Match #6:Team BDK: Grand Champion Claudio Castagnoli, Ares, and Tursas (accopanied by Jakob hammermeier and Daizee Haze) defeated Team Sleaze: "King of Sleaze" Joey Ryan, Raunchy Rico, Filthy Tito (Joey Ryan and Los Banditos) by DQ in an opening round match
- Team BDK advanced on a DQ ruling when Ares, upon getting thrown out of the ring by Ryan, received a simultaneous double chair shot to the head from the Banditos.
Match #7: Bryan Danielson, El Generico, and Gran Akuma defeated Spectral Envoy (accompanied by Crossbones) in an opening round match
- in an awesome trios match that saw former enemies Danielson and Ultramantis Black
once again wrestling each other, the end came when Danielson made Frightmare tap out to his TRIANGLE CHOKE.
- can Danielson, who last year won King of Trios along with Cabana and Iron, repeat as a King of Trios winner?
In the Ring: Campeonatos de Parejas Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team
- Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas introduce the mystery wrestler who will compete alongside them in this tournament as Wrestling's Greatest Trios- Rhino!
Match #8: Wrestling's Greatest Trios defeated Team Mystic (Mr. Zero and Osirian Portal) in an opening round match
- Team Mystic put up a good effort but lost when Rhino pinned Amasis after a GORE!
Match #9: The Throwbacks defeated Team Hollywood (ROV Champion and California Cup Champion Adam Pearce, Scorpio Sky, and Willie Mack) in an opening round match
- another really good trios match, Team Hollywood did a majority of the damage but lost when Mr. Touchdown gave Sky a Dogpile and then put his feet on the ropes for extra leverage as the referee made the 3 count without either the referee or either of Mr. Touchdown's Throwback teammates noticing his feet on the ropes.
- afterward Sky and Pearce exchanged some words as Pearce was clearly unhappy with getting eliminated in the opening round
Match #10: Mike Quackenbush, Jigsaw, and Eddie Kingston defeated Team ROV: Kyle O'Reilly and the Young Bucks in an opening round match
- a good match to end Night One, the end came when Kingston pinned Matt Jackson via SLIDING D.
- afterward, Kingston got on the microphone and said after he wins King of Trios he is going to continue his pursuit of the Grand Championship held by Castagnoli!

Match #1: Colt Cabana defeated Juan Francisco de Coronado (accompanied by Herbert)
- Cabana, a winner of last year's Kings of Trios who this year got eliminated in the first round yesterday, won this match via COLT.45
Match #2: The Colony (accompanied by Worker ant) defeated Batiri in a Quarter-Finals match
- an awesome match that saw the Colony advance to the Semi-Finals when Green Ant made Kodama tap out to his CLOVERLEAF
Match #3: Chuck Taylor defeated Wilie Mack, Gregory Iron, and Kyle O'Reilly in a Rey de Voldores eliminator
- Mack pinned O'Reilly after a sit out spinebuster
- Mack pinned Iron after Iron missed a turnbuckle charge
- Taylor pinned Mack after a low blow followed by the OMEGA DRIVER
- as a result, Taylor tomorrow night will compete in a match for the Rey de Voldores!
Match #4: Da Soul Touchaz (accompanied by C. Red and Dymond) defeated Team BDK: Grand Champion Claudio Castagnoli, Ares, and Tursas (accompanied by Jakob Hammermeier and Daizee Haze) in a Quarter-Finals match
- Da Soul Touchaz got the impressive victory to advance into the Semi-Finals against the Colony when Willie "Da Bomb" Richardson pinned Tursas after a corner avalanche

Match #5: Scorpio Sky defeated Icarus in a California Cup Championship #1 contender's match
- Sky won via ACE CRUSHER AND ROLL INTO DRAGON SLEEPER and as a result gets to challenge Adam Pearce for the California Cup Championship tomorrow night!
Match #6: Bryan Danielson, El Generico, and Gran Akuma defeated Wrestling's Greatest Trios (Campeonatos de Parejas Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team and Rhino) in a Quarter-Finals match
- Wrestling's Greatest Trios controlled alot of the action but lost when El Generico gave Rhino a BRAINBUSTAAAHHH!!! and then hit Charlie Haas with a 450 splash for the victory
Match #7: Frightmare defeated A.R. Fox, Joey Ryan, and Johnny Saint in a Rey de Voldores eliminator
- Ryan pinned Fox via a spear
- Frightmare defeated Saint via FRIGHT CRUSHER
- Frightmare defeated Ryan via FRIGHT CRUSHER
- as a result, Frightmare takes on Chuck Taylor tomorrow night for the Rey de Voldores!
Match #8: Mike Quackenbush, Jigsaw, and Eddie Kingston defeated the Throwbacks in a Quarter-Finals match
- a good match that saw the Throwbacks nearly win until Kingston made a sudden reversal and then hit Sugar Dunkerton with a BACKFIST TO THE FUTURE for the victory

Match #2: The Colony (accompanied by Worker Ant) defeated Da Soul Touchaz (accompanied by C. Red and Dymond) in a Semi-Finals match
- the Colony won when Fire Ant pinned Willie "Da Bomb" Richardson after THE ANT HILL
- thus for the second straight season, the Colony have advanced to the finals at King of Trios

- Taylor won via the OMEGA DRIVER to win the Rey de Voldores for Season 3

- Mack put up a great effort and appeared set to win the Grand Championship until a sudden reversal by Castagnoli followed by a Roaring European Uppercut allowed Castagnoli to win the match and retain the Grand Championship.
- afterward, Hammermeier gloated that Castagnoli successfully retaining the Grand Championship along with Donst and Del Rey winning the gauntlet and thus 3 points makes it a great night for the BDK
Match #8, King of Trios Finals: Mike Quackenbush, Jigsaw, and Eddie Kingston defeated the Colony
- a great match to end the tournament, Quackenbush, Jigsaw, and Kingston won this match and thus King of Trios when Jigsaw pinned Green Ant via JIG 'N' TONIC.

KOT was a great event, Vegas, and I really liked the way the finals played out. The BDK also scored big so it will be interesting to see what comes next for them especially Donst & Del Ray.
