Fun stuff featuring some of the more 'unique' talents in the industry. You can argue worst wrestler, but here is the worst tag team of all time thanks to Jim Herd. Even given their brevity, I can see a case for the Ding Dongs. In terms of teams with a featured run, I'd lean toward another duo you've covered in this thread, Men on a Mission. The ridiculous ring attire, the live action entrance featuring Oscar as an MC, the horrible work rate of Mo and Mable, I thought it was awful. Another contender would be the Colossal Kongs, who offered '900 lbs' of fat man style squash matches...and very little else. A full fledged program featuring the Colossal Kongs vs MOM would have driven me far away from the TV! A bonus team, that received a decent push but still turned me off, was Todd Champion and Firebreaker Chip, aka The Patriots. Hailing from the 'WCW Special Forces', they were from Turner's ultra-family friendly PG Era. Both wrestlers had potential, but the gimmick was way too goody two shoes for my tastes. The Ding Dongs are absolutely worse than all those other teams you just named.

yeah MOM, Kongs and (blehhh) The Champions were bad, but Ding Dongs were just worse.
Thanks, btw. These were fun to do.

yeah MOM, Kongs and (blehhh) The Champions were bad, but Ding Dongs were just worse. Eye of the beholder...but I viewed the Ding Dongs as a fun novelty team. In contrast, years ago I remember watching a MOM vs Quebecers match live at a house show...painful!

MOM truly did suck.. BUT in their defense, they did give rise to yet another great Bobby Heenan-ism... "Men from the Mission" God love ya' Brain...
