The final episode of Casino Wars until Out with the Cold, In with the Gold 2!
Combat Vegas Wrestling (CVW) Casino Wars #21 February, Week 3, Year 3 Silver Nugget Casino Las Vegas, Nevada
- commentator: Excalibur
Match #1: Josh Briggs defeated Trey Miguel, Erick Stevens, Anthony Greene, Jake Atlas, and Effy in an elimination match
- During the early stages of this match to determine the final/Wild Card participant in next week's CVW Championship Tournament at Out with the Cold, In with the Gold 2, Atlas and Effy impressed the crowd with how well they wrestled against each other which thus led to chants of "This is Awesome!"
- Briggs eliminated Atas via a belly to back gutbuster.
- Effy pinned Miguel via a corner rear leg DDT.
- Effy submitted Greene via DRAG QUEEN SLEEPER.
- Briggs eliminated Effy via Go 2 Hell.
- Briggs pinned Stevens via a single arm chokeslam
- As a result, Briggs has won the final/Wild Card spot in the CVW Championship Tournament and his first round opponent will be the winner of tonight's triple threat main event for the #1 seed.
Backstage: DJ Hyde tells Effy and Atlas he was impressed with their performance against each other in tonight's opening match so he is going to book them to have a non-tournament singles match against each other at Out with the Cold, In with the Gold 2!
Match #2: NOI (Devon Moore and Lucky tHURTeen, accompanied by Danny Havoc and "The Wrench" Conor Claxton) defeated Violence is Forever
- This tag match featured two of the tag team entrants in the 8 tag team CVW Tag Team Championship Tournament at Out with the Cold, In with the Gold 2, but, as Excalibur mentioned, it is unclear which members of NOI will be participating in the tournament.
- This was a very good tag match. NOI, aided greatly by Lucky tHURTeen snorting a controlled substance during this match, won when Lucky tHURTeen pinned Kevin Ku via a tilt a whirl piledriver.
- Afterward, Lucky tHURTeen pointed at Havoc- who recently has been having issues with the other members of NOI- and Havoc found himself surrounded by the other members of NOI who proceeded to attack him!
- Lucky tHURTeen then told Havoc he is no longer a member of NOI and that at Out with the Cold, In with the Gold 2 it will be him (Lucky tHURTeen) and Moore representing NOI while Claxton will be taking on Havoc in a non-tournament match!
Backstage: Hyde tells Miguel, Stevens, and Greene that they along with Chri$ Ca$h will be in the Vegas Traditional Opening 4 Way elimination match at Out with the Cold, In with the Gold 2!
Match #3: CCK defeated Da Hit Squad
- In a matchup between two of the most heavily favored tag teams to win the CVW Tag Team Championship Tournament at Out with the Cold, In with the Gold 2, CCK won this match when Kid Lykos put away Dan Maff following SICK F-ING TAG MOVE performed in tandem with Chris Brookes.
- As Brookes and Kid Lykos get their hands raised in victory, Excalibur wonders wonders aloud if the momentum they picked up tonight will lead CCK to winning the vacant CVW Tag Team Championship at Out with the Cold, In with the Gold 2.
Out with the Cold, In with the Gold 2 presented by Combat Vegas Wrestling (CVW) Saturday February 27th 1. Match #4: Masada defeated Drake Younger and Sami Callihan
- This triple threat matchup between 3 CVW originals was for the #1 seed in the CVW Championship Tournament at Out with the Cold, In with the Gold 2.
- A good match, Masada won when he put away Younger via SKULLF*CKA BUSTER.
- As a result, Masada will be the #1 seed (and will thus take on the Wild card entrant Briggs in the first round,) Callihan will be the #2 seed, and Younger will be the #3 seed in the CVW Championship Tournament.

Huge accomplishment by Briggs on grabbing that last spot in the title tourney... And I'm stoked that we're getting a one-on-one match between Effy and Atlas.
Despite their issues, I was very surprised with the way NOI turned on Havoc... I think The Wrench (as well as the rest of the faction) are going to regret that betrayal... Yikes!
The lineup for Out with the Cold, In with the Gold 2 looks awesome!

That was a great win for Ca$h to kick off the show and I'm looking forward to his shot at the Wired title... Which brings me to a question -- It seems like the Sick Nick Mondo vs. Ace Austin match was dropped from the Out with the Cold, In with the Gold 2 lineup... Was this intentional?
Also pleased that SLITHER made it past the opening round of the tag title tourney... Awesome stuff!

The Wired Championship match between Nick Mondo and Ace Austin is still happening, I just forgot to include it in the updated lineup (I will fix that now, good catch!)
