Oh, snap! A decisive win for the Fallen Angel - Non-title match or not, that was a great way to begin his reign with the gold... Kinda surprised Aries didn't throw a fit and no-sell the finish... LOL! Great stuff, my friend... Always a pleasure tuning into one of my favorite feds!

TTX, Pariah, reviler13Yes, I'm glad Daniels had a statement win over a strong opponent. This will close out Aries run at this point in time. I'm sure we'll see him again. And speaking of Aries infamous no-sell finish, I just watched a shoot interview where he discussed that at length. He claims that it was a planned work that, admittedly, did not come across as well as he would have hoped. He has a hustler vibe to him though, so I don't know. Anyway, thanks for commenting guys.

The Throne
(TK O'Ryan and Vinny Marseglia are in the dressing room gearing up for a match)
Vinny: "Hey. Where's Matt? We're about to go on."
(At that moment, a bedraggled Matt Taven shuffles into the room, dressed in street clothes)
TK: "Matt! We've got a match in a few minutes! What are you doing?"
(Taven looks blankly at O'Ryan)
TK: "C'mon, Matt. You gotta get it together. I thought you were bringing us in to reform The Kingdom. Get some gold around our waists."
Matt: "No Kingdom without a King. You two. You are the King's Guard. You need to protect The Throne..."
TK: "Don't we have to take the throne first? I mean..."
Matt: "No Throne. No King. The Throne is empty... (Taven begins stumbling away) Oh, sweet Prince. They took you too soon."
Vinny: "And I thought I was supposed to be the crazy one."
(TK's worried gaze follows Taven out of the room)

RING OF HONOR TELEVISION
2018 Season Episode 20 Silas Young def. Cheeseburger by pin Young roughed up his opponent until Cheeseburger caught Silas with Shotei Palm Strike as he came off the top rope. Burger had his moments but in the end, his refusal to quit just led to a brutal beating. Silas took the victory with a Pee Gee Waja Plunge. Following the break, Rhett Titus came out to the ring. “I’ve been on the shelf for a little while but I’ve been medically cleared and it’s time to get back to business!”The crowd got behind him and he continued. “Right now I want my girl Kelly Klein to come out here.”As Kelly came out, Ian Riccaboni reminded the viewing audience that Rhett and Kelly recently held the ROH World Tag Team Championships for a short time. Klein entered the ring and stood in front of Titus with hands on her hips and a scornful look. “Your girl…?”Rhett backpedaled. “You know. My tag team partner.”Kelly scowled skeptically. “Well, you know Rhett, since you brought it up, I find you to be an...ineffectual partner.”The crowd razzed Titus after Klein’s euphemistic burn about his masculinity. “C’mon now,” Rhett replied as he good natured-ly tried to silence the fans. “You didn’t need to go there.”Klein smirked and was about to continue when Infernal Affairs’ intro theme began to play. Kelly and Rhett turned to the entrance ramp to watch Kenny Omega lead Rocky Romero and Beretta to the ring. Omega climbed between the ropes as his Roppongi Vice partners waited on the floor. Titus defensively shielded Kelly with his arm and stepped in front of her. Omega played to the crowd then drew down on Rhett with a finger gun. As Titus tried to gauge what was going on, Klein stooped and delivered a groin punch to Rhett from behind. Titus crumbled to the mat and Klein stepped towards Omega until his finger was pressed to her forehead. There was a pause, then she brought her own finger up and held it to Kenny’s temple signalling that she too was a member of Infernal Affairs. The crowd began to boo and Omega picked up the mic. Bending over, he addressed the fetal Titus. “I don’t know who you are, buddy, but ‘your girl’, is no such thing. She’s with us now.”RPG joined Omega and Klein, posing as a group to close the segment. ROH WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIPJay Lethal(c) def. Will Ferrara by submission Ferrara tried to get the jump on the champion, charging him at the bell. However, Lethal matador-ed him through the ropes and to the floor and followed with his patented series of suicide dives. Jay left Will to be counted out of the ring but the challenger beat the count at the last moment. Lethal took his opponent down and applied a Koji Clutch. Ferrara managed to get to the ropes for the break which irritated Jay, who used a Lethal Combination and transitioned into the Koji Clutch again. This time Will tapped out immediately. Ring of Honor comes to Nashville, TN with Honor For All! The Addiction vs The Kingdom Jay Lethal vs Mark Briscoe "Hangman" Adam Page vs Beer City Bruiser in a grudge match Also scheduled to appear: Silas Young, The Young Bucks, Chris Sabin and more! More announcements next week! Truthless (Chris Sabin & The Young Bucks) def. The Kingdom by pin After Truthless made their entrance, TK O’Ryan and Vinny Marseglia came out next. Once they reached ringside they turned and waited, looking back at the curtain. Eventually, Matt Taven, looking shell-shocked, slowly walked the aisle to join them. This match was a whirlwind of action that saw The Kingdom working over Sabin and Truthless returning the favor to Marseglia. Matt Taven had next to no participation, instead spending most of the time leaning against the ring post. At one point, TK tried to get Taven to tag in but Chris Sabin pointed to a spot out in the crowd and yelled “Look! It’s Damien Martinez!” The lethargic Taven panicked and bolted, deserting his teammates. Sabin turned to the camera grinning and pointing to his head to indicate how smart he was. Matt and Nick Jackson took advantage of The Kingdom being down a man and double teamed O’Ryan with Nick getting the pin after a wicked superkick. Truthless got one over on The Kingdom and afterward TK and Vinny looked at each other none too pleased.

The Dragon
(A sweaty and frustrated TK O’Ryan returns to the dressing room, Vinny Marseglia in tow. He looks around and finds Matt Taven hiding in a shower stall, curled up in a ball.)
TK: “What the hell, Matt?! What was that about?”
Matt: “He’s here… The Devil’s here…”
TK: “Listen, man! Damien Martinez is just another guy. We can handle him.”
Matt: "He’s killed people! He murdered my best friend!”
TK: "Matt, you know Adam’s OK, right? He’s doing his thing. Adam’s fine.”
Matt: "Don't you say his name! Don't you dare… Oh sweet prince…"
(Taven quietly sobs and moans. TK looks at Vinny, bewildered.)
TK: "He has PTSD or something."
Vinny: "Yeah, Punishment Traumatic Stress Disorder."
TK: "Well, if we need to slay a dragon to save The Kingdom, then that’s what we’re going to do. We’re taking care of this. NOW.”
(Cut to TK and Vinny in a hallway laying in wait behind a corner, armed with a baseball bat and hatchet respectively. Damien Martinez soon comes walking down the hall and the ambushers tense for action. Suddenly, Damien stops and looks down an adjoining hall. He nods and changes direction, going toward what caught his attention. After a moment, Vinny and TK look around the corner to see their would-be victim has vanished.)
TK: “Where’d he go?”
(Vinny shrugs and the camera fades.)

RING OF HONOR TELEVISION
2018 Season Episode 21 Jay Briscoe def. Shane Taylor by pin Briscoe quickly gained the upper hand but it took four straight Jay-Drillers to put Taylor away. Jay departed and Taylor was slow getting up. Damien Martinez’s music began to play. Taylor’s face looked like he had seen a ghost, perhaps recalling how Martinez had destroyed his former tag team partner, Keith Lee, who has not been seen since. Taylor tried shaking off the effects of the piledrivers he took and pull himself up by the turnbuckles. Martinez stepped over the top rope and approached Shane as he struggled in the corner. Shane looked up at the man now towering over him. Resigned to being at Damien’s mercy, Taylor was taken off guard when Martinez offered him a hand and pulled him to his feet. Taylor just stared as Martinez played at brushing dust from Shane’s shoulder then walked to the opposite corner. Ian Riccaboni verbalized how perplexing the situation was as the show went to break. Damien Martinez def. Kenny King by count out Martinez adhered to The Code of Honor, shaking King’s hand with an unsettling smile. Kenny was a little unnerved but was aggressive and almost got a fast pin with a cross body from the top rope. King kept the pressure on, getting a near fall with a Coronation. Martinez caused a ref bump and took over, dumping King to the floor and giving him South of Heaven onto the ring apron. Damien went for South of Heaven again but couldn’t get a count due to the referee being down. Martinez took it back out to the floor again where he punished King some more then gave him South of Heaven on the floor. Returning to the ring, Damien waited for the referee to count King out of the ring. As the count went on, Kenny was unresponsive. The ref reached twenty and called for the bell. Damien set up for his infamous South of Heaven through a table spot and it looked like Kenny King might be checking out. This is when the unexpected happened: Caprice Coleman ran down the aisle and slid under the bottom rope. He pulled his shirt off and motioned for Martinez to bring it. Ian Riccaboni explained that Caprice Coleman was Martinez’s first victim during last year’s rampage. Coleman was not seen after that incident until now. Damien released King and stepped over the top rope. The scowling monster stepped toward the man defiantly beckoning him. The shocks continued as Damien paused then went down on one knee and bowed before Coleman. Regarding him for a moment, Caprice then raised a hand and placed his palm on Damien’s head. As everyone was wondering what was going on, Coleman looked to the crowd with a wide eyed expression then started to smugly chuckle. “The monster appears to have a new master,” Ian Riccaboni stated. “What does this mean for Ring of Honor?”Ring of Honor is live next week in Nashville for Honor For All! The Addiction vs The Kingdom Jay Lethal vs Mark Briscoe "Hangman" Adam Page vs Beer City Bruiser Truthless - Chris Sabin & The Young Bucks - in six-man action against Jay White, Travis Gordon, and Rhett Titus Also scheduled to appear: Damien Martinez, Jay Briscoe, "Notorious" Shane Taylor, and more! The participants for the main event came out to the ring. First the team of Jay White, Travis Gordon, and Will Ferrara. Then the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions: Kenny Omega, Beretta, and Rocky Romero, accompanied by their newest recruit, Kelly Klein. Before introductions could be made, Jay White had something to say. “Well, Kenny, it looks like you have a new friend,” White began, indicating Klein. Kenny smiled and nodded. “That’s okay because we have a new friend too.”With that, Rhett Titus appeared and joined White and his compatriots. Klein was perturbed and Omega tried blowing it off. “And we’ve already cleared it with the office,” Jay continued. “Rhett’s going to take Will’s place in our match tonight. Infernal Affairs, you time is up and our time has come.”ROH WORLD SIX-MAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Jay White, Travis Gordon, and Rhett Titus def. Infernal Affairs (Kenny Omega & Roppongi Vice w/Kelly Klein) by DQ Omega started out with Titus and Rhett oversold a back rake by Kenny that set up One Winged Angel. Titus quickly kicked out and Kenny tagged in Beretta who combined with Rocky for Strong Zero. As Rhett kicked out, Rocky caught him in a Diablo Armbar. Rhett escaped and tagged in “Flip” Gordon. Romero came close to getting pinned with a 4-Nifty. White tagged in and went for a Kiwi Krusher but Rocky kicked out. Romero continued to take a beating at the hands of the opposing team. Titus was about to finish the match, making the cover after a Muff Driver, when Kelly Klein grabbed his ankle and pulled him out of the ring. She then hurled Rhett into the barricade and the referee disqualified the champions for outside interference. The crowd was upset as were White and his fellows. Infernal Affairs made a hasty retreat and Ian Riccaboni had the final word: “Kenny Omega and company are set to return to Japan but they are leaving with unfinished business here in Ring of Honor.”

Honor For All July 28, 2018 Nashville, TN Silas Young def. Cheeseburger by pin The opener ended in about as long as it took for the introductions. Silas pinned Cheeseburger after nearly snapping him in half with a backbreaker. Jay Briscoe def. Dalton Castle by pin The two popular stars clashed but it was Briscoe mowing over Castle, getting his hand raised after three consecutive Jay-Drillers. Will Ferrara def. Shane Taylor by pin Despite the size difference, Ferrara had little trouble running circles around Taylor and beating him with a Headshot. No Disqualification MatchAdam Page def. Beer City Bruiser by pin After his recent humiliation at the hands of Two Fisted, Beer City Bruiser wanted to face one of them in a one-on-one match. Once both men were in the ring, “Hangman” Page told Bruiser that if he wanted to fight, then they should throw the rule book out and fight like men. With the fans backing him, Bruiser agreed. This was the slobber knocker that it promised to be. Page and Bruiser brawled in and out of the ring. Page slowly gained momentum and eventually pinned his opponent after a Rite of Passage. Afterward, Adam slapped the dazed Bruiser in the head a couple of times asking him if he had had enough. Truthless (Chris Sabin & The Young Bucks) def. Jay White, Travis Gordon, and Rhett Titus by pin Six-man tag team action was up next. The well-oiled machine of Chris Sabin and Matt and Nick Jackson controlled most of this match. The Bucks double-teamed Rhett Titus for a length of time but could not put away the resilient competitor. “Flip” Gordon started a comeback for his team but there were too many superkicks to contend with and Jay White was pinned by Hail Sabin. Kenny King def. Damien Martinez w/Caprice Coleman by pin In a rematch from last week’s episode of Ring of Honor Television, Kenny King looked to have a better performance but the real story was the man who accompanied Damien Martinez to the ring. Caprice Coleman was in Damien’s corner and Ian Riccaboni speculated why. Martinez charged King in the corner but Kenny countered with an exploder suplex followed by a Coronation for the flash pin. King’s hand was raised and Martinez was enraged. Coleman directed his man to attack and Damien obliged, giving King South of Heaven twice as revenge for the defeat. Coleman then called his man off and they left the ring area. King needed help to the back. Jay Lethal def. Mark Briscoe by pin Lethal, the ROH World Television Champion, and Briscoe had a wild non-title match that got ugly at the end. Lethal took the advantage early and aggressively. He hit Mark with all of his signature offense but Briscoe would not go down. Mark made a huge comeback and had Jay in trouble. Late in the match, Lethal smashed Mark into the ring post, opening a bloody cut on his forehead. Briscoe was out of it and Jay caught him with a Lethal Injection for the win. The Kingdom def. The Addiction by pin ROH World Champion Christopher Daniels was in tag team again with his long time partner and friend Kazarian, taking on the newest arrivals in ROH, TK O’Ryan and Vinny Marseglia aka The Kingdom. Noticeably absent was The Kingdom’s Matt Taven. At the bell, O’Ryan and Marseglia jumped Daniels as the referee held Kaz back. O’Ryan went for the quick pin but Daniels had no problem kicking out. Daniels and O’Ryan had some good back and forth with Chris getting the better until TK hit him with a hard Pele Kick for a near fall. Marseglia tagged in for his Redrum swanton bomb, almost scoring the fall. Vinny climbed to the top again but Daniels hopped to his feet and blasted him with a palm strike. Kaz tagged in and went to work on Marseglia who then quickly tagged out. Kaz and TK went around before Daniels was back in. Soon after, O’Ryan shocked everyone but hitting the champion with a spear and getting the clean pin. Ian Riccaboni closed the show speculating on the ramifications of what happened here tonight. Current Rankings:
ROH World Champion - Christopher Daniels
- Jay Lethal
- Jay White
- Kenny King
- Damien Martinez
- Jay Briscoe
