I thought it may be Iron Hand, just released.
But I don't remember Destructon 3000's card back that well.

Yeah, It was NOT Destruction 3000, as I do know for a fact his VULCANIZER finisher was a (+3) rating. I do believe JMello is correct as all the other (+5) finishers which were Genocide and Monolith's were roll type finishers and Iron Hand's is a straight up (+5) finisher!

The answer I was looking for was Rotunda. It had a natural +5 potency w/o rolling (although you had to roll to see if the move worked. Monolith would have been eligible, but Rotunda came a year earlier. Sorry I didn't word that correctly. Iron Hand works as I worded it, since there is NO rolling involved.

I kept thinking it may have been +3 and I was thinking of his -5 ratings, but I couldn't find the card and it's been a LONG time since I played that game era. That's why I didn't proceed with a question.

Don't forget about Paragon's FINAL OVERTURE... And although it was a (tag) the GameMasters used the Endgame finisher. Star Warrior has it on his 2098 card (straight up, no rolls).
