Preshow Match #1: Kris Statlander, Serena Deeb, Britt Baker, and Miranda Alize defeated Big Swole, Athena, Leyla Hirsch, and Janai Kai
- This Preshow match ended when Statlander pinned Hirsch via a SCISSOR KICK.
Preshow Match #2: Wheeler Yuta defeated Josh "The Goods" Woods
- Yuta won this Preshow match via a BRIDGING O'CONNOR ROLL.
Match #1: Daniel Garcia defeated MJF (accompanied by Lance Hoyt,) Lee Moriarty, Matt Sydal, and Darby Allin in a Vegas Traditional Opening 5-Way elimination Pure Championship #1 Contenders match
- MJF took out Allin via THE CROWBAR.
- Moriarty tapped out Sydal via JOINT CUSTODY.
- MJF took out Moriarty via THE CROWBAR.
- Garcia pinned MJF via a piledriver.
- As a result, Daniel Garcia has earned a Pure Championship match next month at ROV's Anniversary show.
Match #2: Fire N' Flava defeated WOV Tag Team Champions Twisted Sisterz
- First Fall: The defending champions won this first fall when Thunder Rosa out away Kiera Hogan via La Lanza. Twisted Sisterz up 1-0.
- Second Fall: Fire N' Flava tied it up here when Tasha Steelz took out Thunder Rosa via HKD. Fire N' Flava and Twisted Sisterz are tied 1-1.
- Third/Final Fall: Fire N' Flava won this deciding fall when Hogan put away Thunder Rosa via FACE THE MUSIC. Fire N' Flava win 2-1.
- As a result, Fire N' Flava are the new WOV Tag Team Champions and thus end the 1-year reign of Twisted Sistrz who won the WOV Tag Team Championship at last year's Last Vegas.
- As a result, Kiera Hogan, as a former WOV Champion, becomes the first woman to hold both the WOV Championship and the WOV Tag Team Championships.
Match #3: Mercedes Martinez defeated WOV Champion Trish Adora
- Martnez won via a snap swinging neckbreaker.
- As a result, Martinez wins the WOV Championship.
- As a result, Martinez, who was already the only 2-time WOV Champion, is now a 3-time WOV Champion.

Match #4: Motor City Machine Guns defeated Best Friends and Orange Cassidy in a handicap match
- Despite the 3 on 2 odds against them the MCMGs won this grudge match when Alex Shelley pinned Beretta following SKULL AND BONES.
In the Ring: Jay Lethal
- Lethal says it is now time to see if anyone is willing to respond to his open challenge for a match against him tonight at Last Vegas.
- Lethal's open challenge is answered by:
- the first-ever ROV Champion, Claudio Castagnoli!
Match #5: Jay Lethal defeated Claudio Castagnoli
- in his long-awaited ROV return, Castagnoli started off strong but Lethal ruined Castagnoli's return by getting away with a low blow followed by the LETHAL INJECTION for the 3 count.
- Afterward, Lethal said Claudio was the first-ever ROV Champion but next year he (Lethal) will finally win the ROV Championship himself.
Match #6: Shane Strickland defeated AR Fox in a last man standing match
- This was a great last man standing grudge match finally won by Strickland when he hit Fox with the SWERVE STOMP followed by a 450 splash for good measure which left Fox unable to regain his feet before the referee completed his 10 count.

Match #7: Pure Champion Jonathan Gresham defeated Dalton Castle in a Pure Rules match
- Gresham won this match surprisingly quickly via his OCTOPUS STRETCH.
- As a result, Gresham retains the Pure Championship which he will now defend next against Daniel Garcia at next month's Anniversary show.
Match #8: ROV Tag Team Champions Briscoes defeated Brody King and PCO (both accompanied by Tommy End)
- First Fall: Jay Briscoe pinned Brody King via his JAY DRILLER. Briscoes up 1-0.
- Second Fall: This fall ended when the action spilled out of the ring where End tried to smash Jay Briscoe with a steel chair. Jay Briscoe however managed to grab the steel chair away from End and then defensively smash both End and King with the steel chair which led to him drawing the DQ. Briscoes and King/PCO tied 1-1.
- Third/Final Fall: A hard fought final fall, the Briscoes won when Mark Briscoe pinned PCO following the DOOMSDAY DEVICE. Briscoes win 2-1.
- As a result, the Briscoes retained the ROV Tag Team Championship.
Match #9: ROV 6-Man Tag Team Champions Adam Cole and the Young Bucks defeated AJ Styles, "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson, and Doc Gallows
- This match marked the first time Styles had teamed with Anderson/Gallows in a ROV ring or even a VIU ring.
- Nick Jackson pinned Gallows following the INDY TAKER. However, the referee missed the fact that Gallows had one boot under the ropes.
- Despite the controversial finish, Cole and the Young Bucks retained the ROV 6-Man Tag Team Championship.

- Once PAC, the final entrant, had entered the match, the eliminations were allowed to begin.
- This was a violent grudge match fought in the War Games chamber with Daniels, Kingston, Strong, and Corino in particular bleeding heavily from repeated smashes into the steel cage sides.
- This marked the first VIU match for Corino since he was part of Team Extreme a year ago in Combat Vegas Wrestling (CVW) but he performed well in this match by making 3 eliminations to prove his status as a legend.

- Corino pinned PAC via a deflected deathjump.
- Black pinned Moxley via a lariat.
- Strong pinned Kingston via SICK KICK.
- Daniels pinned Steen via ANGELS WINGS.
- Corino pinned Daniels via OLD SCHOOL SUPLEX.
- Corino pinned Danielson via Old School Kick.
- As a result, the VWO win this War Games match.
- As a result, Tyler Black retains the ROV Championship since he was not among the eliminations in this match.
