- ROV Matchmaker Excalibur is so tired of hearing the Young Bucks complain about having to defend both their ROV Tag Team Championship (against the Briscos) and their ROV 6 Man Tag Team Championship (along with Adam Cole against MexaBlood and Rey Horus) this weekend at the World Series of Vegas that he has decided to give the Young Bucks a 3rd match against ROC Tag Team Champions Super Smash Brothers!

- In addition, this weekend at the World Series of Vegas, ROC Womens Champion Angelina Love has been booked into a 4-way elimination title defense against Madison Rayne, Su Yung, and Nicole Matthews!

Match #1: ROC Womens Champion Angelina Love defeated Madison Rayne, Nicole Matthews, and Su Yung in a Vegas Traditional Opening 4-Way elimination match

- Yung eliminated Rayne via a palm strike.

- Matthews eliminated Yung via her VANCOUVER MANEUVER.

- Love eliminated Matthews via a Codebreaker.

- As a result, Love retained the ROC Womens Championship.

Match #2: Swerve in Our Glory defeated MJF and Lance Hoyt

- Swerve in Our Glory won when Keith Lee pinned MJF via GROUND ZERO.

Match #3: PAC defeated Jay Lethal in a King of the Ring of Vegas First Round match

- PAC caught Lethal off gurard and quickly won this match in just 3 moves via THE BRUTALIZER.

- As a result, PAC advances to the next round.

- In the Ring: ROV Matchmaker Excalibur, ROV Champion and VLW Champion AJ Styles, and Lee Moriarty.

- Excalibur tells Styles that if he- or any other champions participating in this tournament- do not win their matches on Night 1 or Night 2 then they will have to defend their championships on Night 3!

Match #4: ROV Champion and VLW Champion AJ Styles defeated Lee Moriarty in a King of the Ring of Vegas First Round match

- It was not easy as Moriarty survived 7 pin/submission attempts by Styles and made Styles survive 3 pin/submission attempts before Styles finally won via a deathjump.

- As a result, Styles advances to the second round where he will take on PAC.

Match #5: Eddie Kingston defeated PCO in a non-tournament match

- This non-tournament match between ROV's Kingston and ROC's PCO was booked after the large-scale brawl between Kingston and PCO two weeks ago on ROV TV during the battle royal to determine the final spot in the King of the Ring of Vegas tournament.

- PCO dominated this match early but Kingston made a comeback and won via his BACKFIST TO THE FUTURE.

Match #6: Jeff Cobb defeated "The Cleaner" Kenny Omega in a King of the Ring of Vegas First Round match

- Cobb surprised Omega- a 2-time ROE Champion- as he controlled almost all of this match which he won via TOUR OF THE ISLANDS.

- As a result, Cobb advances to the next round.

Match #7: Austin Aries defeated Open the Vegas Gate Champion Zack Sabre Jr. in a King of the Ring of Vegas First Round match

- Aries looked impressive as he stunned ZSJ by winning via a BRAINBUSTER even though he also got away with putting his feet on the ropes for extra leverage as the referee made the 3 count.

- As a result, Aries advances and will take on Cobb in the next round.

- As a result, ZSJ- per the mandate announced earlier tonight by ROV Matchmaker Excalibur about champions who lose in the First Round in Night 1 or Night 2- will have to defend the Open the Vegas Gate Championship against a currently unknown opponent on Night 3.

Match #8: Christoper Daniels defeated Roderick Strong in a King of the Ring of Vegas First Round match

- Daniels got past Strong- who won last year's King of the Ring of Vegas- via ANGEL'S WINGS.

- As a result, Daniels advances to the next round.

Match #9: ROM Champion Mil Muertes (managed by Karlee Perez) defeated X-Division Champion and Pure Champion Jonathan Gresham in a King of the Ring of Vegas First Round match

- Muertes won via his FLATLINER finisher..

- As a result, Muertes advances to the next round and Gresham will instead now have to defend his Pure Championship on Night 3.

Match #10: ROV Tag Team Champions Young Bucks defeated ROC Tag Team Champions Super Smash Brothers in a non-title match

- This was a very good main event match between the current ROV Tag Team Champions and the current ROC Tag Team Champions. The Young Bucks won when Matt Jackson pinned Player Dos via MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK.

- Afterward, the Bucks gave both SSB members unexpected stereo superkicks!
