How about... What was the first official card with a 4(1) PIN rating? Janus? Janus was a 6(3) (and I don't even have my cards with me while at lunch!!!)  |

It all depends on whether "first official" card is by the official timeline or official card...
If it is by timeline, Torin Caelum was the first PIN 4 (1) in 2074
If it is by card, then I would have to go with...Star Warrior 2090
You guys are so lucky that I didn't go to GCon..uncrowned Trivia champ is here!
