I was looking at his card and I think you could use him in LOW and he wouldn't be too powerful. He's got a pretty good defense and his GORE! being a +3 would probably make him a little streaky as far as wins and losses go. But I think his power rating is right and I think his agility rating is about right. His chart ratings balance out the good defense largely IMO. I think I would be mostly comfortable with him at that stat level vs. your typical LOW guys.
What do you guys think?

I will have to see the stats first before deciding.

He's not going to dominate, but he could easily contend for secondary titles.

That's what I was thinking. I could see him winning my TV or U.S. belts and forming a tag team that won the U.S. tag belts.

Maybe - let me play a couple more matches with him and I would be happy to provide an opinion.

If I were to do a Rhino legends card, this is pretty much what I'd come up with. He fits right in the upper-middle of the pack in the LOW world, which is exactly where a guy with his credentials and longevity should be.

I decided to run some Rhino matches with various LOW guys and here are the results:
lost to Antonio Inoki via the Enzuigiri (0-1) defeated Al Snow via the GORE! (1-1) defeated Ilio Dipaolo via the GORE! (2-1) defeated Konnan via the GORE! (3-1) lost to Ted Dibiase via the Figure Four Leglock (3-2) lost to the Mountie via a cross body block (3-3) lost to Ravishing Rick Rude via Rude Awakening (3-4) lost to Mr. Saito via DQ (3-5) lost to Magnum TA via Belly to Belly Suplex (3-6) defeated Eddie Gilbert via the GORE! (4-6)
So there's a small sample size of Rhino against guys I would think should be on his level if he were to get an LOW card. 4-6. Not terrible, not great. A lot of the matches were back and forth affairs that could have gone either way.

Are the LOW cards out of balance with other game editions? (ROH, Chikara, COTG)
I've been contemplating running a sort of Temporal Wrestling Federation, or a Quantum Cup, pitting cards from all the different game lines against one another. Would a particular brand dominate?

Not COTG.
RoH and Chikara are.

(ROH, Chikara, COTG) I've been contemplating running a sort of Temporal Wrestling Federation, or a Quantum Cup, pitting cards from all the different game lines against one another. Would a particular brand dominate? That's very subjective. Some people think ROH and Chikara guys should be glorified jobbers for the legends, and others think they should be more competitive. Most of the cards seem to do alright used against each other. The ROH cards all seem to be about right, but a few of the Chikara cards are a little tougher than most people would want them to be compared to the legends. When it comes to current COTG, there are a LOT of super powered cards that will likely dominate all but the elite of the legends.
