- Callihan won in just a few moves after 2 Forearm 2 Remembers

- afterward, Callihan said as the leader of OI4K he is going to win Tournament of Death II (TOD II) just like he won the first ever Tournament of Death last year.


Backstage: CVW Tag Team Champions the Briscoes say they have secured themselves a tornado match against their enemies The Shield (Jon Moxley and Tyler Black) at Tournament of Death II!

Match #2: The Revolution (Che Cabrera and Sasha Darevko) defeated the Beaver Boys

- this match marked the Vegas Indy Universe debut of The Revolution and was added as a bonus match due to how quick the last match ended

- The Revolution picked up an impressive debut victory when Cabrera pinned Alex Reynolds after THE UPRISING.

Promo: The Wired Championship Tournament, to determine the first-ever Wired Champion, starts after Tournament of Death II on Casino Wars #5!

Match #3: Joe Gacy defeated Dirty Andy Dalton

-before this match started, accompanied by Sozio, DJ Hyde appeared and said the winner of this match would receive a spot in TOD II!

- a great match as both competitors fought hard trying to get a TOD II spot, but Gacy won via a bicycle kick

- as a result, "Sloppy Joe" has earned a spot in TOD II!

Backstage: AR Fox says he has been informed he will be the first entrant in the Wired Championship Tournament!

Match #4: Rhino defeated Rob Van Dam and 2 Cold Scorpio to win the Legends spot in TOD II

- Rhino pinned 2 Cold Scorpio after a GORE! to win a spot in TOD II

- afterward, Hyde appeared and announced that RVD and 2 Cold Scorpio would still wrestle each other in a non-tournament match at TOD II!

Backstage: Matt Tremont is talking to Gacy when Hyde, on his way back from the ring, stops and tells them that both of them will be taking on him in a last man standing elimination first round match at TOD II!

Match #5: Necro Butcher defeated Drake Younger

- Necro Butcher turned out to be the mystery TOD II entrant who was Younger's opponent tonight

- Necro Butcher won via CHOOSE DEATH.

- afterward, Hyde appeared and told both Necro Butcher and Younger they would be wrestling each other again in a first round elimination fans bring the weapons match and their mutual opponent would be this man- suddenly "Sick" Nick Mondo appears!

- as Mondo confronts both Necro Butcher and Younger and as Excalibur points out this leaves Masada vs Sami Callihan vs Rhino as the remaining first round elimination match at TOD II, this show comes to an end while the following promos are shown:

Very cool win for The Callihan Death Machine... But, I had hoped for a Beaver Boys win... Rhino moving onto ToD II was very cool news... And I loved the intense confrontation between Sick Nick, Butcher and Younger... Great stuff!

CVW, CVW, CVW! I really enjoy Combat Vegas Wrestling and it is good to see things up and running again. Looking forward to Tournament of Death II, and that was a great build top it, along with the other matches signed for the big card. I also liked seeing the successful debut of The Revolution in CVW.

Match #1: AR Fox defeated Ricky Starks

-in this matchup of 2 of the 3 participants (Shane Strickland being the other one) in the non-tournament opening triple threat match at Tournament of Death II, Fox got the victory via KRUNCH but Starks put up an impressive effort and survived 6 pin attempts before finally losing this match.

Backstage: BJ Whitmer confronts his fellow OI4K member Sami Callihan

- Whitmer is mad at Callihan for calling himself the leader of OI4K last time on Casino Wars

- Callihan says as far as he is concerned he is OI4K's leader as he has won both Best of the Best and Tournament of Death and also intends to win Tournament of Death II later this month.

- Whitmer says Callhan's plan to win TOD II will be harder than he expects as he has just heard a mysterious 4th wrestler has been added to the first round ladder match involving Callihan, Masada, and Rhino!

- Callihan asks if this mystery 4th wrestler is Whitmer himself being brave enough to enter the tournament but Whitmer laughs and says instead he will be busy leading the Irish Airborne to victory over Chris Dickinson and the Beaver Boys in a just added 6 man tag match at TOD II and in the process he will prove he is the true leader of OI4K!

Match #2: CVW Tag Team Champion Jay Briscoe (accompanied by CVW Tag Team Champion Mark Briscoe) defeated Jon Moxley (accompanied by Tyler Black)

- part of the ongoing war between the Briscoes and the Shield (who are scheduled to face each other in a non-title tornado match and a CVW Tag Team Championship match inside a barbed wire steel cage at TOD II and Liquor and Poker? I Don't Even Know Her respectively,) this was a great grudge match won by Jay Briscoe via a JAY DRILLER

Backstage: Accompanied by Sozio and on his way to the ring for his upcoming match, DJ Hyde is interviewed by Angelus Layne. Hyde says TOD II will indeed be an all day event with a full pre-show involving the following matches:

Match #4: Drake Younger, Necro Butcher, and "Sick" Nick Mondo defeated the Nation of Intoxication

- this match was Mondo's CVW debut match

- this match was another TOD II first round matchup vs a TOD II first round matchup

- for much of this match, the NOI's greater tag experience was evident as they controlled the majority of the action together, but the match ended when Necro Butcher put away Danny Havoc via CHOOSE DEATH

- as Necro Butcher, Younger, and Mondo stood together victorious in the, Necro Butcher suddenly attacked his TOD II first round opponents Younger and Mondo in an apparent attempt to send a message. As Necro Butcher then stood alone in the ring and as Excalibur and Corino wonder aloud how Necro Butcher will do at TOD II, tonight's show coms to an end.
