Late start because of the Evolve show! also, I did use the time during the delayed start to watch the match of Joker vs Chris Cash from the past that was also offered to anyone who subscribed to last night's IPPV. Awesome match- if I remember correctly Joker won by giving Cash the JOKER DRIVER off the top of a ladder and through a table. #1. That match, from Cage of Death 5, put both Joker and Chris Cash on the Map. #2. The match was not suppose to happen. It was suppose to be a tag match, and 2 wrestlers didn't make it to the show on time.

Got the cards yesterday and i love the look with the black background. This was the set i was least excited about just because i'm not very familer with most of the guys ( i only know Sami because he's one the the top indy names out there right now, Adam Cole & Mia Yim from ROH, BLK Jeez from his few TNA appearences, and Drake Younger because of LotF & i saw him wrestle Necro Butcher at a local indy before, i know of Masada but not very familier with him) but these guys and the new match charts look like they're gonna be alot of fun to play. Just from reading about the others that i don't know anything about I really like Drew Gulak & Joker the most.

Hope my set arrives tomorrow because it seems everybody has received there's and I'm the lone "pre-orderer" who is stuck here with no cards, just re-reading the booklet over and over and over and... lol

I received the cards today. They art look great, and really like the black background. Really makes the wrestlers stand out. I haven't received the booklet yet, but still going to go forward and hold my inaugural CZW show tonight.

Got my set today. Cards look great, albeit dinged up as if they themselves were in a CZW No Rules UltraViolent Match along the way lol. But they're here nonetheless and I look forward to using them ASAP.

Seems to be a common thing with these cards getting beat up. Mine were when I got them today, but I kind of expected it from reading the forums. They wouldn't look so bad if they had a white border. That black background just makes any damage just stick out.

I received the cards today. I like them a lot, but I miss the white borders seen on Chikara and COTG cards. They are there for a reason, both aesthetic and practical. Border-less fronts worked for the Hollywood cards because of the white background. Here every "ding" or imperfection around the edges and on the corners shows up in bold white contrast to the black backgrounds. My cards arrived looking much better than some have said their cards did upon arrival (mine actually all look pretty good), but this is going to be a very "condition sensitive" set as they say in the trading card collecting community. I am definitely going to pick up some protective sleeves for them.
With that out of the way, I really like the stats, art, and overall production of the set. I'm not a fan of ultraviolent deathmatch stuff in reality, but that's just for the fact that I hate to see guys mutilate themselves for little pay and little recognition. In game form I am currently coming up with every possible way to use those great special match charts. I even plan on incorporating them into my GWF storyline at some point since they'd be naturals for the BD era.
