I agree with Mark on Hector, he needs to stick around and his card does well. I think for me, it's his lack of direction in the story more than anything that kinda loses him in the shuffle.
I'd like to revise my stance on Hector, and expand upon this idea. Hector could get an update and new persona and be a stronger character if it wasn't another "slap on a random disguise and antagonize a good guy" routine. This is entirely down to how I interpret Hector, but to me he the spokesman for the post-identity age.
Hector recruits new people and has them play legendary GWF wrestlers because he sees identity as absurdity. A person's "real personality" is no more than a mask he wears to reflect the way he or she would like to be perceived in public. So what does it matter if this new guy "is" Star Warrior, or if some old guy "is"? It's just a character to him and he in some sense wants people to change the way they perceive identity. If he can get the public to accept that these new guys "are" Star Warrior and Thantos and quit thinking about the old guys, then he's won a minor victory.
The Holy Brown Bear is a persona that has suited him well because of the reaction it gets from the public. IF he decided something else would do the trick or suited a new need, I can definitely see a switch. However, a switch just for the sake of change doesn't seem in line with the character (and I just love the visual of the Brown Bear).
On another note, Panther Warrior has been hanging around for a really long time without doing much. He either needs a dramatic storyline or a new card; if not both.
