BREAKING NEWS:
ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness has declared that the members of the losing tag team that breaks up in the 3 way tag elimination match between reDRagon, Best Friends, and C&C Wrestle Factory at the afternoon session of Survival of the Sinners (with the other losing tag team having to leave ROV completely- the team losing the second fall gets to decide whether to leave ROV or break up and the losing tag team of the first fall must automatically accept the other option) will wrestle each other in the evening session of Survival of the Sinners later that same day!

It is now time for the start of Survival of the Sinners!
Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #40: Survival of the Sinners (afternoon) Sam's Town November 7th, Year Two Las Vegas, NV (First Half of show)
Preshow Match: Scorpio Sky defeated TaDarius Thomas
- Sky won after a somersault plancha
Match #1: Michael Elgin defeated Tommaso Ciampa by DQ in a non-tournament match
- before this match started, both Elgin and Ciampa adhered to the Code of Vegas
- this match ended in a DQ when Roderick Strong, Elgin's enemy, appeared and hit Ciampa on the head with a steel chair to get Elgin disqualified.
Match #2: Best Friends defeated reDRagon and C&C Wrestle Factory in an elimination tag match
- as previously announced, the stipulation for this match was that the both of the losing tag teams would either have to leave ROV or break up with the tag team losing the second fall getting to make the choice of whether to leave ROV or break up
- First Fall: C&C Wrestle Factory eliminated as Bobby Fish put away Caprice Coleman via Fish Out of Water. C&C Wrestle Factory then had to sit at ringside to await their fate on whether they had to leave ROV or break up.
- Second Fall: reDRagon eliminated after Trent Barreta pinned Kyle O'Reilly after a leg lariat
- afterward, reDRagon, as the losing tag team who survived the longest by losing the second fall, got to choose whether to leave ROV or break up. They chose to leave ROV but vowed to return stronger someday!
- Thus, C&C Wrestle Factory has to be the tag team who breaks up and faces each other on the evening show portion of Survival of the Sinners!
- Cedric Alexander then suddenly attacked Caprice Coleman from behind and accused him of being the weak link which Alexander said he would prove by defeating Coleman in their match against each other tonight!
Match #3: Drew Galloway defeated Biff Busick in a first round Survival of the Sinners match
- Busick controlled alot of the match and almost won it, but ROV matchaker Nigel McGuinness's "the Chosen One" prevailed and became the first one to advance when he won the match via Thee Move.
Math #4: ROV Champion AJ Styles defeated Joey Ryan (accompanied by Truth Martini, the Hoopla Hotties, and Stu Stone) in a non-title first round Survival of the Sinners match
- a great match. Ryan's attempt to stack the deck by having both his ROV manager (Martini, along with the Hoopla Hotties) and his new CWFV manager (Stone) accompany him to ringside failed and Styles became the second one to advance after two straight Pele Kicks.
Intermission. Second Half with the other 4 First Round matches is next!

It was good to see AJ Styles win that qualifier versus Ryan, plus Best Friends winning against two other teams is huge news. The highlight for me was Drew Galloway over Biff Busick, another fun event...

As Crimson Cross stated, that was a HUGE victory for Best Friends... ReDRagon choosing to lose ROV was big news, but I'm sure will see them again... With the hostile breakup of C&C Factory, I wouldn't be surprised if we see Alexander chase Coleman out of ROV as well... Two big names advancing to the Survival of Sinners final... Happy to see Galloway and Styles moving forward... Well deserved... Can't wait for the next part of the show!

- ACH made a great effort but Sabre Jr. won this matchup via his CROSS ARMBREAKER to adavance to the finals.

- a great matchup, Aries prevailed via his 450 SPLASH
Match #7: ROV TV Champion Anthony Nese (accompanied by SoCal Val and Su Young) defeated Willie Mack in a first round match
- Nese moved onto the second round as he pinned Mack via a Spider German Suplex as SoCal Val and Su Young both got away with each of them holding down one of Mack's legs as the referee made the three count.
- as a result, both members of the Premiere Athlete Brand (PAB) have advanced to the finals- will they work together against the other 4 competitors?

Sweet! I see all of my picks except for Gargano made it past the first round... (And with Aries moving on over Gargano, that's still pretty cool!)... Really looking forward to the conclusion...
