In the Ring: ROV Matchmaker Excalibur along with the VWO: Steve Corino, VWO Champion Tyler Black, VLW Champion AJ Styles, ROC Champion Kevin Steen, Nigel McGuinness, and Roderick Strong.

- Excalibur says, despite his personal disdain for the VWO, it is ROV tradition to recognize a new ROV Champion at the start of the next show after a title change and thus officially introduces Black as the new ROV Champion.

- Black, who won the ROV Championship from Styles last weekend at Glory by Vegas, says he is glad the ROV Championship will stay with the VWO and now it is in the hands of the better VWO member.

- Styles then cuts off Black and says Black got lucky at Glory by Vegas after he (Styles) first retained over Black at Debauchery Before Dishonor and he (Styles) wants a rematch against Black at Survival of the Sinners but this time in a best 2 out of 3 falls match so they can finally determine which of them really is the true ROV Champion.

- Black nods at Corino and asks if Styles should get a title shot against him (Black.) Corino gives the thumbs up, but then switches to a thumbs down!

- At Corino's signal, Styles is suddenly hit with a JAWBREAKER LARIAT from Styles followed by END OF DAYS from Strong followed by a PACKAGE PILEDRIVER from Steen followed by a PHOENIX SPLASH from Black!

- The VWO then leave a downed Styles alone in the ring where trainers and EMTS arrive and load Styles onto a stretcher!

Match #1: Janai Kai defeated Miranda Alize

- Kai won this opening womens division match via a Dragon sleeper.

Backstage: ROV Matchmaker Excalibur says that, following the gang assault by the VWO, Styles has been taken to the emergency room and he is out indefinitely!

- Excalibur, however, also says that this attack by the VWO won't prevent Black from still having to defend the ROV Championship at Survival of the Sinners and he will announce Black's challenger soon!

Match #2: Alex Shelley (accompanied by Chris Sabin) defeated Beretta (accompanied by Chuck Taylor and Orange Cassidy)

- Just days after the Motor City Machine Guns won a Survival of the Sinners Qualifying match by defeating Best Friends at Bound for Glory by DQ when Beretta hit Shelley with a low blow, Shelley won this singles match against Beretta via his BORDER CITY STRETCH.

- Afterward, Shelley offered Beretta his hand only for Beretta to spit at him and then walk off with Taylor and Cassidy.

In the Ring: ROV Matchmaker Excalibur introduces the Briscoes as the new ROV Tag Team Champions.

- The Briscoes, who at Glory by Honor defeated the Young Bucks in a tornado match to become just the second tag team (Hooligans) to become 2-time ROV Tag Team Champions, appear. The Briscoes drink beer while mentioning they were the first-ever ROV Tag Team Champions and they now plan to be the last ROV Tag Team Champions when suddenly they get attacked by the Young Bucks!

Match #3: Brody King defeated MJF (accompanied by Lance Hoyt) in a Survival of the Sinners Qualifying match

- Before this match started, MJF told King he admired how he (King) turned on Darby Allin and offers him a job working for him if he agrees to take a pinfall for him (MJF) tonight in this Survival of the Sinners Qualifying match.

- King gets in MJF's face and says "No!" and then proceeds to attack MJF as the bell rings.

- King dominated this match which he won via his GONZO BOMB.

- As a result, King has qualified for Survival of the Sinners.

Backstage: with Keith Lee seen standing in the background, an angry AR Fox says he has a receipt waiting for Shane Strickland for turning on him at Glory by Vegas! Fox asks Lee, who is Strickland's tag team partner but who did not leave the ring with Strickland at Glory by Vegas, what side he is on but Lee remains silent.

Match #4: ROV TV Champion Jon Moxley defeated Pure Champion Jonathan Gresham in a Survival of the Sinners Qualifying match.

- This champion vs champion match was not for either competitor’s title but instead for a spot in Survival of the Sinners.

- Gresham was clearly in command early but Moxley came back to win via MOXICITY.

- As a result, Moxley has secured a spot in Survival of the Sinners.

Match #1: Big Swole defeated Kris Statlander

- This women’s division match pitted Big Swole and Kris Statlander- who recently teamed together in an unsuccessful attempt to defeat Twisted Sisterz for the WOV Tag Team Championship- against each other.

- A godo match, Big Swole won via DIRTY DANCING.

Backstage: ROV Matchmaker Excalibur tells Eddie Kingston that next week on ROV TV there will be a battle royal to determine one of the final spots for Survival of the Sinners!

Match #2: Chuck Taylor (accompanied by Beretta and Orange Cassidy) defeated Chris Sabin (accompanied by Alex Shelley)

- Before this match started, Shelley asked Beretta- who gave Shelley a low blow in their tag match at Glory by Vegas and then refused to show Shelley respect after their singles match against each other last week on ROV TV- what his problem was and wondered aloud if is just the realization that Best Friends can not defeat the Motor City Machine Guns. Beretta, however, refused to respond to Shelley.

- This match started when Sabin, while watching Shelley leave the ring, was attacked from behind by Taylor. Sabin fought back but Taylor won via his AWFUL WAFFLE.

Backstage: Angry about being jumped by the Young Bucks last week on ROV TV, the ROV Tag Team Champions Briscoes are told by ROV Matchmaker Excalibur that they will get to take on the Young Bucks in a dog collar match at Survival of the Sinners!

Match #3: AR Fox defeated Shane Strickland in a Survival of the Sinners Qualifying match

- This grudge match for a spot in Survival of the Sinners was won by Fox via KRUNCH.

- Fox thus secures a spot in Survival of the Sinners and gets revenge against Strickland for turning on him at Glory by Vegas.

Match #4: ROV TV Champion Jon Moxley defeated ROC Champion Kevin Steen in a Survival of the Sinners Preview match

- This non-title match between Moxley and Steen, who have both already qualified for Survival of the Sinners, led to Steen suffering a very rare defeat as Moxley won via his One Hitter.

- Afterward, an angry Taylor motioned toward Beretta and Cassidy and they joined him in the ring in giving an outnumbered Shelley and Sabin a 3 on 2 beatdown!

Backstage: ROV Matchmaker Excalibur tells WOV Tag Team Champions Twisted Sisterz that tonight's women's triple threat match determines who is challenging Trish Adora for the WOV Championship and the two non-winners in tonight's match will instead challenge them (Twisted Sisterz) for the WOV Tag Team Championship at Survival of the Sinners!

- Big Swole won by pinning Kai via a head butt.

- As a result, Big Swole will seek to regain the WOV Championship when she challenges Trish Adora at Survival of the Sinners while Janai Kai and Serena Deeb instead will together challenge Twisted Sisters for the WOV Tag Team Championship at Survival of the Sinners.
