Ring of Vegas (ROV) ROV TV Episode #62 April 21st, Year Two Las Vegas, NV
In the Ring: ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness
- McGuinness starts by reminding everyone that in 3 days on Thursday the first episode of ROV's spin-off brand Championship Wrestling from Vegas begins and tonight;s main event is a 26 man battle royal featuring all the CWFV talent.
- McGuinness then says for ROV's upcoming show Vegas in the Heart of Texas, there will be both a Texas Death match and a Texas Tornado tag match with the participants for bot matches still to be determined.
- McGuinness then says, per ROV tradition whenever there is a new ROV Champion crowned on the previous show, tonight's episode of ROV TV starts off with introducing the new ROV Champion- Roderick Strong.
- Strong (who regained the ROV Championship from Adam Pearce last night at All or Nothing) is accompanied by Truth Martini and the Hoopla Hotties. Martini starts to say a new age of Hoopla has begun when he is suddenly interrupted by the ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves.
- Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards say they just heard Nigel's announcement for a Texas Tornado tag match at Vegas in the Heart of Texas and say they want to be in that match and wrestle against reDRagon for their attack on Edwards 2 weeks ago on ROV TV.
- Nigel grants the Wolves' request but then Strong grabs the microphone to complain about his introduction as the first-ever 2 time ROV Champion getting interrupted by the Wolves. Davey and Roderick get in each others' face until Nigel breaks it up and announces a major main event for next week on ROV TV: ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves vs ROV Champion Roderick Strong and ROV TV Champion Michael Elgin!
Match #1: reDRagon defeated Adrenaline Rush
- this match ended when Bobby Fish put away TaDarius Thomas via Fish Hook.
- afterward, reDRagon point out they just defeated the tag team against whom the Wolves last night retained the ROV Tag Team Championship at All or Nothing and they want their upcoming Texas Tornado tag match against the Wolves at Vegas in the Heart of Texas to be for the ROV Tag Team Championship. McGuinness appears and points out that at All or Nothing reDRagon lost to the C&C Wrestle Factory so first they have to defeat C&C Wrestkle Factory in a All or Nothing rematch next week on ROV TV to be considered eligible to make their Texas Tornado match at Vegas in the Heart of Texas be for the ROV Tag Team Championship.
Backstage: C&C Wrestle Factory being interviewed by Veda Scott about the announcement just made by McGuinness about them wrestling reDRagon in an All or Nothing rematch next week on ROV TV. Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander say if they defeat reDRagon again after already defeating them at All or Nothing then they want a ROV Tag Team Championship match
Match #2: El Generico defeated Kevin Steen (accompanied by vOodOo kAos)
- in a rematch from their All or Nothing match that ended with Steen getting DQd for smashing El Generico repeatedly with a steel chair, El Generico got the victory via his BRAINBUSTAAAHHH!!!

Order of Elimination

Scorpio Sky - Sky was very upset at getting eliminated early by Nick Madrid 7. Nick Jackson 8. Pretty Peter Avalon 9. Tito Escondido (eliminated by Navajo Warrior) 10. Rico Dynamite (eliminated by Hawaiian Lion) - the fighting between the Tribe and Los Banditos which characterized much of their 4 way tag elimination match at All or Nothing continued in this match as the two tag teams targeted each other throughout this battle royal until both Banditos were eliminated by the Tribe. After being eliminated, the Banditos slammed the ring apron in frustration about their eliminations. 11. Manimal 12. Willie Mack (eliminated by Joey Ryan) 13. Johnny Goodtime 14. Pinky 15. Ray Rosas 16. Joey Ryan 17. Hobo 18. Hawaiian Lion (eliminated by Brian Cage) 19. Nick Madrid 20. Brian Cage (eliminated by Johnny Yuma as Cage and Ricker were still exchanging some heated words with each other) 22. Shaun Ricker (eliminated by Adam Pearce as Yuma was eliminating Ricker's tag team partner Cage) - as Cage and Ricker landed on the floor next to each other, O'Shea and Percy Pringle III quickly separated them before they could exchange some more words at each other 23. vOodOo kAos 24. Johnny Yuma 25. Navajo Warrior Winner: Adam Pearce
- as Pearce gets his hand raised in victory, the TV announcers wonder aloud whether Pearce- already a former ROV Champion, a former ROV TV Champion, and the current California Cup Champion (in Lachikaras Vegas)- will soon add the Vegas Championship to his list of accolades by winning the Vegas Championship Tournament next month at Planet Hollywood 2.
End of Show. See you on Thursday for the debut episode of CWFV and then next week for another episode of ROV TV!

ROV continues to roll and I'm looking forward to the arrival of CWFV. I was pulling for Adam Pearce to retain at All or Nothing but Roderick Strong has proven to be among the elite stars of ROV. I like the thought of Chris Hero going after Strong.
Sorry to see RVD having to leave ROV but he went out with a great bout against Austin Aries. I'm looking forward to seeing who come out on top between C & C and reDRagon with the winners facing the wolves for the tag titles. Great action as always Vegas.

- McGuinness says that tonight's matchup between C&C Wrestle Factory and reDRagon will indeed be a #1 contender's match for the next ROV Tag Team Championship match and then gets interrupted by Chris Hero.
- Hero says since he defeated McGuinness at All or Nothing he wants a ROV Championship match against current champion Roderick Strong at Vegas in the Heart of Texas. before McGuinness can respond, Austin Aries appears.
- Aries says since he, just like Hero, was also victorious at All or Nothing where he defeated Rob Van Dam in a best 2 out of 3 falls match to send RVD out of ROV that he also wants a ROV Championship match against Strong next month at Vegas in the Heart of Texas.
- McGuinness sets up a main event next week on ROV TV of Hero vs Aries with the winner getting a ROV Championship match against Strong at Vegas in the Heart of Texas!
Match #1: The Tribe defeated Natural Selection (accompanied by Percy Pringle III and Mikey O'Shea) by DQ
- this match featured a possible preview of the Vegas Tag Team Championship Tournament Finals this weekend at Planet Hollywood 2 as it featured 2 of the 4 semi-finalist tag teams of the torunament.
- the Tribe appeared about to win when Navajo Warrior seemingly had Shaun Ricker pinned after RESERVATION DEVESTATION, but Los Banditos ran into the ring to attack their enemies the Tribe to cause this match to end in a DQ. As the Tribe and Banditos brawled their way to the back, the ROV TV announcers wonder aloud whether Los Banditos- despite being already eliminated from the Vegas Tag Team Championship Tournament as a result of losing to the RockNES Monsters in the first round last week on CWFV- could still play a role in determining who becomes the first-ever Vegas Tag Team Champions?
Backstage: ACH, from Austin, says he is looking forward to wrestling in his home state at Vegas in the Heart of Texas!
Match #2: Adam Cole defeated Matt Taven (accompanied by Truth Martini and the Hoopla Hotties)
- Cole won via a superkick as Martini left looking really impressed with Cole
Backstage: Rob Van Dam meets up with McGuinness
- RVD asks McGuinness while he has a match at Vegas in the Heart of Texas when he is supposed to leave ROV per match stipulation of losing to Austin Aries at All or Nothing. Match #3: reDRagon defeated C&C Wrestle Factory in a #1 contender's match
- reDRagon won when Bobby Fish pinned Caprice Coleman after CHASING THE DRAGON

- a good match which ended in DQ when Davey Richards got thrown to the outside where he was attacked by reDRagon
- as Richards and Edwards brawled with their enemies reDRagon toward the back, Strong and Elign apparently overcame earlier communication problems in the match to celebrate their victory until McGuinness appeared and informed them that not only will the winner of next week's Hero vs Aries match challenge Strong for the ROV at Vegas in the Heart of Texas but the loser of Hero vs Aries will challenge Elgin for the ROV TV Championship at Vegas in the Heart of Texas!
