I think it's key to remember that the wrestlers still need to be signed by Filsinger Games. Just because wrestlers wrestled for ROH at one time doesn't mean they're automatically going to be in the game.

I came up with this list a few days ago, using only guys who are on TV/iPPV regularly. Davey Richards Eddie Edwards Roderick Strong Kevin Steen Jay Lethal Jimmy Jacobs Mike Bennett Michael Elgin T.J. Perkins Mike Mondo Charlie Haas Shelton Benjamin Tommaso Ciampa Kyle O'Reilly Adam Cole Caprice Coleman Cedric Alexander Lance Bravado Harlem Bravado Matt Jackson Nick Jackson Kenny King Rhett Titus' Jim Cornette Executive Producer card? Replace Cornette with Truth Martini and this is pretty much the lineup I'd like to see. I figure the Briscoe Brothers will get different cards and be part of the first edition as well, so either the Bravado brothers or Coleman and Alexander would need to get bumped. If Rhino is an option, then Mike Mondo could get replaced with him and this would be a pretty great lineup. At any rate, we shouldn't be expecting classic or throwback cards since I'm sure both the company and Filsinger games want to focus on the current product and the guys they actually have under contract right now. We can get the "ROH classics" in LOW or "Legends Of The Future" pdf releases; the ROH set should be reserved for current ROH wrestlers. (and yes, a Morishima card would be pretty cool for Legends of Wrestling).

I have no argument against any of the current ROH guys suggested. The classic ROH guys have gone on to become legends in main stream pro wrestling. I'd love to see a CM Punk, Samoa Joe, and AJ Styles card, but there are bootleg cards and they already made it so I'd like to see the current roster get the spotlight, since they will more than likely be the headliners of tomorrow. Let's face it, OVW and FCW are decent, but ROH is where the true main eventers are being trained.

I think the lists by Switch-Truth and MT are good ones and I also think MT is correct that the ROH box set will be current roster members.
But, even though he is not active, I am really strongly hoping Nigel McGuinness (who I just saw Friday night at PWG) will somehow along with this box set get a color wrestling card (perhaps as a SE/LE wrestling card?) since he still works for ROH as a commentator.
Once this set comes out, I am going to be completely switching the black and white cards in my Vegas Wrestling Guerrilla fed with their color cards. but I would still need a Nigel McGuinness color card and I can only imagine how cool the art of a color card for Nigel McGuinness would look.
I don't think I expect it, but I am keeping my fingers crossed for a possible Nigel McGuinness color wrestling card to get released along with the boxed ROH set this year.

I'm guessing we won't be seeing cards for Erick Stevens or Brent Albright since neither is an ROH mainstay. I'm thinking of making my own since they're two of my favorites, and I'd love to see improved cards for them.

I'm thinking of making my own since they're two of my favorites, and I'd love to see improved cards for them. I'd say, without a shadow of a doubt, no. Stevens seems to have left wrestling altogether and hasn't been in ROH since 2010; Albright hasn't wrestled for them since '09 and has apparently drastically cut back his wrestling schedule. ROH is going to have final say over who is included and there's no way they're approving anyone but their currently active roster. ewt, I don't know what Homicide's status with ROH is; he did that guest appearance for them but isn't on their full time roster. Rhino seems to be part of the active roster right now, but that doesn't assure he's even available to be part of this set or legends. Either would be cool, though.
