I watched some Dragon Dragon matches..and I can't see why anyone would pick him. I guess he'll be all right if you want a lower card.

Ok, yes technically Dragon Dragon was just Eddie Kingston in a mascot costume but this is CHIKARA we are talking about, and their card game to boot! Chances are good (at least this promoter hopes) that they will kayfabe the heck out of this card and we get a representation of what Dragon Dragon is within the context of CHIKARA, and actual living, breathing, wrestling DRAGON!
As for Mr. Angelosetti and the rest, I am eager to get everyone I can for CHIKARA and hope that they put M&H Stranger and Gran Akuma in this first release. The sixth card could e anyone else from the fed poll and I would be happy.

yeah, I was on YouTube last night re-watching some Dragon Dragon. I can see the live appeal easy. As well as the comedy effect.
I think the card needs to have a thing on it about the head falling off.... that would be funny.

A "Reverse" finisher would be hilarious...The Dragonslayer Decapitator! Anytime Dragon Dragon rolls his pin he instead loses his head (equivalent of having his mask removed), only HE is disqualified instead of his opponent!

I just hope they put together stablemates with each Ckikarmy pack. Crossbones and Hydra (Order of the Neo Solar Temple) or Vin Gerard and Stigma (The UnStable). That way we can add tag team combos without having to wait months between each release.

Amongst the Chikarmy Dragon Dragon is beloved and gets a huge pop when he shows up on rare occasions. He is a comedy character and its good to have a few of those around.

I like the option of a comedy performer to book on the shows. Only one thing about this expansion - Mr. Zero is in or we (ar at least I ;D) riot! If he isn't in until the next expansion I'm ok with that but he is one of the really fun Chikara originals and I would love to add him to my fed. |
