Wow! I'm seriously impressed by how quickly the SHIMMER cards reached me over here in the UK; I received them this morning! Thanks for the usual outstanding service Filsinger Games! Wow, that is quick. 3 days to get from US to UK. Phenomenal. I really didn't expect to see the cards for a while yet. I'm seriously impressed!

I got my cards today, and they are great. Now I will add them to my ROH fed and away I go.

My cards arrived in the mail today and they have already been placed in their protective hard plastic sleeves. Now I need to watch the matches involving these women on those 2 recent SHIMMER DVDs (Volumes 47 and 48) I ordered.

I think Ty did a hell of a job on this set. It's easily my favorite set based on any of the indies we've gotten so far, including the set I worked on. Anyone who's on the fence about this set, don't be. It's tremendous and I hope we get more.

OK, I preordered my shimmer set on Monday Evening and got a link to download the charts, instructions and handbook, so all's I'm waiting on is the physical cards.
I got an envelope from Filsinger today in the mail, but seemed way too thin to contain 16 cards. Opening it, I found the following three cards: Sur, Jay Lethal and Ethan Page with Seleziya Sparx.
I'm guessing that this is some sort of "bonus" or something, and that the Shimmer Cards shouldn't be too far behind...?
Also, had a quick question: What are people using (if anything) to protect the cards? The cards I got measure 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and I'm assuming the Shimmer cards will be the same size. Any ideas would be appreciated.

They fit and protect the cards great to the extent that I am comfortable playing with all my autographed color cards without buying separate sets for playing and getting autographed.

I'm pretty familiar with card collecting and ways to protect cards, I'm assuming you're talking about something like this: The problem I see is, the cards I got today were 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" which would be too big for a 4x6 toploader, unless I'm missing something... Some companies make 5x7 toploaders, too... -Bill

Someone else here once said they had problems trying to use 4X6 top loaders, but for whatever reason mine honestly work great. I am really happy with them and I am glad I still have multiple unopened packs of them for future card releases later this year. However, I noticed that the package for my 4X6 top loaders is not quite the same as the one you posted and perhaps that somehow makes a difference?.
