Promoter David Marquez' official statement regarding the secession of Championship Wrestling From Hollywood from the National Wrestling Alliance..."This statement was originally intended to announce our biggest news yet regarding Championship Wrestling From Hollywood. However, due to recent events, it appears that this will instead serve as our farewell. Recently, we were the first company signed to perform at WrestleCon, a major event to be held in New Jersey that will showcase some of the finest independent wrestling talent in the United States today. We had hoped to broaden our fan base by showcasing our brand of wrestling on the East Coast. However, due to the incident that took place between The Dynasty & Team F.I.S.T. at the conclusion of our most recent show, the NWA has expressed great concern regarding the allowance of wrestlers from "outside" organizations to appear at NWA sponsored events. Likewise, the NWA also expressed great concern regarding the safety of it's own wrestlers when appearing in "other" promotions. In addition, the NWA also fears that a similiar incident may in fact endanger the well being of any spectators present at the event & thus has refused to allow any cross-promotion with other wrestling companies whatsoever. As the promoter of NWA Championship Wrestling From Hollywood, this mandate was & is completely unacceptable to me. In the highly competitive world of independent professional wrestling, it has become an absolute necessity to be able to present your audience with the finest talent available on a nightly basis, up to and including, the use of talent from promotions other than your own. Championship Wrestling From Hollywood simply cannot have this option taken away from us if we are to continue to survive in this business. Therefore, I have been left with no choice but to sever ties with the National Wrestling Alliance. As a result, all contracts with the talent will be voided & the entire roster should consider themselves "free agents", eligible to appear in and/or able to sign contracts with, any other promotion(s) while I determine my next course of action. In addition, any current champions will be stripped of their titles, in addition to those championships no longer being recognized by the National Wrestling Alliance. Despite all of this, I am personally requesting that the presence of Championship Wrestling From Hollywood still be felt at WrestleCon. I will personally finance the wrestlers' appearances as well as fund a video stream of the show to our fans back home as a tribute to what we hoped to one day become, but were ultimately, not allowed to be. In closing, I would like to thank those fans back home who supported us during our brief, yet memorable existence and would like to state that this is not the end of the journey, simply a detour."

***Episode 12*** @wrestlecon, Meadowlands Expo Center, Secaucus NJ (Broadcast via video feed to NWA Hollwood website)Promoter David Marquez opens the show by welcoming the fans to WrestleCon! He proceeds to thank the fans for their support of NWA Hollywood, bash the NWA & promise that one day, Championship Wrestling From Hollywood WILL return, bigger & better than ever!1. The Hobo d. Nick Madrid following Hobo Train The Hobo, who never found much success in NWA Hollywood, manages to go out on a winning note while the promising Madrid continues to suffer through the growing pains of a career in professional wrestling...2. Johnny Yuma d. Joey Ryan following SEX FACTOR Yuma scores a major victory over his arch-rival in his NWA Hollywood farewell. There's no telling where this feud may have gone if the promotion continued! Ryan, meanwhile, is all smiles despite the loss?3. Willie Mack d. Cedric The Hitman via DQ after Cedric smashed Mack with his briefcase Willie Mack not only ends his NWA Hollywood career as the last International TV champion, he also ends it undefeated, having never lost a singles match! As Mack is addressing the crowd, he is interrupted by...Drew Gulak??? Gulak, mic in hand, addresses the crowd:
"You know, I for one am glad that this is the last NWA Hollywood event...(crowd boos)...it's promotions like this one that take the "professional" out of wrestling...(crowd boos...louder)...take this last match for instance...you've got a guy that prides himself on a move named after his reproductive organ...exploding? (crowd begins to chant M-D-X!)...Not very professional at all, in fact, it's downright...obscene...and the match prior to this one? Even worse! Some San Diego dirtbag beat some Hollywood sleazebag with a move called...SEX FACTOR...(crowd cheers)...SEX FACTOR? Very nice...very appropriate, but then again, what would you expect from some company being run out of the toilet bowl of the United States...HOLLY...
Gulak is levelled from behind by...Joey Ryan, who is accompanied by...DJ Hyde!?!? Ryan continues to put the boots to Gulak, while Hyde picks up the microphone...
"I'd like to personally introduce you to the NEWEST member of Combat Zone Wrestling...JOEY RYAN!"
Hyde hands the mic to Ryan & then lifts Gulak to his feet. He whispers something into Gulak's ear before dropping him back down to the floor! Meanwhile, Ryan has the mic...
"Yeahhh...it's been a LONG, HARD road...but Hollywood's own has finally made it to the East Coast!"
Hyde & Ryan embrace, but not before Ryan simulates a slow motion moustache ride on Gulak who remains motionless on the floor...4. Scorpio Sky d. El Generico following ACE CRUSHER Scorpio ends his NWA Hollywood career with a victory over the Generic luchador! There's no telling where Generico, a true wrestling journeyman, may end up next, but it's a pretty good guess where Scorpio is headed as DJ Hyde is the first person in the ring to congratulate him! Hyde once again grabs a mic...
"I cannot wait for CZW to "Experience" Scorpio Sky!"
DJ Hyde is treating WrestleCon like the winter baseball meetings! He's already signed The Dynasty, Joey Ryan & Scorpio Sky! There's no telling what other plans he might have!5. Hawaiian Lion & Navajo Warrior (The Tribe) d. Rico Dynamite & Tito Escondidio (Los Banditos) when Lion pinned Escondido following RESERVATION DEVASTATION NWA Hollywood's biggest tag team rivals provided one more wild match as this one saw BOTH Sylvia & Olivia interfere on their teams' behalf before The Tribe finally put away Los Banditos one last time!6. Colt Cabana d. Adam Pearce following COLT .45 Could this truly have been the final meeting between perhaps the two biggest rivals on the independent scene? There's no telling where Pearce might end up, while Cabana, also a journeyman, is sure to show up anywhere & everywhere! Maybe both men get the sense that this war is finally over, as the two raise each other's arms in victory! Before Cabana can exit the ring, however, Pearce stops him & grabs a mic...
"Like David said earlier, we want to thank all the fans, both here & back home for their support of Championship Wrestling From Hollywood! (crowd cheers) and as my last act as champion..."(A ringside official hands Pearce the NWA title, which he has been stripped of)
Pearce proceeds to spit on the NWA title and then hands it to Cabana, who does the same!!! Both men hoist the title above their heads before tossing it into the garbage and the crowd goes wild!
As the video feed comes to an end, The Hobo can be seen finding the NWA championship belt while rummaging through the trash...after inspecting it for a few seconds, he tosses it back into the garbage can!
THE END?
