily handled Buddy Rogers and Harley Race following a Greco Roman Backdrop on Rogers. Race never even gets into the ring as Thesz did most of the work and after a mistake by Rogers throwing Thesz into the ropes only to get nearly pinned and then got up only to be hit by Thesz' finisher for the three count.
Unified Forces (with Lou Albano) beat Jim Duggan and Bobo Brazil when Volkoff pinned Duggan following the Backbreaker Drop. Brazil and Duggan looked good but after Duggan hit the Flying Spear, Albano distracted the referee allowing Sheik to smash Duggan with the Russian flag and then Volkoff used the backbreaker to win.
The Master Minds overcame Kalisto and Shawn Daivari following several knee drops on Daivari. Kalisto and Daivari should have won but Nikolai Volkoff's presence saved the Master Minds and later Albano managed to get Daivari down and then dropped three knees then hooked a handful of tights to score the victory.
Southern Express edged Rock Riddle and Bill White when Casey pinned White after a double team bulldog. Riddle and White actually dominated the match but when White had Casey pinned with a Russian Leg Sweep, Jannetty lured Riddle into the ring. While the referee escorted Riddle out, Jannetty drilled White with a superkick and then he and Casey hit a double bulldog allowing Casey to cover White for the pin.
The Destroyer and Pampero Firpo defeated Greg Valentine and Diamond Dallas Page following a running body slam on Valentine. This was surprisingly quick as Destroyer dominated Valentine and then Firpo came in and body slammed Valentine down and covered him for the three. Page never even got into the ring. (Valentine rolled a 3)
Upper Crust (Gorgeous George/Nigel McGuiness) defeated Brutus Beefcake and Ron Hutchison following the Jawbreaker Lariat on Hutchison. George and McGuiness proved to be quite the team and Hutchison lost control allowing McGuiness to cover him while Cheri held Beefcake's leg preventing him from making a save.
The Road Warriors took down Ted DiBiase and Bruiser Bordy when Animal put down DiBiase with the Power Slam. This was back and forth but in the end, the Roadies were just too much and took the victory.
The Fighting Taylors finished off Petey Williams and Lenny Lane when Tugboat pinned Lane following the Anchor Drop on Lane. This was going back and forth but Lane's kicks were ineffective and Tugboat tossed him into the ropes, hitting a standing avalanche and then the Anchor Drop for
the three count.
Randy Savage and A.J. Styles finally overcame The Gunslingers when Styles pinned Costa following the Styles Clash. The Gunslingers got in a few shots but Savage and Styles were never in trouble. Late in the match, Dalton tried to save Costa only to manage to clothesline him instead and Styles hit another Styles Clash while Dalton was too dazed to do anything giving Savage and Styles the win.
World Tag Team Tournament Final
Double Axe Attack defeated Sky High following an inside cradle on Snuka. Snuka never learned his lesson here as he missed one charge into the turnbuckle and was covered for a near fall but a bit later he did it again and missed again this time Curt rolled him up for the three count and the belts.
