Age of the Fall (Tyler Black/Jimmy Jacobs/Brodie Lee) when they bring the crowd to their feet with SUPER MEGA ANTAPULT on Brodie Lee. --BdK2 (Tim Donst/Delirious/Pinkie Sanchez) is the first BdK team to fall when they lose to Nigel McGuinness/Londrick. Nigel crushes Pinkie Sanchez with JAWBREAKER LARIAT for the finish. ....Before the next match, Icarus and Johnny Gargano argue over who is going to be the team captain in their match against Sweet & Sour Inc. Chuck Taylor tries to keep the peace but tells Gargano that Icarus is the leader for now until they can get this sorted out.... [/color][/center] --Sweet & Sour Inc (Larry Sweeney/Adam Pearce/Davey Richards) def. Team FIST (Icarus/Taylor/Gargano) after Adam Pearce drops Icarus with JUMPING PILEDRIVER. --Spectral Envoy (UltraMantis Black/Incoherence) def. Chris Hero/Bryan Danielson/Austin Aries after Incoherence land HEADLESS HORSEMAN on Aries for the win. ....During the intermission, Chikara's Director of Fun, Hegemony addressed some concerns about there being 5 members of the BdK in the 12 Large Summit. He states that it's a valid concern and will pick one of the five BdK members to face a mystery opponent on Night #3. He goes on to state he will announce his choice at Night #2 and warns that the BdK member had better be ready because the 'Cobra' is about to be unleashed....
....Hegemony also announces that Icarus will put his 12 Large Summit spot on the line at Night #2 against his fellow Team FIST antagonizer, Johnny Gargano....[/center][/color] --After the intermission, QuackSaw/Eddie Kingston def. GWFZT's La Vuelta/Chalupacabra/Blue Tornado after Eddie Kingston catches Blue Tornado with BACKFIST TO THE FUTURE. ....The GWFZT team had a good showing and left to 'Please come back' chants from the crowd.... [/center][/color] --Anarchy (Arik Cannon/Necro Butcher/MsChif) def. Fraulich BdK (Sara Del Rey/Daizee Haze/Lone Star) after Lone Star misses DYING STAR and MsChif follows with DESECRATOR. ....Aftewards, SDR was livid that Lone Star caused Fraulich BdK to lose the match...Sara sends Lone Star crashing to the arena floor with a release German suplex over the top rope...Daizee seems torn between checking on the hurt Lone Star and chasing after Sara who has stormed off to the back.... [/center][/color] --Throwbacks/Sean Waltman def. Jerry Lynn/Young Bucks after Sean Waltman delivers X-FACTOR on Jerry Lynn. The crowd as buzzing to see 'X-Pac' in action and they weren't disappointed. --BdK Elite (Claudio/Ares/Tursas) def. Drake Younger/Naptown Dragons in quick fashion after BdK drops Dustin Lee with RAGNAROCK. However, Archie misses CRANIAL CRESCENDO and eats a huge BIG BOOT giving Brodie the win! --In a Special Challenge[/color] match, Sara Del Rey def. GWFZT's Lone Star with a piledriver in a highly competitive match. --For a 12 Large Summit Spot[/color], Icarus def. Johnny Gargano with a spear to justify his spot in the 12LS. ....During the intermission, Hegemony addresses his announcement of which of the five BdK members in the 12 Large Summit would have to fight for their spot at Night #3. Hege claims he's thought long and hard about this one and decided he would draw a name out of a hat. He pulls an old trucker's hat that strangely looks like a Brodie Lee castoff and draws out a piece of paper. He looks, smirks, and announces that the BdK member is....
....TIM DONST.... [/color][/size] ....Tim Donst comes running down to the ring, screaming that there is a conspiracy against him and the BdK. Donst demands to know just who he'll be facing at Night #3 but Hegemony just smiles and tells him he'll have to show up to find out....[/center][/color][/i] --In the first King of Trios quarterfinal[/color], the Colony def. Nigel McGuinness/Londrick after the Ants hit THE ANT HILL on Paul London. --In the second King of Trios quarterfinal[/color], Spectral Envoy def. Sweet & Sour Inc. when UltraMantis Black drops Adam Pearce with PRAYING MANTIS BOMB. --In the third King of Trios quarterfinal[/color], QuackSaw/Eddie Kingston def. Anarchy with Jigsaw's JIG 'N' TONIC on Necro Butcher. --In the main event and last King of Trios quarterfinal[/color], BdK Elite make a clean sweep for the Chikara teams after taking out the Throwbacks/Sean Waltman. Claudio was the man of the match but Tursas crushes Sugar Dunkerton with DIVING CROSS BODY (+3). de Internacional [/b][/size] presents [/center][/b] '....KING OF TRIOS 2011 NIGHT #3....' 1.10 [/size][/b][/i][/color] ECW Arena; Philadelphia, PA [/size][/color][/b] --In the first Trios Semifinal[/color], the Colony continue their roll defeating Spectral Envoy when Green Ant forces UltraMantis Black to submit to CLOVERLEAF. --In the second Trios Semifinal[/color], BdK Elite dominate QuackSaw/Eddie Kingston as Claudio beats Kingston with RICOLA BOMB. --In the BdK Special Challenge #1[/color], Nigel McGuinness takes a beating but roars back to def. Delirious with LONDON DUNGEON. --In the BdK Special Challenge #2[/color], Fraulich BdK def. Londrick after Sara Del Rey fouls Paul London right in fron of assigned referee, Derek Sabato. Sabato feigned like something was in his eye causing him to miss the deliberate low blow and then fast counts London for the finish. ....During the intermission, BdK Elite call out Chikara Director of Fun, Hegemony. Claudio wants to add a CdP Points stipulation to the Trios Finals and says he will make sure the Colony will end the night with zero pints....
....Hegemony agrees to Claudio's request but states that the match will be worth 2 CdP points and if the Colony win then they will earn the next title shot against Claudio/Ares.... [/color][/center] --In the BdK Special Challenge #3[/color], Sean 'X-Pac' Waltman def. Pinkie Sanchez with X-FACTOR. Sean gets a huge 'Thank You' and 'Please Come Back' chants from the capacity crowd. --In the 'Work Together or Die Trying'[/color] match, Team FIST (Icarus/Johnny Gargano) seem to overcome their differences for at least one night as they def. the Throwbacks. A dual finish ends the match as Icarus drops Dasher Hatfield with BLU-RAY and Johnny Gargano forces Sugar Dunkerton to 'cry uncle' with HURTS DONUT. ....Tim Donst is out for his match against the mystery opponent when the ring starts to fill up with yellow smoke. Donst nervously starts looking around only to crash to the mat and disappear in the yellow smoke. When the smoke clears Ophidan has Donst locked in DEATH GRIP!!.... [/color][/center] --For Tim Donst's 12 Large Summit Spot[/color], Ophidan def. Tim Donst with DEATH GRIP in under 15 seconds to earn the 12 Large Summit spot! --In the Trios Finals[/color], the Colony continue their impressive run by beating BdK Elite to win King of Trios and earn 2 Campeonatos de Parejas points.
