Why did Bishop Hell refuse to go along with the Mad Jester in joining the King's Court after losing Sudden Death in the mid 2090s?

Good enough. But it's also because (and the answer I was actually looking for) Bishop Hell refused to stop using HELLFIRE as King Lear requested in order for Bishop Hell to rejoin the King's Court. |
