This was from the 4th Round of the recent Kimbo Slice vs Brian Green boxing fight. Both men visibly gassed, Kimbo scores the knock out with a combo finished by an upper cut. Work or shoot?

It seems like a work that there are even that many people in the arena to see Kimbo "I'm Never in Fighting Shape" Slice box Brian Green (unless it is Brian Austin Green...then it makes sense).
From the clip it looked like a pretty crappy fight. I'm never really a big fan of watching to exhausted guys wing punches at each other with little-to-no power behind it.
