For those not making the trek to Jamestown, NY on Saturday, July 7th for the annual Galacticon event, fear not! Fellow COTG Online Ambassor Eric Konecne (Avarice) is spearheading an evening of excitement and fun with the 1st Annual COTG/Legends Online event dubbed IntergalactiCon!
There's no limit to how many can play, just be sure that you have an online account and a playable wrestler in your locker room. Sign up here by replying - it is a first come, first served basis. Choose wisely as as the type of tournament will be kept secret til the day of the tournament and also will depend on the turnout at the time of the event that will help determine it as well.
The event will start Saturday, July 7th at around 6 PM on CST -- meet online in the Game Table chat lobby!
Please show up a little early if you can so it can be figured out who is all there and not. Once everyone is situated and the event is announced, people will break off and play their respective matches, then report back to the Ambassador. Please remember when setting up your tables, to choose at least 3 players or more to allow for an Ambassador to pop in if needed.
Standard G-Con rules apply, meaning the Ch charts will be used, DQ/count outs are in effect. Tokens will be wiped clean after each round.
To give this event a bit of fairness, the Suicide Dive chart may only be used twice.
A special prize will be given out to the winner of the tournament courtesy of Filsinger Games.
The Ambassador (Eric) will only participate if there is an odd number of people signed up. His choice of character will then be chosen from the GWF 2127 (or possibly aCe) roster that is left and will be that of a mid carder. Avarice will also serve as referee should a dispute or question arise.
