Former player from way back looking to get back into things. It appears the most cost effective way to get the complete current roster in color is to buy the Black Death Era Introductory Box Set and then add Black Death 2128. Will there be any updated box set offered with 2128?
I also need new charts due to the others being 20 years old. I have read that new charts are now available with NWA Hollywood (and also GWF?) and want those. Will they now automatically ship with this box set? Will they be sold separately?
Is the Promoter only available through email/COTGOnline form? As an old-fashioned promoter, I'd rather have it in straight print form.
Any help is much appreciated.

The new charts are supposed to be available sometime this month (sold on their own). The ones that come with the NWA guys are in PDF files you have to print out yourself. And if you want them to look good you need to drop extra for cardstock. Then you have to pay for printing...it adds up. The actual ones are all cardstock just like the cards. They are designed to work with all Filsinger Games, including your GWF.
Sounds to me like you've got the right idea buying the 2125 box set, 2126, 2127 and 2128. You do that and get the new charts and you'll have more amazing stuff than you'll know what to do with.

Is the most recent GWF Ringside Companion still the one I have from 2107? If so, any plans to release a new one?

There's a 2112 Ringside Companion as well. There are (were?) plans to release an updated RC, but there's been no news on that lately.

Were there any hints or indications at Galacticon (or anywhere else) about whether Black Death 2129 would be released this December or July of 2013?

Not positive but I think I saw Tom mention somewhere else or another person say he wasn't doing another GWF in December again, that was a one-time thing because he was so excited to get Black Death out last year.

July next year. BD 2127 in December was indeed a one-shot.

Besides character bios, what else is contained in the COTG Files? I believe I've read there were 3 editions. Is the $20 pdf all three, just the most recent, or a compilation? How many total pages is it?

Quite a few articles in the files from Tom as well as other promoters
You would get the last one which was an updated version with the new characters added to after the last one
They all have the same one but each has more bios and stuff then the other
