It is now time for Glory by Vegas!
Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #38: Glory by Vegas Sam's Town October 18th, Year Two Las Vegas, NV (First Half of show)
Preshow Match: Matt Cross defeated "Big" Sue Jackson
- this match marked the ROV debuts for both Cross and Jackson
- Cross won via BOW AND ARROW
Match #1: AR Fox defeated ACH
- in this opening match pitting two wrestlers who have qualified for next month's Survival of the Sinners, Fox got the victory via LO MEIN PAIN. How will Fox do next month at Survival of the Sinners?
Match #2: Jessick Havok and the Women of Violence (LuFisto and Christina Von Eerie) defeated Joey Ryan and the WOV Tag Team Champions Hoopla Hotties (Jessie Mckay and Courtney Rush, managed by Truth Martini) by DQ
- this match marked the ROV debut of Havok
- this match ended in a DQ when McKay sprayed some type of mist into CVE's eyes
Match #3: Johnny Gargano defeated Biff Busick and Austin Aries (accompanied by Larry Dallas and Su Yung)
- in a triple threat matchup of 3 wrestlers who have qualified for next month's Survival of the Sinners, Gargano got the victory by making Busick tap out to the GARGANO ESCAPE. How will Gargano do next month in Survival of the Sinners?
Match #4: ROV TV Champion Anthony Nese (accompanied by Larry Dallas and Su Yung) defeated Tommaso Ciampa in a non-title last chance match
- a good match, Nese won via his REVERSE PILEDRIVER to claim a spot in Survival of the Sinners, as a result of losing this match (his second qualifying attempt,) Ciampa will not be in this year's Survival of the Sinners.
Match #5: Inner City Machine Guns defeated Best Friends and C&C Wrestle Factory in a tag elimination last chance match
- a really good match!
- Rich Swann pinned Chuck Taylor via CHICKEN FRIED DRIVER
- Ricochet pinned Caprice Coleman via his 630 SENTON
- as a result, the ICMGs win a spot in Tag Wars and both Best Friends and C&C Wrestle Factory (both of whom have now lost 2 qualifying matches) are eliminated from Tag Wars consideration.
Intermission, Second Half posted next.

Jessicka Havok and the Women of Violence... Now there's some names to strike fear in the hearts of viewers... Looking forward to more from that trio...
Happy that Gargano won his match... Can't wait to see how he fares in Survival of the Sinners...
Was also great to see the match between Matt Cross and Big Sue... Cool to see you integrating those guys into your fed...
Looking forward to the post-intermission action...

Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #38: Glory by Vegas Sam's Town October 18th, Year Two Las Vegas, NV (Second Half of show, First Half is posted above)
Match #6: Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian defeated Kings of Wrestling (accompanied by Sara Del Rey) and Vegas Tag Team Champions Young Bucks in a non-title match
- in this non-title 3 way tag match involving 3 tag teams who have qualified for next month's Tag Wars, Daniels and Kazarian got the win when Kazarian put Chris Hero away via his Flux Capacitor. As they get their hands raised in victory, the ROV commentators wonder aloud how will Daniels and Kazarian do next month in Tag Wars?
Match #7: Roderick Strong defeated Michael Elgin
- in this long-awaited singles grudge match between these two enemies who were once fellow members of the House of Truth, Strong got the victory (and thus avenged the pinfall loss he suffered at the hands of Elgin in a tag match last week on ROV TV) via his SICK KICK and by putting his feet on the ropes for extra leverage as the referee made the 3 count.
{Promoter's Note: For this match, I used the ROH card for Roderick Strong but I plan to switch to Strong's new EVOLVE card now that I got it in the mail earlier today.}
Match #8: ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves defeated reDRagon
- First Fall: Wolves win by DQ when Kyle O'Reilly attacked the knee of his mentor Davey Richards outside of the ring with a steel chair as it appears reDRagon's strategy is to sacrifice a fall but by weakening Richards to improve their chances of winning the next two falls.
- Second Fall: reDRagon's strategy from the first Fall backfires on them as the Wolves win this fall and thus the match at 2-0 when Eddie Edwards pinned Bobby Fish after diving double knees
- as a result, the American Wolves retain the ROV Tag Team Championship which they will defend next month at Tag Wars and thus reDRagon (who would have qualified for Tag Wars automatically by winning the ROV Tag Team Championship tonight and who also lost a Tag Wars qualifying match earlier this week on ROV TV) have lost their second chance at getting a spot in Tag Wars and are now thus eliminated from Tag Wars consideration. The ROV commentators wonder aloud, with all of the regular ROV tag teams having either clinched a spot in Tag Wars or been eliminated from Tag Wars consideration with 2 qualifying losses, who will get the final 2 spots in Tag Wars?
All Aboard the Ho(bo) Train! promo Show #39, presented by CWFV Silverton Las Vegas, NV 1. Hobo vs Vegas Champion Adam Pearce 2. Brian Cage vs Shaun Ricker 3. Vegas Tag Team Champions Young Bucks vs Tribe vs RockNES Monsters vs Los Banditos 4. Scorpio Sky vs Timothy Thatcher 5. Joey Ryan vs Colt Cabana 6. Willie Mack vs vOodOo kAos (last man standing) 7. Terex vs Ryan Taylor 8. more matches TBA
Survival of the Sinners promo Show #40: Survival of the Sinners November 7th, year 2 Survival of the Sinners participants: Johnny Gargano, Austin Aries, Biff Busick, AR FOX, ACH, Matt Sydal, ROV Champion AJ Styles, ROV TV Champion Anthony Nese, and 4 TBD Tag Wars participants: ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves, Kings of Wresting, Christopher Daniels/Frankie Kazarian, Vegas Tag Team Champions Young Bucks, Inner City Machine Guns, and 2 TBD
Last Vegas promo Show #41: Last Vegas December 6, Year 2 1. Macho Man Randy Savage vs TBA 2. more matches TBA
Match #9: Kevin Steen (accompanied by vOodOo kAos) defeated El Generico in a steel cage match
- Steen won this grudge match against his enemy Generico via a PACKAGE PILEDRIVER from the top of the steel cage
=afterward, Steen said sine this was a steel cage match is the way feuds are usually decided, he is declaring himself the winner of his 10 month feud with his former tag team partner El Generico. The ROV announcers wonder aloud if this really marks the end of the epic Generico-Steen feud in ROV?
Match #10: Matt Sydal defeated ROV Champion AJ Styles by DQ
- the end of this match came with Styles in serious jeopardy of losing as Sydal scored 4 near pin attempts. Styles then appeared to try and hit Sydal but instead hit the referee which led to his disqualification.
- as Sydal bent down to check on the referee, Styles was seen with a slight smirk on his face as he walked off with his ROV Championship as the shocked ROV commentators wonder aloud if Styles out of desperation intentionally got himself DQd to save his ROV Championship and if so if this is the start of a new attitude for Styles here in ROV?
End of Show. See you in 2 days for the next episode of ROV TV!

Some excellent preview material for the big shows that are on the way... Can't wait to see how Daniels and Kazarian fare in Tag Wars... And I'm also wondering if the DQ decision against Styles is foreshadowing a new attitude for the ROV champion...
Steen and El Generico have had an epic feud indeed... Maybe this truly is the end... And if so, what awaits for these two intense competitors?
Superb stuff, as always!

Glory by Vegas was outstanding, loved the Steen-Generico bout and a package piledriver off the cage has to be on the ROV TV highlight reel. AJ Styles pulled a fast one in the main event so I'm hoping Sydal will get a rematch. I was pulling for reDRagon but the American Wolves are hard to beat. Loved the Strong-Elgin match and am looking forward to how the new Strong card does for you. Overall outstanding show and I have to note that I enjoyed seeing Matt Cross and Big Sue Jackson in the pre-show match.

It's now time for this week's edition of ROV TV!
Ring of Vegas (ROV) ROV TV Episode #87 October 20th, Year Two Las Vegas, NV
In the Ring: ROV matchmaker Nigel MGuinness
- McGuinness says, although not without controversy, AJ Styles indeed retained the ROV Championship over Matt Sydal this past weekend at Glory by Vegas. However, McGuinness continues, Styles will now defend the ROV Championship at Last Vegas against his (McGuinness's) newest signing and his "chosen one" from his fellow home area of the United Kingdom- Drew Galloway!
- Galloway appears and says he is honored to be in Ring of Vegas but he does not like the way Styles retained the ROV Championship by bumping the referee at Glory by Vegas. Galloway says he is here in ROV to take a stand for professional wrestling and plans to end Year 2 by becoming the new ROV Champion at Last Vegas!
- ROV Champion AJ Styles appears and complains that once again, just like he did with Sydal, McGuinness is giving ROV Championship matches to newcomers who have not even wrestled a match in ROV.
- Galloway says he is willing to prove he deserves his ROV Championship match at Last Vegas and next week he will make his ROV in ring debut in a Survival of the Sinners qualifying match and go on to win Survival of the Sinners to erase any doubt about his worthiness to challenge Styles for the ROV Championship!
- Styles remarks he has already earned a spot in Survival of the Sinners and he will personally make sure Galloway, if he even qualifies, does not win the competition.
Match #1: Joey Ryan (accompanied by Truth Martini and the WOV Tag Team Champions Hoopla Hotties) defeated El Generico in a last chance Survival of the Sinners qualifying match.
- before the match started, Martini announced he approves of the new attitude of AJ Styles
- Ryan won this match via a spinebuster due to interference from Kevin Steen.
- as a result, Ryan has earned a spot in Survival of the Sinners and El Generico is eliminated from Survival of the Sinners consideration as he has now lost two qualifying matches
- afterward, Steen said he is not satisfied with his victory 2 days ago at Glory by Vegas over El Generico inside a steel cage and the only real way to end their feud is for one of them to kick the other out of Ring of Vegas and challenges El Generico to a No Limits/Loser Leaves ROV match at Last Vegas!
Backstage: Willie Mack is being interviewed by Veda Scott. Mack mentions how he has teamed with El Generico in the past in Lachikaras Vegas and Combat Vegas Wrestling as Two Husky Black Guys and says next week he will seek to avenge Generico's loss tonight due to Steen's interference when he (Mack) takes on Kevin Steen in a Survial of the Sinners qualifying match which will also be a last chance qualifying match for Steen (1 previous qualifying loss)
In the Ring: premiere Athlete Brand's ROV TV Champion Anthony Nese, Austin Aries, and Su Yung.
-Nese says it is no secret that he and Aries have been having chemistry problems with each other later, but they have a solution- the have replaced Larry Dallas with new management for the PAB- SoCal Val! SoCal Val appears in the ring and says she will guide Nese and Aries to success at Survival of the Sinners and beyond starting now.
Match #2: ROV TV Champion Anthony Nese and Austin Aries (accompanied by SoCal Val and Su Yung) defeated AR Fox and ACH by DQ
- the end of the match came when SoCal Val managed to distract the referee in a manner that put the referee right in the way of the action where he got hit with a superkick from ACH. The referee then called for the bell to DQ Fox and ACH as it appears SoCal Val's management of the PAB is already paying off.
Backstage: Interviewed by Veda Scott, McGuinness says since all regular ROV tag teams have either qualified or lost two qualifying matches for Tag Wars, next week he is bringing in 4 tag teams and they will compete for and decide the final 2 spots in Tag Wars!
Match #3: Matt Sydal defeated Biff Busick
- a good match, Sydal won via his Here It Is Driver.
- afterward, Sydal said at Glory by Vegas he felt cheated from the ROV Championship but he intends to earn another ROV Championship match by winning Survival of the Sinners!
All Aboard the Ho(bo) Train! promo Show #39, presented by CWFV Silverton Las Vegas, NV 1. Hobo vs Vegas Champion Adam Pearce 2. Brian Cage vs Shaun Ricker 3. Vegas Tag Team Champions Young Bucks vs Tribe vs RockNES Monsters vs Los Banditos 4. Scorpio Sky vs Timothy Thatcher 5. Joey Ryan vs Colt Cabana 6. Willie Mack vs vOodOo kAos (last man standing) 7. Terex vs Ryan Taylor 8. more matches TBA
Survival of the Sinners promo Show #40: Survival of the Sinners November 7th, year 2 Survival of the Sinners participants: Johnny Gargano, Austin Aries, Biff Busick, AR FOX, ACH, Matt Sydal, ROV Champion AJ Styles, ROV TV Champion Anthony Nese, Joey Ryan, and 3 TBD Tag Wars participants: ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves, Kings of Wresting, Christopher Daniels/Frankie Kazarian, Vegas Tag Team Champions Young Bucks, Inner City Machine Guns, and 2 TBD
Last Vegas promo Show #41: Last Vegas December 6, Year 2 1. Drew Galloway vs ROV Champion AJ Styles 2. El Generico vs Kevin Steen (No Limits/Loser Leaves ROV match) 3. Macho Man Randy Savage vs TBA 4. more matches TBA
Backstage: Kyle O'Reilly
- O'Reilly says that although reDRagon may be eliminated from Tag Wars consideration, it does not stop him as an individual from competing for one of the last 3 spots in Survival of the Sinners and he will be Galloway's opponent next week in a Survival of the Sinners qualifying match!
Match #4: Kings of Wrestling (accompanied by Sara Del Rey) defeated Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian
- KOW avenged their loss to Daniels and Kazarian in their 3 way tag match that also included Vegas Tag Team Champions Young Bucks at Glory by Vegas when Claudio Castagnoli pinned Daniels after a RICOLA BOMB.
-as they regain some momentum, the announcers wonder aloud how far the Kings of Wrestling will go in Tag Wars?
End of Show.

Loser leaves ROV? WOW! It will be cool to see El Generico and Steen play for the ultimate stakes...
It seems that SoCal Val has managed to smooth things over between Nese and Aries... For now...
Impressive wins for Sydal and the Kings as well... Lots going on in Vegas!
