Match #1: Wired Champion "Sick" Nick Mondo defeated Pepper Parks (accompanied by Cherry Bomb)
- thanks partly to continued distraction from Cherry Bomb, Parks controlled the majority of this match and Mondo had to survive 5 pin attempts but Mondo got a key reversal and followed it up a couple of moves later with ASSAULT DRIVER to retain the Wired Championship
- afterward, Necro Butcher appeared and congratulated Mondo on his victory but also said he (Necro Butcher) is being given the choice of what matchup he wants at Cage of Death 2 as a result of winning his Best of 7 ultraviolent series against Matt Tremont. Necro Butcher says he is choosing to challenge Mondo for the Wired Championship in a CVW Rules (ultraviolence) match at Cage of Death 2!
Backstage: a frustrated Parks is informed that as a result of the last match, instead of defending the Wired Championship, he will be the opponent for Tokyo Monster Kahagas at Cage of Death 2!
Match #2: David Starr defeated Joey Janela
- Starr won via PRODUCT PLACEMENT
Backstage: BJ Whitmer is seen lying face down in a pile of blood. As EMTs and trainers tend to Whitmer, Team Tremendous appears on the scene and says they will investigate to find the culprit or culprits responsible!
Match #3: Chris Brookes (accompanied by Kid Lykos) defeated Dezmond Xavier (accompanied by Zachary Wentz)
- before this match started, it was announced that CCK will be taking on Scarlet & Graves at Cage of Death 2!
- Brookes won via a Michinkou Driver

- Hyde says that Cage of Death 2 is so big that it will be not just 1 show but 2 shows called Cage of Death 2, Cage 1 in the afternoon and Cage of Death 2, Cage 2 in the evening!
- Hyde says both Cage of Death 2, Cage 1 and Cage of Death 2, Cage 2 will have cage matches as their main events. Cage of Death 2, Cage 2 will be main evented by CVW Champion Kevin Steen vs Sami Callihan in the Cage of Death and Cage of Death 2, Cage 1 will have as its main event Team Extreme vs OI4K in a steel cage Vegas Warfare match!
- Hyde finishes by explaining that Vegas Warfare is like Guerilla Warfare in the former VWG fed but this time it will be inside a steel cage!

Space Monkey will be making his CVW debut in one of the two Vegas traditional opening 4 way elimination matches! The 3 other wrestlers in that match are VChri$ Ca$h, Joe Gacy, and Ace Romero.
In the other Vegas traditional opening 4 way elimination match, David Starr will be competing against Jonathan Gresham, MJF, and (making his CVW return) Jimmy Rave!

- overall this match saw about an even split of offense between the two competitors
- despite falling asleep once, Cassidy won via his ORANGE SQUEEZE
Match #1: Joe Gacy defeated Chri$ Ca$h, Space Monkey, and Ace Romero in a Vegas traditional opening 4 way elimination match
- this match marked Space Monkey's CVW debut
- Gacy pinned Ca$h following his TOP ROPE SPLASH
- Gacy pinned Romero via TOP ROPE SPLASH
- Gacy pinned Space Monkey after a lariat (ch F)
- as Gacy gets his hand raised in victory, Excalibur and Corino comment that, by winning this match and by making all 3 eliminations in the process, Gacy will be entering Year 3 with momentum in the right direction in CVW

- Reno Scum won this 3 way tag match when Luster the Legend pinned John Silver after the SCUM STOMP.

- this was the debut match in CVW for Kahagas
- thanks to interference from Cherry Bomb, Parks won this match via PEPPER SHAKER NECK BREAKER
Match #4: Nation of Intoxication (Danny Havoc, Devon Moore, Lucky tHURTeen, and Conor Claxton) defeated The Front (Sozio, Donovan Dijak, Joey Daddiego, and Martin Stone) in an elimination losers leave CVW match
- Moore pinned Daddiego via a running brainbuster
- Sozio was DQd for spraying a substance in Moore's face
- Claxton pinned Dijak via ESAD
