[Tournament Master]

Here are the plans for the 8 Qualifiers for the GalactiCon Cup:

Early Saturday

GWF Black Death 2128 - 32 Man Tournament with the best in the GWF, including all of the cards released in the 2 Black Death Editions.

Chikara King of Trios 2012 - In honor of the annual event being held in September, GalactiCon will host its first King of Trios tournament using all of the color Chikara cards. The trios will be announced in the Chikara section of the boards.

Trivia Battle Royal - The annual tradition, with questions written by the diabolical Jim Steel. This year's theme is GWF tag teams.

Late Saturday

Legends of Wrestling (3 qualifiers) - There will be 3 32 man LOW tournaments, each focusing on a different era in wrestling: Golden Age (1960's and prior), Territory/Mania Years (1970-1980's) and Extreme/Attitude Era (1990-2000's).

Sunday

Canada Cup - Mike Fortunes annual tournament with 4 round robins are held with the winners facing off in a Final Four hardcore playoffs.

Throughout the Weekend

Beat the Clock Challenge - JMello will control a jobber from GWF history. The person who beats JMello in the fastest time will win the spot.

In addition to these tournaments there will be others including Kevin's King of Hardcore and Jack's Womens tournament. Any winners of other GalactiCon tournaments will qualify for the Interplanetary Title Tournament.

The tourneys were a lot better paced this year. There wasn't a point where I was in three different tourneys at the same time which made them a lot more fun. The matches with Smoke and Jim in G-Cup were great. As for TM...well I guess I'm still his nemesis there. That was a four move match.
