In the Ring: per typical ROV policy, the start of this episode was used to introduce a new champion crowned during the previous show- new ROV TV Champion Adam Pearce who regained the ROV TV Championship 4 days ago from Bryan Danielson at Planet Hollywood!

- Pearce was accompanied by Truth Martini and the Hoopla Hotties (Jessie McKay and Courtney Rush)

- Martini brags about how his House of Truth now has 2 champions in Pearce and ROV Champion Roderick Strong and will continue to have 2 champions after Boiling Point when Strong retains the title against Scorpio Sky despite Sky getting lucky against Strong in their non-title match last week at Planet Hollywood.

- ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness says, speaking of Boiling Point, that, while indeed Strong defends the ROV Championship at Sky at that show and while Mikey O'Shea has earned a future ROV TV Championship title shot by winning the Sin City Scramble at Planet Hollywood, Pearce's Boiling Point challenger will be the winner of an 8 man tournament which starts next week on ROV TV!

Match #1: Bryan Danielson defeated vOodOo kAos (accompaied by Rixelplix)

- Danielson rebounded from losing the ROV TV Championship at Planet Hollywood by outlasting kAos in a good match and getting the victory via his TRIANGLE CHOKE

- afterward, Danielson announced he is one of the 8 participants in the ROV TV Championship #1 conternder's tournament as he seeks to regain the title he lost last week to Pearce!

Backstage: the American Wolves tell McGuinness they think they deserve a ROV Tag Team Championship title match after winning their feud with S.C.U.M. and after defeating Los Banditos last week at Planet Hollywood. McGuinness agrees with them but says both Natural Selection and Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team (WGTT) are currently ahead of them in the line for a tag title shot for now and instead he has entered both of them (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards) in the 8 man ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament.

Match #2: Rhino (accompanied by Truth Martini and the Hoopla Hotties) defeated the Manimal

- Rhino won via GORE! in just a few moves

- afterward, McGuinness announced he has entered Rhino into the ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament- much to the visible displeasure of Martini at the thought of the possibility of Pearce having to defend his title against another House of Truth member at Boiling Point.

- afterward, the Hobo approached the Manimal and suggested they form a tag team and the Manimal accepted the offer

Backstage: WGTT ask McGuinness if they get their promised title shot at Boiling Point. McGuinness tells them no that they (WGTT) will instead get their promised tag title match at the Debauchery Before Dishonor IPPV on August 31st during Labor Day weekend as instead he is giving Natural Selection their deserved tag title shot against the ROV Tag Team champions the Briscoes at Boiling Point- a show for which he has other plans for WGTT!

Match #3: Kevin Steen and El Generico defeated Future Shock

- Generico pinned Kyle O'Reilly after a BRAINBUSTAAAHHH!!!

- afterward, McGuinness announced Steen and Generico were told by McGuinness they are entered into the ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament and Future Shock are informed by McGuinness they are taking on their enemies WGTT in a feud-ending tag team steel cage match at Boiling Point!

On Tap with James Morgan: Morgan says last week's quick victory against him by Willie Mack at Planet Hollywood was a fluke and he will prove it in the ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament in which both he and Mack are entered and he promises he will last longer than Mack in the tournament


- Morgan then introduces his guest- Johnny Yuma

- Yuma says, despite what happened between them in the Sin City Scramble match last week at Planet Hollywood, he wants to reform a tag team with Johnny Goodtime in Ring of Vegas as they were tag team partners in the past prior to their time in ROV

- Goodtime appears and seems to accept Yuma's offer but as Yuma extends his hand Goodtime instead suddenly attacks Yuma and the two of them proceed to brawl toward the back

In the Ring: ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness announces that the matches for tonight's episode of ROV TV will all be the first round ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament matchups with the winner challenging for the ROV TV Championship at Boiling Point and McGuinness is then joined in the ring by Future Shock.

- Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly say they are looking forward to taking on their enemies Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team (WGTT) in a feud-ending tag team steel cage match when they get confronted by WGTT themselves.

- Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas tell Future Shock they (WGTT) have nothing to lose in their upcoming cage match because win or lose they have a guaranteed title shot awaiting them at Debauchery Before Dishonor and then Haas proceeds to sucker punch Cole leading to a brawl between all 4 wrestlers that goes around the venue and toward the back as the ROV TV announcers comment that this type of brawl will not happen at Boiling Point where these two tag teams will be contained inside a steel cage to end their feud.

Match #1: Kevin Steen defeated James "Main Event" Morgan in a first round ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament match

- Morgan put up a good fight but Steen advanced after pinning Morgan after a hard powerbomb onto the ring apron.

Backstage: PPrAy are seen walking down the hallway when they confront Johnny Yuma. Yuma looks at Pretty Peter Avalon and Ray Rosas until he is tapped on the shoulder from behind by Johnny Goodtime who then hits Yuma in the face and, just like last week on ROV TV, gets into a vicious brawl with Yuma as PPrAy watch in amusement.

Match #2: Rhino (accompanied by Truth Martini and the Hoopla Hotties- Jessie McKay and Courtney Rush) defeated Eddie Edwards in a first round ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament match

- Edwards appeared to have Rhino defeated via DIE HARD but then got distracted by the Hoopla Hotties allowing Rhino to recover and nail Edwards with the GORE! to advance. could Rhino win this tournament and be taking on his fellow House of Truth member ROV TV Champion Adam Pearce for the ROV TV Championship at Boiling Point?

Backstage: Scorpio Sky accepts an offer from 2 Cold Scorpio (who Sky recently defeated in their Scorpio vs Scorpio series) to help train him for and to be in his corner for his upcoming match against ROV Champion Roderick Strong at Boiling Point. Sky said as the previous match of Edwards vs Rhino just showed he needs someone who can keep their eyes on Truth Martini and the other House of Truth members during his match for the title against Strong.

Match #3: Davey Richards defeated Willie Mack in a first round ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament match

- in an awesome match (15 PIN tokens,) Mack appeared to have the victory secured via his CHOCOLATE THUNDER BOMB but his enemy Morgan suddenly arrived and got away with smashing Mack in the back of the head with a steel chair. Richards, oblivious to Morgan's interference, proceeded to get the victory a few moves later via kicked to death.

Backstage: McGuinness is confronted by an angry Percy Pringle III who is demanding to know why there is this #1 contender's tournament for a shot at the ROV TV Championship when his man Mikey O'Shea has already earned a ROV TV Championship match by winning the Sin City Scramble at Planet Hollywood.

- MscGuinness responds by telling Pringle III that O'Shea's title shot was not guaranteed specifically for Boiling Point and instead O'Shea's match for the ROV TV Championship will take place next week on ROV TV itself and if O'Shea wins then he will be defending the ROV TV Championship against the tournament winner at Boiling Point.

- McGuinness then also tells Pringle III to instruct his tag team Natural Selection to bring their gear next week as they will be in action on ROV TV.

Three out of four, I'll take it. I almost had a perfect record if not for James Morgan causing Willie Mack to lose to Davey Richards. I'm picking Richards and Steen to win the semi-finals and Adam Pearce to retain over a game Mikey O'Shea. Great action as always, Vegas.

- McGuinness says he was premature earlier this week in announcing the Tribe vs the Young Bucks for Boiling Point as the Tribe due to their contractual responsibilities as the reigning Campeonatos de Parejas in Lachikaras Vegas have a scheduling conflict and will not be available after all for Boiling Point.

- McGuinness then proceeds to announce that tonight's episode of ROV TV features the semi-finals of the ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament (with the tournament winner challenging for the ROV TV Championship at Boiling Point) and a ROV TV Championship title defense by Adam Pearce against Mikey O'Shea when he is interrupted by Mmmbop- the entrance music for the Young Bucks.

- the Bucks demand that McGuinness give them new opponents to face at Boiling Point because they do not want to lose that payday and threaten that if McGuinness does not make them a match they will make their own match for Boiling Point.

Match #1: Natural Selection (managed by Percy Pringle III) defeated the Hobo and the Manimal.

- the recently-formed tag team of Hobo and Manimal offered impressive resistance but Natural Selection (who has a title shot against the ROV Tag Team Champions the Briscoes at Boiling Point) eventually got the victory when Shaun Ricker pinned Hobo after giving him a ride on the GRAVY TRAIN.

- as Ricker and Brian Cage get their hands raised in victory, the ROV TV announcers wonder aloud whether Natural Selection can defeat the Briscoes for the ROV Tag Team Championship at Boiling Point.

Backstage: McGuinness is approached by an angry Willie Mack

- Mack demands a rematch against James "Main Event" Morgan at Boiling Point as Mack says Morgan (whose interference caused Mack to lose last week to Davey Richards in the ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament) apparently did not learn his lesson yet after losing to Mack in just two moves earlier this month at Planet Hollywood.

Match #2: Rhino (accompanied by Truth Martini and the Hoopla Hotties) defeated Kevin Steen (accompanied by El Generico) in the Semi-Finals of the ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament

-a really good match, with offense spread evenly throughout, eventually won by Rhino via a GORE!

- Rhino advances to the finals of the tournament as Martini standing behind Rhino looks visibly upset at the possibility of Pearce (if he retains over O'Shea tonight) having to defend the ROV TV Championship against a fellow House of Truth member at Boiling Point.

- afterward, as Generico tended to a downed Steen, they both got attacked by the Young Bucks who then mockingly told Steen and Generico that with Steen's loss to Rhino neither one of them (Steen and Generico) have a match for Boiling Point yet and challenged them to a tag team match at Boiling Point.

Backstage: Scorpio Sky is once again being trained by 2 Cold Scorpio for his upcoming title match against ROV Champion Roderick Strong at Boiling Point. 2 Cold tells Scorpio that technique is a big factor in determining success in wrestling and he wants Scorpio to look for weaknesses in Roderick's technique next week on ROV TV when he (2 Cold) wrestles Roderick in a non-title match!

Match #3: Davey Richards (accompanied by Eddie Edwards) defeated Bryan Danielson in the Semi-Finals of the ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament

- a great match, Richards survived over 6 submission attempts to pick up the victory via a suicide dive

- as a result, next week on ROV TV it is Rhino vs Richards in the Finals of the ROV TV Championship #1 contender's tournament with the winner receiving a ROV TV Championship title match at Boiling Point!

Backstage: an angry Steen and Generico say they accept the challenge from the Bucks for a match at Boiling Point where they will be looking for revenge!

Backstage: Johnny Yuma and Johnny Goodtime are seen confronting each other and once again start to brawl until being stopped by PPrAy. PPrAy tell Yuma and Goodtime they (PPrAy) just learned Yuma and Goodtime have a match against each other at Boiling Point and PPrAy will be sitting at ringside to enjoy watching Yuma and Goodtime tear each other apart.

- O'Shea scored multiple near falls against the defending champion and kicked out of multiple pin attempts but Pearce finally won via a superfly smash.

- as a result, Pearce retains the ROV TV Championship and will defend it at Boiling Point against the winner of the match between Rhino and Richards taking place next week on ROV TV!
