It is now time to start the evening portion of Survival of the Sinners!
Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #41: Survival of the Sinners (evening) Sam's Town November 7th, Year Two Las Vegas, NV (First Half of show)
Preshow Match: Tommy End defeated Chris Dickinson
- in a surprise/unannounced preshow match, End and Dickinson had a great evenly fought match against each other but End prevailed when he put away "the Dirty Daddy" via a vertical drop brainbuster
Match #1: Caprice Coleman defeated Cedric Alexander
- forced to break up as C&C Wrestle Factory earlier today per stipulation as result of losing their 3 way elimination tag match, Coleman and Alexander wrestled each other for the first time in ROV. Alexander continue to display the attitude he exhibited earlier in the day when he attacked Coleman who he kept referring to as "the weak link" but it was Coleman who got the victory after Alexander missed a deathjump.
- afterward, Coleman offered his former tag team partner Alexander the Code of Vegas but Alexander instead kicked Coleman in the groin and left the ring.
Match #2: Beaver Boys defeated Vegas Tag Team Champions Young Buck in a non-title first round Tag Wars match
-a good match, Beaver Boys advanced to the finals when Matt Jackson missed a MOONSAULT and John Silver then instantly gave him THE SPIN DOCTOR for the win.
Match #3: War Machine defeated Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian in a first round Tag Wars match
- the outside entry in Tag Wars impressed by moving into the finals when Raymond Rowe pinned Daniels after WAR MACHINE.
Match #4: Inner City Machine Guns defeated Kings of Wrestling (accompanied by Sara Del Rey) in a first round Tag Wars match
- in another surprise result, ICMGs advanced when Ricochet pinned Chris Hero via a 630 SENTON.
- as a result the Tag Wars finals tonight will be ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves defending their championship against War Machine, ICMGs, and the Beaver Boys in an elimination tag match!
Intermission. Second Half with El Generico vs Kevin Steen in a last man standing match, Roderick Strong's open challenge, the Tag Wars finals, and the Survivors of the Sinners finals posted next!

WOW! Lots of unexpected results in the opening round of Tag Wars... Can't believe Daniels & Kazarian AND The Kings were both eliminated... Wild!
Really looking forward to the concluding half of the show... El Generico vs. Steen will be brutal, no doubt... And who will accept Roddy Strong's open challenge?

Show 40 looked like it was one of those "go out of your way to see" events especially the singles matches. Enjoyed the agressive turn by Alexander but having him drop his first match against Coleman sucked. Back to the undercard with him (did you use his singles card for the match?)

Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #41: Survival of the Sinners (evening) Sam's Town November 7th, Year Two Las Vegas, NV (Second Half of show First Half is posted above)
Match #5: Kevin Steen (accompanied by vOodOo kAos) defeated El Generico in a last man standing match
- at one point in this match, kAos attempted to interfere on behalf of Steen but Willie Mack (the 2 Husky Black Guys tag team partner and enemy of Generico and kAos respectively) prevented this and brawled with kAos to the back. Steen however proceeded to win the match when he gave Generico a PACKAGE PILERDRIVER off of the top of the apron and through the table and Generico was then unable to get to his feet before the referee completed a 10 count.
- the commentators point out that Steen also won the steel cage match between him and Generico last month at Glory by Vegas and thus definitely has the momentum going into their No Limits/loser leaves ROV match next month at Last Vegas.
In the Ring: Roderick Strong
- Strong, who won last year's Survival of the Sinners, says he is now issuing his open challenge for a match tonight and suddenly the words "It's Me, It's Me It's DDP!" were heard and out appeared Diamond Dallas Page to answer Strong's open challenge!
{Promoter's Note: I am using the DDP color card released last month at the CAC here in Las Vegas.}
Match #6: Diamond Dallas Page defeated Roderick Strong
- this match marked the ROV debut for DDP
- this match ended when DDP had Strong placed in the Diamond Dream. Strong seemed like he was about to break the move until his enemy Michael Elgin briefly appeared and distracted him allowing DDP to get the win via his DIAMOND CUTTER.
- afterward, as DDP got his hand raised in victory, the music for Pomp and Circumstance suddenly played and out appeared Randy Savage who is scheduled for an upcoming match at Last Vegas! Savage challenged his old enemy DDP to be his opponent at Last Vegas and then offered DDP the Code of Vegas if DDP agreed. DDP accepted the Code of Vegas but then hit an unsuspecting Savage with a DIAMOND CUTTER!
Match #7, Tag Wars Finals: ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves defeated War Machine, Beaver Boys, and Inner City Machine Guns in an elimination tag match.
- an incredible match!
- War Machine were eliminated first when Ricochet pinned Raymond Rowe after a 630 SENTON.
- Beaver Boys were eliminated next after Rich Swann pinned John Silver after a Shooting-Swann Press
- at this point the ICMGs were stealing the show and cane extremely close to winning the ROV Tag Team Championship. {Promoter's Note: At one point near the end , the PIN for Eddie Edwards had risen to 7 and Ricochet successfully hit him with a 630 SENTON (+4)- but Edwards survived by rolling a 12!} However, the Wolves managed to hang on and retain the ROV Tag Team Championship when Davey Richards made Ricochet tap out to his ANKLE LOCK.
- as a result. the American Wolves have now successfully defended the ROV Tag Team Championship for the past 11 months!
- afterward, Ricochet asked the Wolves if they could do this matchup again at Last Vegas- but this time in a match involving only themselves in ROV's standard 2 out of 3 falls rules for ROV Tag Team Championship matches so they could determine who is truly the better tag team and the Wolves accepted the challenge!
Last Vegas promo Show #42: Last Vegas December 6, Year 2 1. Drew Galloway vs ROV Champion AJ Styles 2. El Generico vs Kevin Steen (No Limits/Loser Leaves ROV match) 3. Macho Man Randy Savage vs Diamond Dallas Page 4. Inner City Machine Guns vs ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves 5. Adam Cole makes his return 6. more matches TBA
Match #8, Survival of the Sinners Finals: ROV Champion AJ Styles vs Drew Galloway, vs Zack Sabre Jr. vs AR Fox vs Premiere Athlete Brand: ROV TV Champion Anthony Nese and Austin Aries (both accompanied by SoCal Val and Su Yung) in an elimination match
- Styles pinned Sabre Jr. via STYLES CLASH
- Galloway pinned Fox via Scot Drop
- Nese pinned Galloway via a 450 SPLASH after Styles cheated and smashed his Last Vegas challenger in the head with a steel chair
- Nese pinned Styles after a REVERSE PILEDRIVER as Styles was unable to overcome the 2 on 1 attack of the Premiere Athlete Brand (Nese and Aries)
- it came down to PAB member Nese vs PAB member Aries. They wrestled an outstanding final fall against each other but Aries finally prevailed after a BRAINBUSTER to win Survival of the Fittest!
- as a result, Aries has a guaranteed future ROV Championship match and he can cash this in at any time and he also has a pinfall victory over his fellow PAB member and current ROV TV Champion Nese!
End of Show.

Gotta say that this have certainly been going Steen's way... El Generico May have to start packing his bags...
DDP was an amazing surprise! And he gets a big win over the arrogant Roddy Strong. BANG! Indeed...
The last two matches were nothing short of incredible. ICMGs were truly impressive, even though the Wolves were victorious in the end... Would love to see that Best of 3 Falls rematch happen...
Never thought it would be Double-A to walk out the winner of Survival of the Sinners... But, I'm happy he pulled through... Great work!

It's not often one gives a standing ovation from home but Survival of the Sinners deserves one. Unbelievable action on this show and both Tag Wars and SOTS were amazing. My favorite moment was Eddie Edwards kicking out after taking the 630 Senton and then the Wolves winning the match to boot. Awesome. I also loved the PAB battle in the finals with Austin Aries getting the big win.
The surprise appearance by Diamond Dallas Page beating Roderick Strong was great. Then it was topped off by Randy Savage issuing the challenge for Last Vegas before being dropped by a Diamond Cutter! Their rivalry in WCW was one of my all-time favorites so I can't wait to see it reignite in ROV. Steen over Generico was yet another tough loss for Generico against his greatest rival. I'm hoping that Generico can send Steen packing in their Loser Leaves ROV match.
The second half of this show was about as good as I have ever seen game wise and if we had a Hall of Fame for cards rolled out this one would have to be a first ballot choice.
