Of course, now that I -have- the cards, I find myself in the same ol' situation of wishing there was a data sheet.
I won't use Zero or Dragon, so they're not a big deal, and I think I can figure out the Stranger. But Gran Akuma and Mr. Touchdown are loaded with named moves, and I have had mixed success in finding out what they actually are.

If you'd like to list the moves, I can attempt to help you.

Mr. ZERO is awesome, tyvm. So glad to have him in the set. Throw up the moves. I wrote them up originally so unless they changed them, I know what they are.

Two primary reasons I'm not using Zero. One, he's just not my cup of tea. Two, I'm trying to maintain a "real time" fed (granted, I am a few months behind), and since he's not on any current rosters, he's just an extra card for me. But mostly, it's the former reason, not the latter.
That said, I'm also very glad to have him in the set. My own personal interest aside, any time someone agrees to be in the set, or we get a card that provides more options, it is a very, very good thing.
For Mister Touchdown, the named moves include:
* Dogpile - 3 * Flea Flicker - 3 * EXTRA POINT (finisher)
Further, I am assuming the "three point stance" culminates in a shoulder tackle, and the pump splash is a frog splash. Or am I wrong?
For Gran Akuma, we have
* Rubik's Cube - 3 * Yoshi Tonic - 3 * TENCHI CRASH (finisher)
And finally, I am assuming the Stranger's move of "The Stroke - 3" is what Jeff Jarrett used/uses.
Dragon Dragon's moves are more or less self-explanatory, but for the sake of completeness, Mr. Zero uses a finisher called the LAST SHAVEN UNICORN DROP. And Bryce's card...well, I'll just leave that as a surprise.
With respect to the Con 4-pack, there's no information on Skiver's LACERATOR or DOUBLE DISPATCH. The named moves for Nigel McGuinness and Green Ant II are available on Wikipedia.
All of which reminds me--did we ever get a bio sheet or anything for the NPWD set?

Dogpile is a top rope splash Flea Flicker is a back suplex into a cutter Extra Point is a spinebuster done in various ways Pump Splash is not a frog splash but more a quick short splash. You do them in football so it's no surprise he uses it
Akuma's Tenchi Crash is a Tombstone hold into a wheelbarrow facebuster. It's one of those moves that's hard to describe but if you see it, then you go oh yeah.
Rubik's Cube involves lifting an opponent and then dropping them on their head. Think of an electric chair drop but forwards
Yoshi Tonic is basically a sunset power bomb
The Stroke is the same as Jarrett's.
BTW, Dragon Dragon's finisher is just a regular sleeper. It's not the more common use of that name. They called it that on the matches I watched, so I kept it.
According to the Chikara boards, the Last Shaven Unicorn Drop is a face first Michinoku Driver II. Footage of ZERO is extremely hard to find so I'm just going with what people told me.
