today? That was up last week.  But it should be interesting to see if they throw a curveball in the match. Could we see Archie's lawyer return? (yes I'm aware who it is) What I didn't know was that Archie's lawyer also represents The Embassy in Ring of Honor. There are also unconfirmed rumors that there's a brutal hardcore wrestler that looks just like Archie who runs around in Texas, but I haven't found any youtube videos to back this up. |

Only 30 minutes away. After blowing 50 bucks on the last WWE PPV (where Big Show turned heel for the 80 billionth time) I'm in the mood for WRESTLING! YES! YES! YES! And for 15 bucks I bet this show is better too. Go GEKIDO!

I enjoyed watching this IPPV today. $15 well spent!
Congrats to the Young Bucks. Since they said they are taking the tag belts out of CHIKARA (I am assuming mostly to ROH,) if they are still CHIKARA's tag team champions in late July, I wonder if the Young Bucks bring the Campeon de Parejas to PWG's next show Threemendous III?

Since they said they are taking the tag belts out of CHIKARA (I am assuming mostly to ROH,) if they are still CHIKARA's tag team champions in late July, I wonder if the Young Bucks bring the Campeon de Parejas to PWG's next show Threemendous III? There is a report that ROH is saving on cash by having the Young Bucks & TJ Perkins sitout for Two months because of travel costs from SoCal... |

Due to an unfortunate power outage last night, I watched the show today. Very nice iPPV!
Loved seeing the return of "Marchy Archie" but shocked that he lost the fall (even though Mr. Touchdown cheated). Interesting to see him walking by the Rocky statue to end the show. Wonder what will become of Archibald Peck? He's one of my favorite characters in wrestling.
I figured Quack would take Fire Ant's spot (not Red Ant, Jimmy ;D). That was a pretty good 10 man tag and Green Ant jumping from the balcony was incredible!
I liked the ending of the Hallowicked-Donst match where it looked like Wicked would have to unmask until Bryce lifted Donst's arm and his shoelace fell and then the match restarted.
Young Bucks winning the belts from F.I.S.T. was another shocker. I was surprised this match went on last but it definitely delivered.
I like the new development with the Batiri going with Delirious now. Adds a cool new layer to these guys. Saturyne did well in the match and made a nice showing in her iPPV debut.
Definitely was NOT a fan of the new look of Ophidian's. I really think his original mask is by far the best and they should have just changed the colors to more of a dark color/black design kind of like it was when he was a rudo before and it had more brown in the mask.
The lighting was a bit of an issue, that was really the only thing that detracted from the show. It was hard to tell what was going on when the action went to the floor. They need to somehow get more light on the entrance ramp and on the floor for King of Trios.
Overall I'd give this show an 8/10.

Yeah, I read that report from Wrestling Observer earlier today. Ironically, I thought the Young Bucks were going to defeat FIST yesterday- but it apparently turned out not for the reason I thought (their statement they would take the Campeon de Parejas out of CHIKARA and wear them on other shows as I thought they might be wearing the belts on ROH TV as a way to continue the ROH-CHIKARA stuff and apparently that won't be happening.) |

I thought about ordering the replay but the DVD was released yesterday so I ordered that instead.
