- Steen, who announced he has signed with CVW at Supercard of Honor- ROV vs CVW, says he is not eligible to compete in the upcoming Battle of Las Vegas because it is an ROV event and he is banned from ROV after losing that loser leaves ROV match against El Generico at Last Vegas but he can and will wrestle later this month at Tangled Web. Steen says all he needs is an opponent when suddenly he is attacked from behind by a man not instantly recognized by Excalibur and Jacobs. OI4K (Sami Callihan, BJ Whitmer, and the Crists) then appear and introduce Steen's assailant as a fellow Ohioan- Rickey Shane Page! Callihan says someday he will personally teach Steen a lesson about getting involved in OI4K business (referring to Steen stopping OI4K's post match attack on El Generico at Supercard of Vegas- ROV vs CVW) but for now Steen has his Tangled Web opponent- RSP!

Match #1: Rickey Starks defeated Chri$ Ca$h

- Starks picked up an impressive victory via THE BUSTER KEATON

Backstage: Joe Gacy and "Dirty" Andy Dalton are both told they will be taking on both Ca$h and Starks at Tangled Web in the Vegas traditional 4 way elimination opener!

Match #2: Reno Scum defeated Beaver Boys

- Reno Scum got an impressive victory over the #1 contenders Beaver Boys (who have a CVW Tag Team Championship match against the current champions Briscoes at Tangled Web) when Adam Thornstowe pinned John Silver via a TOMBSTONE after Luster the Legend got away with hitting Silver with brass knuckles.

- afterward, Reno Scum proceeded to launch a post match attack on the Beaver Boys until their enemies and Tangled Web opponents Team Tremendous arrived to make the save.

Backstage: Samuray Del Sol is told that at Tangled Web his opponent will be a debuting Jimmy Rave!

Match #3: Chris Dickinson defeated AR Fox and Shane Strickland in a Wired Championship #1 contender's match

- Dickinson pinned Strickland via a running crucifix powerbomb

- as a result, Dickinson challenges "Sick" Nick Mondo for the Wired Championship at Tangled Web while Fox and Strickland are told they will instead wrestle each other in a singles match at Tangled Web!

Backstage: Brittany Blake is confronted by the Campaign for a Better Las Vegas (Drew Gulak, Kimber Lee, and Orange Cassidy)

- Gulak says Blake got very lucky in her fluke win over Cassidy in her CVW debut on the last episode of Casino Wars but Blake will face reality at Tangled Web where she now has a match against Lee.

Backstage: Tyler Black is interviewed by Angelus Layne who asks him why he attacked his Shield tag team partner Jon Moxley on the last episode of Casino Wars. Black says Moxley was holding him back and is the reason why they could never defeat their enemies the Briscoes for the CVW Tag Team Championship. But now Black says he is looking to put away Moxley at Tangled Web and then set his sights on a bigger target- the CVW Championship!

Match #4: The Front (Sozio, Donovan Dijak, Joey Daddiego, and Martin Stone, all accompanied by DJ Hyde) defeated Team Extreme (Steve Corino, Rob Van Dam, 2 Cold Scorpio, and Rhino) in a tornado ultraviolence elimination match.

- before this match started, Martin Stone was introduced as the newest member of The Front!

- Dijak pinned RVD via belly to belly suplex

- Dijak defeated Corino via a lariat

- Stone pinned 2 Cold Scorpio via LONDON BRIDGE

- Rhino pinned Daddiego via a death valley driver

- Sozio pinned Rhino via the BAM-MAR-CHAIR-A

- afterward, the Nation of Intoxication appeared and said they did not care for being called "worthless" last time on Dojo Wars by Hyde because they lost to the Premiere Athlete Brand at Supercard of Vegas and said to prove their worth they are willing to take on the Front in a 3 on 4 handicap hurricane ultraviolence match at Tangled Web and their challenge was accepted by Hyde!

Well, I'm certain that Team Extreme would have liked to go into Tangled Web with a victory under their collective belt... But, they got systematically destroyed by The Front... They are going to have their work cut out for them when they face off against OI4K and I'm predicting that things will not go their way... With all the new talent pouring into your various Vegas based feds, I'm wondering if we might see the retirement of one (or more) of these seasoned veterans in the near future...

Preshow Match: Greg Excellent defeated George Gatton

- despite vocal support from the crowd who chanted "Go, Gatton Go! Go, Gatton Go!," Gatton lost to Excellent via an Excellent Driver.

Preshow Match: Brittany Blake defeated Kimber Lee (accompanied by Drew Gulak and Orange Cassidy)

- Lee controlled the majority of the action, but Blake prevailed via BAD OMEN

- Blake is now an impressive 2-0 with both of those victories coming against members of the Campaign for a Better Las Vegas as she also recently defeated Cassidy on Casino Wars.

Match #1: Ricky Starks defeated Joe Gacy, Chri$ Ca$h, and "Dirty" Andy Dalton in a Vegas traditional opening 4 way elimination match

- Gacy pinned Dalton via a TOP ROPE SPLASH

- Starks pinned Gacy via Famous Amos

- Starks put away Ca$h via THE BUSTER KEATON

Match #2: Team Tremendous defeated Reno Scum

- this match marked the in-ring CVW debut for Team Tremendous who won when Dan Barry pinned Luster the Legend after an avalanche hurricanrana

Match #3: Jimmy Rave defeated Samuray Del Sol

- this match marked the CVW debut for Rave

- despite controlling at least 90% of the action, Samuray lost when Rave got his knees up during a deathjump attempt from Samuray and then rolled up Samuray for the impressive victory

Match #4: Kevin Steen defeated Rickey Shane Page

- this match marked the in-ring CVW debuts for both Steen and RSP

- Steen looked really impressive in his first CVW match and won easily via an F-CINQ.

- afterward, Steen said he still has his sights set on OI4K based on what happened at Supercard of Vegas

Match #5: AR Fox defeated Shane Strickland

- Strickland put up a good fight but Fox won via KRUNCH

- afterward, Fox said he still has his sights set on the Wired Championship currently being held by "Sick" Nick Mondo

Match #6: Nation of Intoxication (Danny Hodge, Devon Moore, and Lucky tHURTeen) defeated The Front (Sozio, Donovan Dijak, Joey Daddieggo, and Martin Stone) in a 3 on 4 handicap tornado ultraviolence elimination match

- Lucky tHURTeen pinned Stone after SHINING WIZARD

- Havoc put away Daddieggo via TOTAL HAVOC

- Moore pinned Sozio via COUNTRY BOY PRESS

- Dijak due to his size proved more problematic for the NOI to take down but using their 3 on 1 advantage they finally eliminated Dijak when Havoc put him away via the Cylinder Side-Effect

- as a result, the NOI- who DJ Hyde had called "worthless" after they lost to the Premiere Athlete Brand at Supercard of Vegas- earned a sweep against Hyde's security detail The Front!

- as the NOI celebrate by drinking beer in the ring, it is now time for the first Intermission.

Match #7: Wired Champion "Sick" Nick Mondo defeated Chris Dickinson

- Dickinson proved to be a tough challenger and controlled the action for alot of this match, but Mondo retained the Wired Championship via a fisherman driver

Match #8: Jon Moxley defeated Tyler Black

- in this grudge match which was the first-ever match between these former Shield tag team partners, Moxley won via MOXICITY

Match #9: CVW Tag Team Champions Briscoes defeated Beaver Boys

- first fall: Jay Briscoe pinned Alex Reynolds via a SLINGSHOT LARIAT

- second fall: Jay Briscoe pinned Jon Silver via SLINGSHOT LARIAT

- Briscoes win 2-0 to retain the CVW Tag Team Championship

Match #10: Necro Butcher defeated Matt Tremont in a dog collar match in match #2 of their best of 7 ultraviolence series

- Necro Butcher won via a NECRO BOMB and is now up 2-0 in this best of 7 series

Match #11: Drake Younger defeated CVW Champion Masada

- Younger won via DRAKE'S LANDING to win the CVW Championship, Younger is now a 3 time CVW Champion!

End of Second Third. Intermission as they set up the Tangled Web structure for the main event.

Match #12: Team Extreme (Steve Corino, Rob Van Dam, Rhino, and 2 Cold Scorpio) defeated OI4K (Sami Callihan, BJ Whitmer, and the Crists) in a Tangled Web elimination match

- Callihan submitted RVD via STRETCH MUFFLER

- Rhino pinned Dave Crist via a running powerslam

- Callihan pinned a heavily bleeding 2 Cold Scorpio after a suicide dive into some barbed wire

- Corino pinned Jake Crist via OLD SCHOOL LARIAT

- throughout this match, Corino and Whitmer were violently battling each other constantly

- Rhino pinned Whitmer via GORE!

- Callihan pinned Corino via Forearm 2 Remember, afterward Callihan tried to continue attacking a defeated Corino inside the Tangled Web until Kevin Steen arrived to make the save

- a heavily bleeding Rhino pinned a bloody Callihan via a spinning spinebuster to win the match

Survivor: Rhino

- as a result, Team Extreme (who also recently defeated Mount Rushmore in an ultraviolence elimination tornado match at Supercard of Vegas: ROV vs CVW) picks up the victory over OI4K.

Team Extreme has proven to be dominant in CVW with their wins in Tangled Web and also at Supercard of Vegas. It was very cool to see Rhino as the sole survivor of the match not to mention being a real force throughout. An overall incredible night of action and congrats to Drake Younger on becoming a three-time CVW Heavyweight champion. I was also happy to see Necro Butcher over Matt Tremont and Jon Moxley getting the best of his former Shield partner Tyler Black.
